The staff is professional, always willing to help, always working fast, and in the matter of a few short days, you'll receive your official documents.
They also are dealing with selling and renting real estate properties. So, if you're looking for real and certified professionals, you for sure won't be going wrong with them. They can help you buy, sell, or rent or rent out any types of properties, whether it's for commercial purposes or residentials.
I've done business with them many times, and I'm planning to work with them more in the future.

Extreme unprofessionalism and boorish attitude towards customers. They wasted my time by sending the wrong meeting coordinates to view the house. When I was late for the next meeting, I said that was it, I was leaving, they started to be rude to me that I didn't know how to use the navigator, I didn't know the area, I spent their gasoline and they wanted to see me to "look into my eyes." I came to the head of the agency, who absolutely repeated the behavior of his agents. The fish rots from the head. Such "work" harms the reputation of the Armenian real estate community.
