We were from October 1st to 9th. 5 out of 5 the staff is excellent, the cleaning is more frequent than stated (it was very pleasant) the breakfasts are hearty and delicious, I would just like to have a little more variety and more fruits, because it's not difficult. The menu has very tasty food, pizza, rustic potatoes, etc. above all praise. Its own beach, peace and quiet. A small hotel and a new one! Short-term blackouts in the evenings / it's the same everywhere there, but it was quickly resolved. The sea is simply transparent and clean. A place for a quiet rest to sleep off after breakfast on the beach or drive on excursions)) Parking, swimming pool, take with small dogs, which is rare where, I wonder if there is a gradation in size)) sunsets cannon, the air is so saturated with oxygen that just after our Ryazan and the factories around, just fell from the amount of oxygen. This is not the first time in Abkhazia, and I want to return thanks to such hotels!

Great hotel! We had a rest on March 28, standard with sea view for 1 day. Wonderful staff, all friendly, friendly. Exceptional cleanliness both in the room and on the territory, there is an observation deck on the 3rd floor, a conference room, a restaurant. Underfloor heating in the room and in the shower, all hygiene products, a cool semi-professional hair dryer. Amazing views from the balcony, and lots of dolphins!!! A delicious breakfast: milk porridge, omelette, cucumbers/tomatoes, cottage cheese casserole with dried apricots, coffee from a coffee machine (several types, delicious!). Good large Parking, video surveillance on the territory, a large deep pool with slides is being completed. Transfer by hotel minibus.

A wonderful hotel! I have never seen such a level of service in Abkhazia.
We went on a yoga tour group. The whole group was delighted.A comfortable gym for classes. Morning classes on the roof are a special pleasure! And in the evening, incredible sunsets!
Excellent rooms, there is everything you need, including beauty products and bottled water. Perfect cleanliness. Friendly staff. Delicious, hearty breakfasts. The dishes on the menu are just as good.

We had a rest with a yoga tour in May. I liked the hall, panoramic Windows, atmospheric, cozy. There is a cafe, delicious breakfasts, a large selection of dishes. First of all, we didn't regret for a second that we chose and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very beautiful, cozy, the rooms are modern, everything for a comfortable stay is there. The hotel is located 30 meters from an almost deserted pebble beach, where you can relax from the silence of the city and enjoy the purest sea and air. It is better to book a room with a full sea view and in the second building on either of the two floors, in this building there are private balconies, in the building where the reception is on the second floor there is a shared balcony and the entrance to the rooms with a sea view through the balcony, as a result of which the living neighbors pass near your panoramic windows. The numbers correspond to the photos on the website. The breakfasts are almost homemade, there is everything you need for a hearty and delicious breakfast. There is also a restaurant here, not cheap and not all the dishes are delicious. I didn't find a place for lunch and dinner anywhere nearby. Free parking is available on site

Cleaning is daily, parking is free, there are no problems with water, the rooms are fully equipped. There are really no disadvantages.
We lived in Abkhazia for the first time, previously we came only for a day trip, and we are very glad that we stayed here, because the place of residence makes a huge contribution to the treasury of impressions about the country as a whole. A very picturesque place , the atmosphere and views are amazing 😍

We had a vacation together with my husband from September 8-18, 2024.
An amazing place! Incredible beauty all around. The hotel is small, but it is a huge plus.
The rooms are very beautiful, stylish with a comfortable bed, a large TV, and good plumbing. The sea is 40 meters away, the first line. Parking for cars is large
When we booked, breakfast was not included in the price. BUT, upon check-in, Anna gave us a bonus, included great breakfasts.
We have never seen such hearty and delicious breakfasts. Porridge, two types of pancakes, cheesecakes, omelette, scrambled eggs, berries (natural jam), sour cream, matzoni, yogurt, sausages, bacon, fruits, nuts. You will definitely not stay hungry. I especially liked the coffee (natural).
You can eat both indoors and outdoors – admire the sea.
Lunch and dinner are already on the menu for money with live music. But, for some reason, when there is no live music, then dinner outside takes place in silence, although music is playing in the room itself. That's the only disadvantage of this hotel for us.
Separately, I would like to mention the excellent service and very responsive staff (Anna, Olga, Lyuba).
The change of linen in 10 days was probably 4 times. The towel was changed after 2-3 days. The garbage was taken out every day.
We had our own two SUPS, which we were allowed to put in the utility room. It's very convenient, you don't need to blow it off, inflate it, I'll tell you, it's not an easy task. By the way, the guys from the maintenance staff helped us pump up, thanks to them.
There were plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for everyone during our check-in. The umbrellas are eco-friendly, made of wood, well ventilated and shaded with a diffusing effect. The sun beds are made of high-quality and thick plastic, with a mattress. It's just great!
A cool water park, with beautiful lighting in the evening.
There is a boxwood grove nearby, within walking distance. You can take a walk for a change.
If the prices next year will be available for our budget, we would like to come back here again.

