The main advantage is a very good location, in the center of party life. Near the sea, 10-15 minutes at a calm pace, a market, a bus stop in all directions. I was in June, the pool didn't work, I really missed it. Breakfast is coffee and sandwich. But the price for the room is cheap. The staff is friendly. If you come for a relaxing holiday, you will not go to this hotel, and in general not to Ayanapa!
I want to say right away, I read the reviews before the trip and was ready that the hotel was not very good, to put it mildly. But since I did not plan to sit in the room, I am ready to close my eyes to many shortcomings.
The acquaintance with the hotel began with a positive moment: we were checked in immediately upon arrival (at 10.00, although check inn after 14.00).
Yes, the furniture in the room is old, yes, there are flaws with the cleaning. But snow-white towels and bed linen, without stains and scuffs, immediately added a plus sign to the hotel in my eyes.
There was always water in the shower, the air conditioner worked properly, although it was a little noisy (but I quickly got used to it). As mentioned in previous reviews, in order for the air conditioner to work, the balcony and corridor doors must be tightly closed. The air conditioner is free of charge from Tui, they didn't ask for anything, it works from a button on the wall. At the reception, the price is 6 euros per day, air conditioning, 3 euros refrigerator. The refrigerator was paid for, but it did not work, the money was returned.
By the way, the mattresses on the beds are very comfortable.
The pool was not working, but hotel guests could use the Androthea Hotel pool for free.
As for the food: continental breakfast (two toasted toasts, mamlo, jam, orange juice and a choice of tea or coffee. On the first day we asked for milk for coffee, after that the waitresses put a milk jug in front of us every morning.
The dinners were always different and Sooo satisfying, they went away full every time. Be sure to have a large plate of soup (mushroom, chicken, lentil, tomato), the second courses were not repeated once during the week of stay. And for dessert, a fruit or a piece of cake.
They also ordered an omelette separately (when the toasts got boring), and fish meze, and grilled dorado. Everything is insanely delicious. By the way, the fish meze is the most inexpensive that I have seen (in the hotel 30 euros for two, in other cafes they took from 40 to 60 euros for two).
As for the location of the hotel, it is very successful. It is located in the very center, the bus stop is 10 meters from the hotel, near both bar street and the Ayia Napa Monastery.
It's about 10 minutes to the sea (if you go straight to the port), but I didn't like the beach there. As a result, the road to Pontachu beach took 15 minutes, maybe 20, if you go to the supermarket).
Special thanks to the hotel staff!!! The owner of the hotel, the cleaners, absolutely all the girls who work in the kitchen are smiling, friendly! Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere!
The apartment hotel, the rooms are a bit old - very old air conditioners, old plumbing. But in general - a delicious modest breakfast, a good dinner. For dinner, if it is included, there will still be no drinks, only the food itself. Drinks for dinner are paid. An inexpensive meze, but we haven't tried it. It is very conveniently located for night clubs and a 5-8 minute walk from Limanaki beach. To the youth Nissi Bitche by car 7-10 minutes, by bus 15 minutes approximately. In principle, you can have a good rest.
September 2019.
The 2* hotel is no more, no less and has two floors. The pool is on the second floor, but it's more of a paddling pool for kids.
As already written by others, one half goes to the karaoke bar, literally through the fence, so from 18 to 2, or even up to 4 (sometimes) get ready ...! In addition to loud and different music, clinking dishes and bottles, screams and whistles of people hanging out, you will have to face their singing, the yell of tipsy people and not always with musical education and voice. With the window slightly open, it feels like you're at a disco, but with the window closed, it's stuffy, and the noise is still strong! Air conditioning is charged for 6 euros per day (you can only pay for a minimum of 6 days), so prepare 36 euros! At the same time, the air conditioner is not regulated (just an on/off button and only with the windows closed, since there are sensors) so you can't leave it for the night! Earplugs save, but not much if they are good. The refrigerator is 3 euros per day. The safe is also paid. Wi-fi at the reception or in the restaurant. Although our room was nearby, but the wi-fi was on the verge and constantly turned off. Constantly - it's two or three times a minute, or maybe a couple of minutes to work, but better expect that you will have to use it only at the bottom of the hotel!
