The place itself is quite pleasant. Delicious cuisine, hookah and a good bar menu. The atmosphere inside is also quite pleasant. BUT: All this is blocked by the "redneck" security at the entrance, which allows itself clearly more than it could. Rudeness, inappropriate humor, and the behavior of schoolchildren in the midst of puberty. The mood disappears instantly. It's also impossible to get through. There were attempts to book a table, at different times, from different phones. No one called back! In the end, they chose another place. Please select your staff carefully

Beautiful interior, delicious food, pleasant atmosphere and good service. But this weekend I had a chance to run into the guards and the administrator Andrey. That evening, at the edge of the bar there was a column with a protective tape, which I touched with my body several times because there are a lot of people at the bar and everyone is pushing each other to one degree or another making their way to the counter, I dare say these elements did not change their position in space, i.e. I just touched them. To which the security officer informed me that if I touched it again, I would get out of here. I went to another bar for cocktails myself. But "the devil pulled me" back to his friends. And everything was fine until a friend touched a garland hanging down from the ceiling during the dance. He touched her, didn't cut her off. Two guards immediately began to take him out and the administrator also joined in for a conversation. I began to worry about my safety and his, turned on the camera and followed them. The administrator Andrey, who is necessary in order to smooth out conflicts, asked me to turn off the camera because he did not give me permission to shoot himself. Actually, that's what I did. And he threatened to ban me from entering their establishment. At the same time, all dialogues on the part of the security and the administrator were built in a "poking" disrespectful form. Conclusion: as long as you pay and tip, then you are welcome; if they communicate with customers in this way, then perhaps the customers there are mostly appropriate; well, if you are emotional, short-tempered and like to overdo it with alcohol, then it is better not to go here at all, you definitely will not recommend calling a taxi and going home. With all this, I can also note that the brawlers and bullies who provoked conflicts inside the club were quickly taken out of the room by the guards. You can see so many of them that sometimes your nerves give out...

I visit this institution quite often, day and evening and night, I have never encountered a bad attitude, everyone is always friendly, the service is good, the security is smiling and always courteous, special thanks to the manager Artyom!!!! We held a New Year's corporate party this weekend, all wishes were taken into account, the New Year's program is super, the food is delicious. I definitely think that the institution is one of the best in the city!!

Today I faced the worst service in Grodno. In the evening we decided to sit with a friend, have a cocktail and have a good time. BUT the service in this institution spoiled the whole mood.
1. When placing orders, they said that there are no gin and tonics now, but for some reason other cocktails that include gin or tonic can be made.
2. The waitress accepted the order for tempura rolls with shrimp, but in the end they brought tempura shrimp. We said it wasn't our order, and in response: "Well, you haven't tried it, so I'll return it."
After a couple of minutes, the same girl comes and says that "they have already made shrimp, and what do you want to refuse?". Seriously? You mixed up the order yourself.
But a moment later, the receptionist appeared, a formidable man who tried to find out why we canceled the order, trying to imagine everything as if we just wanted to change the dish. Are you crazy? Are you trying to make people doubt their own words? Or does this disdainful attitude apply only to young female visitors?
3. After the incident, the waitress stopped observing at least some politeness and openly showed that she was not happy to serve a table.
4. Dessert "fondan" turned out to be simply raw, half of the dough remained in the glass.
I do not advise you to visit this institution if you do not want to spoil your evening.

We had lunch on the summer terrace of the institution on June 23. The refrigerator was incredibly sour, it was impossible to eat, the potatoes were tasteless. When indicating this fact, the administrator refused to remove this item from the receipt. The bill was paid in full without eating anything. One of the advantages is the location and friendly waiters. I do not recommend it!!! There are many places nearby where you can enjoy a meal.

The waiter is a nice girl. The food is very tasty, there were 6 of us and ordered different dishes, everyone really liked it. The only negative was that the dishes were served unevenly, waiting for everyone to be brought. And the snacks are almost at the end, although they should be the first. The music is also pumped up, the DJ should see the requests of visitors and put better music. There are no complaints about the camera, but they left early, I wanted to dance to their performance.

We came to Grodno from Gomel for the weekend. We accidentally wandered into this place. Everything is not bad in general. Friendly waiters, good cuisine and hookahs. There is not enough space, the dance floor is crowded. The music is disgusting, it would be nice to update the playlist, it is 10 years out of date.
