A good hotel, excellent breakfasts, comfortable rooms. I recommend it to anyone who needs to stay for a few days. Convenient location. The metro is a 5-minute walk from the reception
The rooms are shabby, the dining room smells (this is not a restaurant), there is no uniform standard of service, someone will not put slippers in the room, someone a shower cap and so on. A good location if you need a congress center.
To settle by QR code settled. They categorically refused to feed them - go to their restaurant, use rumservice, pick up takeaway Food. Idiocy in its purest form.
Comfortable rooms equipped with smart TVs, a safe in the room. Very decent breakfasts, near the metro, which has 2 stops to old Prague. There is a swimming pool. The staff speaks English and Russian
Old luxury!
At the moment, it doesn't smell like 5 stars, but it smells like cutlets and fried eggs so that after going to breakfast, you can't wash your hair even with shampoo from this smell!
They did not give a bed for two, they had to move two single beds - either Booking deceived, or Corinthia did not calculate its strength to receive guests. The room price was stated at 23.5 tr., but upon check-in they asked for 31 tr. - they say, in case we drink the whole mini-bar and break everything there. After negotiations, I had to pay 25.5 tr., but it is still unclear why it is 2 tr. more expensive than the expected amount.
The staff is running around in a commotion, the faces are unhappy... Maybe the New Year's influx of guests had such an impact...
There was no drinking water in the room, no bathrobes with slippers, no shampoos with shower gels, no dental kits - and this is 5 stars! After two appeals, all the belongings were brought to us, but we could not get water in 4 days.
In general, I did not like it! It is better to live in small cozy hotels than in such huge buildings with the luxury of the 90s, but the lack of proper attention to guests.
+ A business hotel with a great view from the windows. There is a swimming pool, a spa. Beautiful hall.
- Children are not welcome. At best, they will try to pretend that they are not there. Very expensive. The rooms are not comfortable. The service is strange. They put slippers in one room, but not in the other...
The location is convenient. There is a metro station nearby. 110 CZK daily ticket with no restrictions on the number of trips. Plus, it also works on land transport.
Great hotel! The view of Prague is simply gorgeous! The breakfasts are decent, just super!!! The metro is nearby, the center is not far away! The rest was a success!
