An excellent hotel in the Burgher part of the city, with an unusual layout of rooms and versatile items. For example, a table mat for plates on tables in a restaurant is both a card, and a folded business card of the hotel and an envelope where the key is put. Benches are used as chairs in the restaurant and in the rooms and at the same time as bedside tables. The hallway in the room is immediately part of the bathroom - at the entrance there is a washbasin and shelves, and behind the doors there is a shower and toilet and all this is closed by a common door from the rest of the room. Parts of the room are zoned with a bookcase, in which it is very convenient to put small items. The lower part of the window sill is a shutter that covers the lower part of the window (a full-length window) and a shelf for things.
And the design of the hotel lobby is dedicated to the theme of Lenin's stay in Munich, since he lived literally 200 meters away and there was a Iskra printing house right next to it.
Near the metro, several excellent restaurants and pubs, banks, shops and other infrastructure