We had cleaning every day, they made up, took out the trash, paper, and changed the linen after 3 days. Maybe I was lucky, maybe because the first number from the receptionist was! I don't know about the others, but there was no problem with that! There were three of us, the third got a cot, it was difficult to sleep, it fell through in places, the crossbars rested on the sides, narrow, and flimsy! The room itself is clean enough, but of course everything is old. If someone was vacationing in old Soviet boarding houses, then the situation is exactly like this.
We had a continental breakfast and dinner, which was captivating, they took place in the restaurant on the ground floor immediately at the entrance to the hotel near the reception desk. The restaurant also opens onto the street and in addition to the vacationers themselves, guests from the street enter there. They probably think that people are sitting, so there is something interesting and you can eat, and these are the guests who have everything paid for, cunningly)))
About the restaurant!
As you know, in a 2* star hotel, respectively, and a 2* star restaurant. And it's hard to call it a restaurant, rather a cafe with service. Of course there is no chef there, I have not been in the kitchen, but without any doubt I will say that there is one cook for everyone (whom I saw when I went out). A cook both in appearance (in a good way) and in cooking, and I think someone else is there to help. So it's more like a dining room in a boarding house than a restaurant in a hotel!!!
The nutrition is similar to that in catering, without frills in both serving and taste, but you can eat quite well. By the way, some canteens cook quite well, and this applies to this dining room in the hotel!
Of the so-called waiters, they include a girl (Dylan's name) pleasant, speaks quite well in Russian, well in English, friendly, smiling, and perhaps even one girl, Jan. I will focus on a smile, as the rest of the staff is deprived of this! The rest fall short of being friendly, smiling is also not enough, as I wrote, and there is not enough for the main task, especially about the male staff of the restaurant.
The manager, he's at the reception desk, he's more likely the owner, apparently! A gloomy elderly man, slowly floating in a restaurant and around the hotel, can most often be found at a table eating or drinking something or figuring out a relationship with subordinates or just sitting! From what happened! We ordered a snack while the room was being cleaned (coincidentally), one small pizza and coffee. So after a while, the same cook came to sort out the relationship with the manager sitting at the next table. As it followed from the conversation, she was unhappy that she had to make one pizza or burger each!
Breakfast consists of 2 toasts, two servings of butter5g, one serving of jam 10g, a piece of thin cheese and vechena, 150 ml of juice and tea or coffee to choose from! The dishes do not change.
Dinner is salad or soup, as well as fish or chicken or meat with a side dish to choose from. That is, two dishes. The portions are not large. Salads and soups are varied, as is the side dish. Drinks are not included! Everything is simple enough but delicious.
Minuses:
Of course, the noise from the karaoke bar belongs to them from the big one, which has a great effect on sleep.
Everything is for a surcharge, if you need something, see above.
Very poor wi-fi in the room or even lack of it.
Positive:
Location, city center, nearby stops in one direction and in the other. Everything is nearby and attractions and night clubs and shops and restaurants and fast food. The city beach is 10-15 minutes away on foot without hurrying.(800 meters)
That seems to be everything in detail, but you can choose relative price / quality! As for food prices, in 90% of cases, multiply Moscow prices by 2!

A simple hotel, the rooms are small. Two stars, so don't build high expectations. A modest breakfast, suitable for young girls with a modest appetite, a hearty two-course dinner, but without drinks. Ants in the room, loud karaoke in the neighborhood from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. daily, rare cleaning. A small swimming pool. Valera, who solves your problems and lifts your mood. The hotel is suitable for people who are just looking for a place to spend the night and have breakfast with dinner.
One hair dryer for the whole hotel, so take your own! And so, it fully justifies its two stars. The main disadvantage is the roar of the night tavern under the window! Next time we'll choose a different hotel. And the food is delicious, otherwise just like everywhere else in Cyprus.
