If you don’t want to ruin your sleep on vacation and wake up to an alarm every night and morning, choose another hotel.
My boyfriend and I went to the hotel. The first two days everything was fine. But on the third night, while we were sleeping, the alarm clock screamed. We almost went crazy. It yells very loudly and it’s unclear why in our room. We hoped it would be a one-time thing. We came to terms with this and had difficulty falling asleep.
The next day, the 4th day, at 7 am the same thing happened. I went to the reception to find out. They said it was an alarm. Either it was broken or it just worked.
In general, it’s good to live here, but only until “this” starts happening. When “this” happens, your vacation is no longer a vacation.
P.S. I wouldn’t be surprised if this alarm clock will accompany our sleep until the end of the vacation.

We stayed at this hotel from 25.03 to 01.04
For its price, it is a decent option. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. They took only breakfast, it was delicious, but monotonous.
There is a shopping center with a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. They cleaned every day, replenished coffee and water, as well as cream.
Of the minuses, these are sockets, those who are traveling for the first time most likely do not know that in the emirates there are British-type sockets, they did not give us an adapter, respectively, the curling iron and their hair dryer did not work, fortunately there was 1 outlet; where the phones were charged.
The second disadvantage is the dryer; there was something similar to a dryer in the closet, but things in the room did not dry very quickly
Transfer to the beach : they take you and bring you only 1 time (10-16:30). Either you need to return by metro yourself, which is very tedious, or wait for the transfer until half past four. We waited for the transfer and eventually earned ourselves a sunstroke)
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the metro - through the park and villas
Dubai Marina is 25 minutes away by metro, 45-50 minutes to Dubai Mall

A very cozy hotel. There is a McDonald's nearby, where you can have a snack, a supermarket. There are several cafes on the territory of the hotel, the prices are very acceptable. There is a park nearby. We went in January , so we were lucky with the weather . On the downside, the pool was cold for me personally . But there were also those who swam . There was a shuttle service to the beach, very convenient. The metro is 15-20 minutes away, not far if you go through the park. There are 5 metro stops to the Marina. In general, I really liked to relax, after walking through the noisy streets of Dubai, there is a very comfortable corner here. The staff is friendly, although there are no Russian speakers. They are always smiling and ready to help .

A great hotel with a beautiful view of the lake, excellent service and polite, smiling staff. A family of 4 people (two adults, two children aged 7 and 9) had a rest in a room with two Kingsize beds. The room is quite spacious. The food in the restaurant is varied and delicious. Breakfast buffet, dinners - order according to 3 menu options + children's menu free. I recommend the hotel to visit 👍 All the necessary shops are on site. 20 minutes to the metro station. There is a shuttle service to jbr beach at 10 a.m.

The rooms need cosmetics. The location is remote, quiet, peaceful. The metro is 20 minutes away on foot. The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are not bad, there is a shuttle to jbr beach and to the shopping center. There are good shopping centers nearby, a park and a poppy (it was closed in the spring of 2023), it is probably working now. A hotel for a relaxing family holiday with children. The rooms are cleaned daily. But there is a price point. In March, at breakfast, the price for 2 of them was about 20k for 5 days, and in December, at the same time, the price was 100k+. For 20k a luxury hotel, for 100k you can find much better.

The hotel is good for its price. Breakfast is a varied buffet. Dinner is a choice of dishes on the menu, but they are all delicious and the portions are huge. The hotel itself is far away, almost the last metro station, but the area is pleasant, near a large beautiful park, a green oasis, of which there are few in Dubai. The hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the beach every day. The rooms themselves are a little tired, but not directly sad, just an out-of-date interior, creaking closet doors, in short, frivolous disadvantages)