The most amazing hotel and restaurant, super satisfied! We were in early September, the people on the beach are about zero, the rooms are fresh and beautiful, with excellent sea views, the staff is smiling and friendly. There is a swimming pool with two cool slides. The restaurant is also more than decent.
The price for placement bites a little, but there has never been a feeling of overpayment. It is definitely better to book directly (on the island the commission is 15-20% and the room level is not specified – there is a regular one with a shared balcony and comfort with a sea view with breakfast included).

I fell in love with this beautiful place.

We loved it so much:

The food is delicious. we didn't have time to try a lot for 3 days, but all we did was enjoy
the warmth - we were out of season - the room was even hot.
cleaning - minimal cleaning was carried out every day.
infrastructure - most of the restaurants were closed, we didn't really want to go anywhere. There is a beautiful boxwood grove park nearby.

An excellent hotel for both leisure and corporate events. I've been there 2 times, the first time I was on vacation for 10 days, and I've just returned from corporate training. Everything is great! The kitchen is on top! Sooo delicious cooking. A very hearty breakfast: Porridge, omelette, sausages, sausage, vegetables, pancakes, fruits, coffee! Charge for the whole day! Lunch and dinner - you'll lick your fingers! The menu is varied! The sea is gorgeous, the first line. Nature is fire! View of both the sea and the mountains. There are wonderful views from the roof!
A wonderful conference room, in the evening after the training they sang karaoke there! The sound insulation is simply gorgeous, you can't hear anything in the rooms!
No one bothers anyone to relax!
A very peaceful place, full of relaxation! Who likes privacy is a great place!
I highly recommend it! I will definitely come again! Thanks a lot to the staff for providing comfort!!! They respond to any question instantly and everything is solved very quickly!

A new, cozy hotel right by the sea. It is located in the village, there is a grocery store near the hotel, there is nothing else nearby. You can get to Pitsunda by taxi, 15 minutes away. Sun loungers are included in the price. The beach is sand with a stone, the entrance to the water is a stone, it was difficult to enter the water. The beach seems to be wild, there are no buoys, there are no lifeguards. But this has its own charm - just the sea and that's all, beauty. Board games can be rented free of charge at the reception. There is a restaurant, the food is very tasty.

An exclusive place with a large overflow pool and two aqua parks on the seashore. The sound of the sea can be heard in the room. The hotel is new. The food is delicious, we have been to other hotels in Abkhazia, there is something to compare it with. But this is something that can be digitized, so to speak. A wonderful, wonderful hotel! I was vacationing with my parents (I think 11😋). We all really liked it!! There is also a wonderful swimming pool with two slides. You could have left the room and run straight into the sea!!!!! The water in the sea has always been +25 somewhere. And in the pool +22 - +25 . If you walk along the beach, you can walk to restaurants in 10 minutes, and there is also a rope park. There are few people on the beach opposite this hotel. The water is VERY clean. Many thanks to Anna for being able to sort out the balcony for us. The room has a safe, refrigerator and air conditioning. There is also an ironing board in the hallway. The hotel has two floors!! The food there is very tasty, for breakfast buffet, and for lunch and dinner as in the restaurant menu. At night, the pool is very beautifully illuminated. We rested in August for 3 days in 2024. We all really liked it!!!!!!!👍👍

We rested from 11.09 to 14.09.2024. It is located in Pitsunda, right on the seashore. Next door is the Abaata Pitsunda Hotel and the Boxwood Grove Sanatorium.

The perfect hotel for a holiday. Everything is new, clean, well maintained. The staff is very helpful. The service is excellent. I won't even write about the gorgeous views, and the sounds of the sea, panoramic windows and an observation deck on the roof🤩

This hotel is just a Fire, new modern, 100% cleanliness is monitored, we had room cleaning every day, the staff is polite, the girls are smiling))
It's also super that the first line is by the sea, the restaurant has its own, the coolest thing in the restaurant is a buffet in the morning !!

