I came today to take a large batch of cream photos, they told me that if there was a queue for cream, they wrote down my number and said they would dial it when they were ready, they didn't say a word that it might take several days, I waited 2 hours until closing, is it really impossible to make myself clear? How was I supposed to know that the queue was for several days? Maybe there were 2 people in front of me, they said they would dial when they were ready, and I waited until they were ready, a very unpleasant situation

The quality of the photos on the documents is poor. Blurry, yellow light. I took a photo on a green card - just cropped a wide photo. Photos on the phone are better in quality than using a "professional" camera.
