Purchased in June 2024.the certificate for haircut and grooming, but unfortunately my daughter could not use it, because the gift certificate was accidentally lost (the photo was preserved), the salon refused to perform the maintenance service, referring to the fact that the original is needed for reporting, although the number and date of purchase are indicated on the certificate, I do not see the point in purchasing I do not recommend certificates in this institution and others

I highly do not recommend this salon. Craftsmen are only good at smelling products. The quality of services suffers at the same time. The atmosphere in the cabin is the same as in the ordinary parikhkmer-it is crowded and noisy.

Unfortunately, my experience of hair coloring in this salon was unsuccessful. I've been here three times with different masters. The last time I came to master Hannah for hair coloring along the entire length, I wanted to switch from highlighting to cold blonde. The master is very attentive and pleasant, but the coloring absolutely failed. At first, there were no shades available that we selected for tinting, then the master tried to persuade us to abandon tinting, since the color turned out to be beautiful without it. I asked them to tone it down anyway, and they chose the colors again. As a result, instead of the pure blonde, which I was counting on, there are creepy reddish-yellow roots with an ashen hue along the length. The most unpleasant feeling is after coloring, on the second day a terrible itching began, the scalp was hot and inflamed. I didn't expect this, because I usually don't have any reactions and the color of the paint has always been taken very well. I think the salon is ideal for grooming procedures, but coloring still needs to be done by other specialists.

An excellent salon, if we talk about staff and craftsmen. Everything is at a high professional level. Paints, shampoos and care products are the best in the city. The service is super. Always kindly and sincerely) The only drawback is that the salon is very small. Due to this, when several craftsmen work with hair dryers at once, it is very noisy. The waiting area is inconvenient. It is better to go straight to your master from the doorstep. Unfortunately, it is uncomfortable in another way. But because of this, I would not give up high-quality coloring and haircuts, of course)

My wife got a manicure, 7 nails fell off after 5 days… As a result, I redid it here, but for my own money. Of course, she was embarrassed, but the salon had to do everything for free, because it was strange: new nails and after 5 days the client comes to redo everything. She wasn't even asked why she didn't have 7 nails. It 's just awful ! Men and girls, be prepared for the fact that the final price will be X2 !

I am proud that one of the owners of the Cosmico salon chain is my old friend, to whom I came for hair coloring back in 1997😍
The man is incredibly creative, sincere, talented, hardworking, decent. Such a person could only open an extra-class salon.
There was a period when, being straitened in funds, I could not pay for salon services. But even then there was a way out: models were regularly required at the Cosmico training center on Tolbukhin. For painting, among other things. This allowed me to enjoy all the benefits of an eco-salon absolutely free of charge.
To date, there are three Cosmico salons in Minsk: Tolbukhin, Oboynaya and Azgur.
I've been to all of them: the highest standard of service pleases me everywhere. You are warmly welcomed. They offer to treat themselves to coffee or tea. Different types of extra-class care cosmetics are used in the work.
The most amazing thing is that the prices here are not "cosmic": the secret is that Cosmico is a direct importer of all cosmetics. There are also "happy hours" in the salon, when the service is offered at a significant discount. It is also respected that the company is constantly expanding the range of services provided and, in addition to hair, offers hand care, in addition, you can buy your favorite shampoo or balm in any of the salons.
In general, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

I have my eyebrows growing well, and I know from the experience of other specialists that I can get a good shape. It took me a long time to pluck myself so that they could make a mold for me. As a result, I have plucked (this was confirmed by your second master), asymmetrical, short eyebrows. It's impossible to fix it before Saturday. The second master tried to fix it, but it was already impossible. Karina herself ran away. I have a complaint not to the master, but to the salon. How can you afford inexperienced employees at high prices? It's a shame for the whole network. Previously, I regularly had a haircut on your network. Of course, now I don't plan to visit your hairdressers.
