My favorite place where you can cool off with Ice cappuccino in summer, warm up with hot chocolate in winter, it's very atmospheric, where you can just sit alone, meet friends, read a book, work, etc. The staff at all branches of Costa coffee is very friendly, the service is excellent. 10/10

This is my new favorite place now. It's not about the coffee, it's ordinary here, not bad. The trick is a cozy atmosphere. Introverts will like it here, and I think not only them.
A small minus: the barista is constantly banging his coffee making things loudly. It certainly pisses me off. It's like being on a construction site. I know it's the same everywhere. But it's strange that in such a thoughtful place they didn't think about it.

I visited this branch with my sister today. Maybe it's because of the New Year, maybe it's always like this, but it was just terrible. We ordered coffee in the hall, made one into a cup, and took the other coffee with us (supposedly the glasses were out). The tables were dirty, no one had cleaned up without our request, and not even the first time. My sister ordered it on lactose-free, but the coffee was made on regular.