A wonderful hotel, there are only a few of them in Abkhazia, and the only one in Pitsunda. You feel at home, everything is comfortable and convenient in the room, the ironing board in the hallway is freely available, you do not need to run somewhere and ask someone (the girls will understand)) The atmosphere is intimate, there is no fuss like in big hotels. So every morning he came to the beach with a stick and asked everyone to throw him a stick. But at sea.but he asked mostly for children. Rarely men. He did not approach women at all. Even the dog understands everything)) and so the kids throw a stick at him in the sea, he rushes after it, even if far away. And he goes out on a wet trip. He'll shake himself off. . And then the second stage of the game. It's called Try to take it away. And so on all day. Of course, the children get tired quickly and stop playing, and then the sad Fly goes to look for other tourists. My children fed him every day and swam with him like a dolphin) he did not announce at all. He ate selectively. Still from a rich family)) And in general, he never even showed aggression. In general, there are amazing dogs in Abkhazia. The smartest and wisest creatures. Kind and friendly. And the coolest thing is that everyone has clean white teeth, even the yard ones. It is not clear what this is related to.

We rested here from 14.08 to 22.08. I really liked it! The location of the hotel is right on the beach, you don't have to go far (for me, a pregnant woman, this was the main condition for a trip to the sea) the water in the sea is clean and warm, there are no people, quiet, calm, the restaurant is delicious. The rooms are clean, cozy, water is brought every day, towels are changed every three days. In the future, I wish the hotel to include not only breakfasts, but lunches and dinners in the price of the tour. And also to fence off your beach area (or put a guard there), because often passers-by occupied the hotel's sun beds on the beach. We rested for 10 days in September 2023. We were the first "testers" of the hotel - it was being completed. Just a great vacation, individual approach of the staff (special thanks to the administrator Anna), 30! meters to the sea on a clean sandy beach. The restaurant was not open at that time, but in 2024, I'm sure it will be, and it's just super!
Clean, modern renovation and plumbing, video surveillance ensures the safety of recreation.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days in early June. I regretted that I couldn't stay longer.
New rooms, beautiful stylish design of the hotel.

The sea was cool, the beach was pebbly. So, we mostly swam in the pool.

1. The light turns off every 1-2 hours (I know that this is a "problem" of this country out of season, but I think this should be provided if the hotel is open all year round)
2. There was often no water in the shower in the evening either.
3. Cleaning. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, but the room contains a description of the services provided by the hotel. Where it is appropriately indicated that wet cleaning of rooms is carried out daily.
Our room was cleaned on the 4th day after check-in and only after I asked the hotel administrator about it. The maids walked past the room every morning, no one even looked into our room once.
4. The hotel restaurant. Breakfast is standard from 8 to 10, it is paid separately, there are no questions about it. But from 10 to 13:00 - the restaurant is closed.
If you are counting on an extensive menu, there is none here.

5. Also, rental of bicycles, mopeds and other things are indicated in the hotel's services. Either we got into such a period, or the stars came together like that, but it didn't turn out either.
6. Swimming pool, sauna, etc. for a fee. When booking the hotel, it was indicated that the pool is heated, but in fact not. At this time of year, the pool is unimportant, but if I were here in the summer and I had to pay for the pool, which is located on the territory of the hotel, then I would have a question.

I was with my husband for 2 days from 17-19.02.2024.A new comfortable cozy hotel on the very shore of the sea.The beauty is incredible!
Our room was simply gorgeous: 2nd floor, panoramic Windows on 2 walls!, the floor is heated everywhere (room and bathroom), air conditioning, huge plasma, refrigerator, kettle,tea cups, I'm generally silent about the bed...There is a glass table and wicker chairs on the terrace...Well, a lot of other pleasant and sweet things..
I will describe my morning: the smell of mimosa (thoughtfulness of the manager Anna Sarnova) and the conditioner from snow-white linen and the most delicate towel in a range with the aroma of shower gel....Ambrosia is for the sense of smell... I'm trudging....
Imagine how amazing it will be there in the season.
I will definitely come back here. It is clear that every client is treated with a soul here!!

A great new hotel. A vacation for lovers of peace and quiet. Great rooms and friendly staff. I liked everything very much. There is a very decent restaurant on site.
