The main advantage is a very good location, in the center of party life. Near the sea, 10-15 minutes at a calm pace, a market, a bus stop in all directions. I was in June, the pool didn't work, I really missed it. Breakfast is coffee and sandwich. But the price for the room is cheap. The staff is friendly. If you come for a relaxing holiday, you will not go to this hotel, and in general not to Ayanapa!
I want to say right away, I read the reviews before the trip and was ready that the hotel was not very good, to put it mildly. But since I did not plan to sit in the room, I am ready to close my eyes to many shortcomings.
The acquaintance with the hotel began with a positive moment: we were checked in immediately upon arrival (at 10.00, although check inn after 14.00).
Yes, the furniture in the room is old, yes, there are flaws with the cleaning. But snow-white towels and bed linen, without stains and scuffs, immediately added a plus sign to the hotel in my eyes.
There was always water in the shower, the air conditioner worked properly, although it was a little noisy (but I quickly got used to it). As mentioned in previous reviews, in order for the air conditioner to work, the balcony and corridor doors must be tightly closed. The air conditioner is free of charge from Tui, they didn't ask for anything, it works from a button on the wall. At the reception, the price is 6 euros per day, air conditioning, 3 euros refrigerator. The refrigerator was paid for, but it did not work, the money was returned.
By the way, the mattresses on the beds are very comfortable.
The pool was not working, but hotel guests could use the Androthea Hotel pool for free.
As for the food: continental breakfast (two toasted toasts, mamlo, jam, orange juice and a choice of tea or coffee. On the first day we asked for milk for coffee, after that the waitresses put a milk jug in front of us every morning.
The dinners were always different and Sooo satisfying, they went away full every time. Be sure to have a large plate of soup (mushroom, chicken, lentil, tomato), the second courses were not repeated once during the week of stay. And for dessert, a fruit or a piece of cake.
They also ordered an omelette separately (when the toasts got boring), and fish meze, and grilled dorado. Everything is insanely delicious. By the way, the fish meze is the most inexpensive that I have seen (in the hotel 30 euros for two, in other cafes they took from 40 to 60 euros for two).
As for the location of the hotel, it is very successful. It is located in the very center, the bus stop is 10 meters from the hotel, near both bar street and the Ayia Napa Monastery.
It's about 10 minutes to the sea (if you go straight to the port), but I didn't like the beach there. As a result, the road to Pontachu beach took 15 minutes, maybe 20, if you go to the supermarket).
Special thanks to the hotel staff!!! The owner of the hotel, the cleaners, absolutely all the girls who work in the kitchen are smiling, friendly! Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere!
