The restaurant is delicious and varied, with live music in the evenings. The hotel has a souvenir shop and beach accessories. I didn't like the beach next to the hotel, with algae, the ocean throws them on the sand, but if you walk a little to the side, there will be clean white sand)) The place itself is very popular, worth a visit)

It is located in a quiet location. The territory is small, but colorful. Many rooms have sea views.
The beach is dependent on tides, shallow long entrance. Beautiful views all around. But there are a lot of algae.
There are few shops in the village. There are many restaurants within walking distance, mostly on the beach. The locals are quite friendly. But slow as turtles.
The hotel staff is very helpful. They do everything for a long time, as they do everywhere in Tanzania. A guard walks around the clock, there are no thefts. Cleaning is only on request. The breakfasts are hearty, but monotonous - eggs to choose from, pancakes, muffins, fruits.
The rooms have a free safe, air conditioning. There is no refrigerator, no kettle, no cups. Sockets are suitable for Russian equipment.
The biggest disadvantage for us is the noisy night discos twice a week, where the local elite gathers.

We rested at Coral rock in Zanzibar from 24.02 to 06.03.2021.
I must say that the hotel is super! We really liked everything very much!
The staff is very friendly, helpful, always smiling, speak English.
The room is spacious, a huge double bed with the softest mattress conquered us, we slept like babies)
There are small ants in the rooms, but this is Africa, there is no hiding from it (
The rooms are clean, they are not cleaned every day, but when you ask.
A large relaxation area by the pool, overlooking the ocean. The pool is cleaned every day, it's cool to swim in it and take a photo)
The restaurant is delicious, more expensive than in the district, but it is considered prestigious, The portions are huge, we took 1 dish for two.
There are many places for cool photos on the territory, a wicker swing, a ring, etc. All in the same style.
The only caveat is that at high tide, the ocean brings a large amount of seaweed under the rock on which this hotel is located. You need to go swimming a little further.
And this hotel is considered a youth and party place, on Mondays there are parties and people come from everywhere, entrance is paid for everyone except the guests, there are a lot of people, groups perform, we had a fire show, fun in general)
Overall, we were very satisfied! I heartily recommend this hotel! He's the best in the neighborhood!
