Pros: location (quiet around, own territory, private Parking) ; event manager Galina; waitress Marina; delicious cuisine; good bartenders in the lobby bar. Fitness center, swimming pool, sun terrace, sauna, massage. Minuses: 1. There are no kettles in the rooms. 2. There are no irons and ironing boards in the rooms. 3. There are unsafe balconies in the old building (any neighbor can climb on the left and right). 4. The balconies are COVERED with birds to death (probably there is no cleaning). 5. There are outdated, complex safes in the old building. The main problem: COMMUNICATION with the staff (reception, booking department). Three working days were spent trying to a) try to get answers to questions about the hotel's services and opening hours in writing; b) try to find a number where at least someone would answer the phone. As a result, INCORRECT information was received verbally!

Excellent location, in a quiet area.
Nice rooms. The heating is good, the interior is quite cozy.
There are many rooms with balconies.
You can put 2 bottles of water as a compliment. One is missing.
I think it's time to review the breakfast menu. He's good, but not great.
In general, everything is fine! But there is space to work before the assessment is excellent. The tea table is not updated, i.e. there is coffee, tea, sugar upon arrival, and everything the next day and after, a new set will not be brought. A trifle, but not very comfortable. I'm shooting a star.

A large hotel is almost in the center of Karaganda. I must say right away, it is far from cheap, breakfast is included in the room rate. The room is large and spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed, pillow and blanket) The room has everything you need: bath accessories, bathrobe, slippers, cloths, water. Air conditioning, TV. The only thing that was not in the room was a refrigerator.
As for breakfast: the choice is acceptable, the food is delicious.
By the way, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that many foreigners stayed at the hotel. The British were definitely there, a whole delegation. After talking with them, it became clear to me that the guys had come not just to see the city, but to discuss business issues. In general, you can meet a wide variety of foreign guests at the hotel, which means that the hotel level is 5+.Keep it up! :)

Where did you find 5 stars? As much as in the review, so much in the hotel. A well-publicized place with purchased reviews. I came for work. A small conference room, like a pressure chamber, a household air conditioner cannot cope. There is no ventilation. The rooms are tiny, with a large bathroom with a small, slippery shower cabin. Towels had to be begged for, someone turned on the air conditioner in the room and took the remote control with them. The ironing room is not working, they say there are no ironing boards. Breakfasts for 3 +, for lunch they brought a hodgepodge, barely warm, the staff was not experienced, abandoned to the mercy of the guests. The price does not match the quality and service. 3 stars.

Nice clean pool. It's spacious. It's a good gym. Excellent coaches who know their business. Polite staff. The sauna is clean and warm. The water pressure in the showers is not always good. Good pressure is only in the last shower room. On the downside, sometimes there are a lot of people, especially when group classes are held.

The hotel positions itself as 5 stars, but when checking in, you can understand that at best it is a stretched 3.
Of the advantages: The hall of the hotel is good, there are no unpleasant smells, breakfasts are 4 out of 5.
Of the minuses: the room is ordinary for such money, there is no bottled water, there is no minibar, I asked to bring water, but they never brought it, documents for legal entities are written out once a week.
I do not recommend it.

Well, what five stars, why are you deceiving people? I was faced with the fact that the mattress is very (very, very) soft, it is not possible to sleep, my back and neck are numb, then my head ached. They responded to the request to change the mattress after 4 days, and did it so that they would be left behind, just changed to the same one from the next room (shame on you)

I liked everything. The room was clean, cleaned every day, all bathroom accessories were supplemented. I especially liked the lobby bar, as well as the location, very quiet and peaceful. Roman met me at the reception, very cheerful and pleasant. The waiters are very attentive. I will definitely stay there.

A standard hotel, but the prices are simply overpriced by at least 50%. For this money, you can rent a beautiful 5-star hotel in Astana. There is a swimming pool, sauna, gym. But it's not worth the money. If they revise their pricing, it will meet expectations.

Отличные номера. Хорошая кухня и лаундж. Офигенное кафе Zuma. Грамотные мероприятия , отличный администратор и конечно бар продуманный и еда на высоте.
Также при гостинице есть отличный фитнесс. Там классная тренажёра и бассейн с сауной . Всё на высоченном уровне. Чистинько и разборчиво!! Советую весь комплекс услуг проверить на себе!!! Не разочаруетесь !!!!

Отличный отель, сервис на высоком уровне. Завтраки очень вкусные. Персонал очень добро желательный и улыбчивый! Единственный минус это уличный бассейн, стена вся обшарпана, в трещинах. Требует срочного ремонта, иначе вид очень портить впечатления!

The price is inadequately inflated. The condition of the room is 4, there is old furniture. The entrance lock is terrible, you can insert and remove the card for five minutes until it opens.
Breakfasts are not bad if you live for a couple of days. The menu has not changed in almost three months.
I advise you to consider another long-term accommodation option.
The nearest shop and cafe are 20-25 minutes on foot.

Неоднократно останавливался в этой гостинице во время командировок. Наверное лучшая гостиница в Караганде. Очень напрминает гостиницы сети Holiday Inn. Сервис на отличном уровне, очень классные завтраки, как и меню в либби-баре. Уютно и тихо. Рекомендую!

Твёрдая четвёрка! Удобный подъезд с большой парковкой, просторные номера со всем необходимым, включая бритвенный набор хорошего качества, бар (правда, выбор пива небольшой и только бутылочное), достойные завтраки, приветливый персонал. Рекомендую

Доброго времени суток! Об отеле в целом сложилось хорошее впечатление: великолепные завтраки,входящие в стоимость проживания,отличный безпарольный вай фай везде,тянет даже на просмотр кинофильмов,тепло по всему отелю,уютно,приятная атмосфера,приятный ,.вежливый и отзывчивый персонал,всем огромное Спасибо🌷но…а дальше хочу обратить внимание руководства не экономить на нас,деньги откровенно говоря нормальные и за высокую стоимость я хочу чтобы в номере был Не рванный халат,тюль на окнах,а не только шторы,чтобы в окнах стояли не однокамерные пакеты,которые пропускают холод,ветер,завывания в них от ветра жуткие ,и я не спала нормально ни одну ночь,так как была метель и буран,ковролан в номерах и холле давно пора сменить ,весь в пятнах,так же пульт от телевизора замызганный(есть ведь чехлы для них) так же для заявленных 5 звёзд нет достаточного количества полотенец,у меня было только 3 (большое и 2 маленьких)и в самой душевой кабине не было ни одной полочки,не куда класть душевые принадлежности,у меня всё падало и валялось на полу, впечатление подпортилось(

Первый раз были в Караганде, нас встречающая сторона сняла нам эту прекрасную гостиницу.
Все было на уровне. Лобби бар хороший, еда на уровне. В начале с номере не работал кондиционер, быстро среагировали и что то там починили. Персонал отзывчивый. Бассейн не большой но достаточно чуть поплавать.
