3-star hotel, 2 km from the beach, very friendly staff. There is a shuttle service to the beach, there are 2 of them.Terrazina, free of charge and Fanar, paid, 1 dollar per person.There is a good sea on Terrazin, autumn is warm, corals and beautiful fish are found.You can swim. There are more corals on Phanar, and correspondingly beautiful fish, but the sea is shallower. We mostly rode on Terrazine, I liked it better. At 9.00 for the first time, back at 14.00.And the second time at 13.45, back at 17.30.You can walk for 20 minutes. Or by taxi, $2. The food is modest. You will not stay hungry, but it is scarce. Mangoes can be bought at the Mango market, a 20-minute walk or in the Old Town, there is a market, There is also a One stop supermarket, at fixed prices. There are different products and goods there. The water in the hotel is from coolers, we bought it in bottles at the hotel.
They cleaned up well, the tips did their job.
In general, the rest is good.
The price corresponds to the quality.

Hello everyone I stayed at this hotel for the second time. The first time in 2023 is 22 days, the second time in 2024 is 25. Solid three, the staff is fine, the food is fine, the rooms are old, of course, but everything worked. The room was by the pool, originally from the SPA. Good location, in 23 there were 5 beaches to choose from, this is a +, in 25 there are only 3 - this is a minus. The price / quality ratio is good, there will be a normal price - I will go there again))

I really liked the service. Helpful, good-natured staff. The hotel is not big, but neat, clean staff like bees, who sweeps, who washes, who cuts the bushes. The food, buffet, is not rich, but everything is very tasty, thanks to chef Said. Since the hotel is located on the second line, there is no private beach, but there is a transfer to the beaches, they take you to 5 beaches. The rooms are a little tired, but clean and tidy, cleaning is carried out daily. Alyonka's chocolate helped a lot in solving problems. Only the best memories remain. Whoever goes, believe me, you will not regret it.

The hotel is great for 3*. The territory is well maintained. The food is good for 3*. Cleaning, change of towels every day. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Transfer to 4 beaches (3 free and 1 paid El Fanar).
There are disadvantages, but we turned a blind eye to them (they gave water to the room only on the day of arrival, angry mosquitoes - raptor to help, saw 2 cockroaches, a lizard in the room, tea/coffee only for breakfast, for lunch - dinner or ask to be brought, or go to the bar ourselves, which is not quite convenient)

The hotel is small, with 2 swimming pools. The audience is mostly British, a few Italians, Germans and of course Arabs....The rooms are dirty, very dirty, the linen is old, and the towels are fresh and white. It took 2 packs of antibacterial wipes and it became clean)))) A large number of mosquitoes and cats. There is food...., but not exactly what you will like))) I was very surprised by the chicken soup set on the barbecue, this has never been seen in any hotel, as well as Smoking in the hotel lobby!!!
It's good that there are several cafes nearby outside the hotel where you can have a snack and a cappuccino.

The hotel is on the weak three. We had a rest from October 14 to 24, 2023. The territory is beautiful, well maintained. The rooms are dead, but you can live. The food is disgusting. The cook does not know how to cook anything except rice and chicken. Vegetables are either undercooked or over-salted, instead of fish there are some fish balls in an incomprehensibly disgusting sauce. Once they gave burgers and stewed beef two tiny pieces per person. That's what we ate for 10 days, saved fish restaurants and kebabs. We took them to the beaches, all of them are free. Temple Beach is just amazing.

The hotel staff has just beaten up my relative, tried to take his phone away from him, tore all his clothes off and won't let him back into the hotel. It all happened because he ordered a drink at the bar, he was refused, he started filming it on his phone, the hotel staff didn't like it and they beat him for it. This is how Russian tourists are treated in Egypt. I contacted the tour operator, they haven't called me back yet. So, a Russian tourist at night in a foreign country, in the desert, beaten, in tattered clothes thrown out of the hotel into the street.

Great hotel! Breakfast, lunch, dinner - you will not stay hungry. There is a bus service from the hotel to several beaches. The rooms on the ground floor have access to a small terrace on the territory of the hotel. Two swimming pools, excellent staff, polite, friendly.
Leaving the hotel, we were handed snack kits in branded hotel packages: a trifle, but a pleasant care.

It's just men and boys, there are no women at all.
They take you to the beach at 8-55 and 9-20, back at 13-30 for lunch. You can walk 3-4 kilometers, too.If you walk along the shore for a kilometer, there is a wild beach. There are other beaches, for 2 dollars entrance.
Coral slippers are necessary, the shells are very sharp. A mask is also required)) There is always fish and meat for dinner -either goulash or barbecue chicken. If someone has a birthday, you need to come up in the morning with a passport, and in the evening they will congratulate you with a cake)
We went for $ 25 on a yacht in the evening, the program for 5 hours, did not like it... For an hour the DJ amused the guests in Arabic, (half of the guests are local), for another hour the visiting part of the guests watched the locals dancing slow dances in love, then magic tricks, then dinner is no better than a hotel, All this under the smell of diesel, since there was no wind, and the ship is anchored in the same port. For 4*- a wonderful hotel. Clean, they wash the floors and doors and windows in the morning. Food... The choice is not very large, because there are purely Egyptian dishes that our people do not eat. But when a cloud of guests arrives at discounts, they change this menu for the worse... Do not take rooms with a view of the arena - the music is very loud, from 10 a.m. to 22-30. Even the closed doors to the balcony do not prevent her from stunning you. And if the windows are on the other side, then it's quiet there (we went to visit a friend, for silence). This hotel doesn't pull in a five, but I've seen 4* Charm and much worse, so you can go.

Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel. Of course, there are shoals, but this is not particularly striking, considering how small a price I lived there. The food is good, breakfast is not always perfect, but lunch and dinner are excellent.

The rooms are very old, the TV and air conditioning were constantly broken, and they were repaired only with extortion of something (money or chocolate). The food is normal, you can eat well. In general, the hole, like the whole Charm, does not look like a resort town. The good ones are coral reefs and beautiful fish.
