Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my visit to the Cosmico salon and the work of the master Elizaveta Konkova. She was trying to get something into me the whole procedure. I work in sales and I perfectly understand how you can offer additional services to a client so that he really wants to purchase them. However, in Elizabeth's case, it was more of an obsessive "head-on sales" that created a sense of discomfort and lack of professionalism. The master should definitely reconsider his approach to working with clients. With such success, on the contrary, it scares away the client. I'm definitely not going back to Elizabeth! 👎

I was a regular customer of Cosmico, for 2.5 years I went to their care and bought all the cosmetics that they "gave me." And then, during the express styling, they burned off all the hair that I had been saving for many years. I stank of burnt chemicals. The salon offered one free care, which stated the terrible condition of the hair and again sniffed an expensive mask. Further hair treatment and refunds for the procedure were refused, spitting on their reputation and losing a client (I hope many more who will listen to negative reviews about this salon). Well, I was left with a washcloth on my head after visiting the eco salon.

I love this salon, attentive service - consult, offer tea / coffee, advise cosmetics. In most cases, the craftsmen do cool work. The salon on Narochanskaya is new and neat (in principle, as well as on Dimitrov and near Victory Square). The guys get their own cards for clients, where they mark important information for other masters (this is generally a brain explosion)

A new clean salon. Everything is very decent. The haircut was done by master Elena. Very careful with my uneasy hair. They did not intrusively offer their care and cosmetics. I would buy it, but I have a stock. I'll buy it when it's over. I will definitely come back.