I would call it a "Hotel with a claim to a 5-star hotel." We went to Dubai, but the location of this hotel is the very outskirts of the city. The metro is a 25-minute walk away. Next to the shopping center is just the name, in fact, a tunnel with fast food pharmacies and a deli (there is no alcohol), only a Poppy pleases nearby, there are only highways around. Therefore , if only for an overnight stay , then it will go !
However, I want to invite the restaurant: the breakfasts are quite complete, you can find food to your taste . The restaurant itself is small, but there are few people in the hotel , so we did not see queues in December . And we took dinners - these were great dinners, like in a restaurant on a menu order.
The hotel staff is polite, the rooms are modest but well cleaned 👌

A great hotel for your money, the breakfasts are very tasty and varied, there is a free bus from the hotel to the beach, the metro is not far away, cleaning every day, normal, not great, in 2 weeks they did not do the rest. The territory of the hotel is good, there is a swimming pool and sun beds, near a shopping complex and many cafes. We liked it, thanks to the staff. And yes, McDonald's has been completed, right in front of the hotel, who cares.

In my opinion, the hotel corresponds to its stars, there are nuances by room (windows are not washed, swimsuits cannot be dried, lighting is bad in the bathroom), this is a separate story for flying birds (the sun beds on the pool were fucked up) But the food is delicious especially on the menu, the rooms were cleaned daily, the towel was changed, water was given, but the bed linen was not changed for 8 nights. The reception staff is friendly, but you need to know English (Google translator to help) quickly respond to requests for arranged problems. What I can't say about the welcoming party (Anex) if you don't buy excursions from them, then you automatically go to ignore any questions, reacts very slowly. The hotel provides a transfer to the sea (there and back) conveniently, but if you are not ready to pay for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella 6,000 rubles, then in the open sun on a towel it is difficult to arrive at the sea and wait for the return transfer. The hotel is 20 minutes from the metro, it is convenient, you get a single card (metro, bus and tram) and you can get to any attraction. Tickets were bought independently cheaper than a travel agency (Anex) and also excursions, the cost is very different and payment is in fact. The city hotel is not a beach hotel, in my opinion it is more suitable for people without small children.

In general, the hotel is not bad, but there are a couple of things that I really didn't like, you can't go to the pool with your drinks and snacks, you are forced to buy them in the hotel restaurant where the price differs from the neighboring store by 5 times, in the evening we wanted to eat fruit and smoke hookah by the pool, but we were kicked out, the rooms are large but old, the TV in our room does not work, the air conditioners are not regulated, the location of the hotel is very far from everything, we booked a room for smokers and with one large bed, but we were given a non-smoker and with two beds, when we asked to change the room we were refused, there is construction everywhere, but there are also advantages in the form of a good breakfast, comfortable beds and the absence of people, which is expected in principle. The quality of the hotel depends on its attitude to its guests, here you will find only extortion money

Superior: view of the construction site. For 7 days, the tax was left 105 dirhams upon arrival. The room is large, there is a TV (not a single Russian-language channel), a refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer, an iron and a board, in the bathroom: soap, dental supplies, large bottles of shampoo and shower gel. They provide slippers, towels, a bottle of water 0.5 per person every day, coffee, sugar, cream. There is no outlet for 220, only 230, but an adapter was provided upon request. The air conditioner works with a bang! Hot water is hot! The room was cleaned every day.
Nearby there is a shop, a supermarket with fresh pastries (plus the fact that you can walk to it on the territory of the hotel without going outside), various fruits, juices, a McDonald's is being built, just a view of its construction))) After walking through the inner territory, along the lake, you can visit a Turkish cafe, Thai cuisine, just cafes.
You can walk along the territory along the lake, but, "tired park", it becomes visible near, but in general it is beautiful, birds sing, everything is green.

