When I asked about the prices of backpacks, the seller made it clear that the ones in the box are more expensive than the rest. This gave me an unpleasant feeling that customers were being divided according to their financial situation.
To avoid misunderstandings, I decided to purchase the most expensive backpack. However, the very fact of such an attitude left a negative impression. It is important that all customers in the store are served with respect, regardless of how much they are willing to spend.
The store's assortment is good, and the product is of high quality, but the approach to customers requires revision.