We read a lot of positive reviews, we were sure that this is exactly what it is! But alas and ahhhh. The entire area in front of the hotel has been excavated. But that's okay. There is a terrible stench of camel feces.
Then the reception itself. Two office desks in the corner. Not when and not when you think that this is a reception.
Because of the stench near the hotel there are a lot of flies by the pool.
The hotel is located as far away from all attractions as possible! The beach is almost 10 km away. Yandex Taxi 70 AED, Uber 60 AED one way.
It is better not to use these applications. It's twice as cheap to give up on the street.
Only Expo is nearby. It's cool there by the way.
The rooms are large, but. The furniture is old, musty smell, the windows are dirty! The refrigerator didn't work. Asked to replace the number. Refused, said the hotel is full. But in fact: there are no people in the hotel at all! Only the refrigerator was changed. The reception staff is not attentive: no one speaks Russian, money does not change. Payment for the tourist fee is requested only in AED. For six days 90 AED. They are sent to change, by taxi, to the store, CARREFOUR, which is two kilometers from the hotel.
Although nearby, within walking distance, you can change: even in a shopping center, in a supermarket, even in MacDonalds. Just need to buy something. Only all the cleaners of rooms and toilets, polite, say hello.
Deck chairs, by the pool, old and all broken. The towel is given out in spots !
The hotel does not pull for 4*. Upon check-in, they do not inform you what time breakfast is, where it takes place. What time is the bus, its schedule. But if you approach, they will tell you.
The bus from the hotel takes you to the beach once, at 10 am. But you have to sign up for it, 12 hours before departure. Back at 16:30! Also only once.
To the shopping centers only by taxi (from 60 AED in one direction and above) or the metro, which you need to walk to in the heat +40 (the nearest station is 1.6 km. it will take 18 minutes along a hot street).
By the way, to the metro by taxi 15AED.
We chose a room: Green View. As a result, a view of a large parking lot. To the question where is the Green view, they answered: Green View is a view of the city. So there are no trees for us, no singing birds. Two palm trees in the distance and that's it. Only cars coming and going. The air conditioner makes noise like an airplane engine during takeoff. It's noisy to sleep at night. I had to turn it off. The windows don't open. In general, you need to think ten times before coming here. Maybe a three is better, but closer to civilization. And even on the transfer, they rolled through all the traffic jams. The last of us were brought in three hours after we left the port. The guide said so: how you got there. It's not your first time in the UAE.
PS: I woke up in the morning, my conscience stuck that I wrote a negative review. I thought: I'll rewrite it after breakfast. It seems the furniture is not so old. But breakfast left everything as it is. This is not a 4*, but a confident 3*. And even very helpful: security guards, cleaners and cooks do not help.

A good hotel with its own territory is a big plus, because in the evenings you can sit outside by an artificial lake. The staff is slow, it is necessary to constantly remind.
Our meals were breakfasts, not bad enough, from fruits: grapes, melon, apples, watermelon, kiwi.
There is a bar on site.
The metro is 900 meters away, but for us it was not a problem, there is a closed park nearby, along which we walked to the station.
The hotel is located far from the coastal zone, about an hour's drive to Dubai Marina, because of this, excursions refuse to make a transfer from the hotel. So be careful and check with the operators.

We were completely disappointed , we arrived at 7 a.m. we got to the hotel at 10 , check - in at 15 o 'clock , and we were told you breakfast is not allowed today , only from tomorrow ! There was a girl with glasses at the reception , she didn 't help us with anything , she speaks only English ! The deck chairs are wooden, everything is broken , the mattresses are stained and full of holes , the towel is terrible , the hotel is a hole , the reviews that we read are positive do not correspond . It is very expensive to get to all the sights, to the metro by taxi 15 Dirhams . Nearby there is a McDonald's with high prices, there is also a supermarket and a shopping center , it is empty, there are almost no people, there is no variety of products, souvenirs and things! Hotel for 3-, but no more! The bus to the beach by appointment goes at 10 am to the beach and 16:30 back, it is not convenient as much as possible. From the hotel to Burj Khalifa by taxi 94 dirhams 2500₽ one way. Not tasty food at the hotel , took breakfast , additionally went to lunch soup of the day disgusting , returned , did not eat , but had to pay , 29 dirhams bean puree soup and two burnt toast 750 rubles . A lot of budget 3-star hotels are much cooler with locations and food , I do not recommend the hotel !
