Good location, there is a place to walk along the bay, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the beach, the beach is not bad - there is a toilet with a shower, sun beds and umbrellas for a fee. There is also a shuttle service to the Sahara shopping center, which is located on the border with the emirate of Dubai - this way you can save on a taxi if you plan to go to Dubai. The breakfasts at the hotel are normal, but I didn't have enough meat - the bacon and sausages are sorted quickly, and whoever had time ate it. The rooms are cleaned daily, but they still feel uncomfortable - the windows are dirty from the outside and the furniture and appliances are asking for updates. But the staff is working at 5 points, well done, they helped solve a non-standard issue - I left my phone in the taxi, so they called my number and asked the taxi driver to return, everything ended well. Of course, I would not like to go to the same place again, but the hotel is very suitable for one trip. I recommend
A wonderful hotel! We had a vacation with our daughter in January 2025. The room is perfectly clean! The staff is very friendly and courteous. The restaurant has a delicious and varied menu.
Special thanks to the Russian-speaking girl Irina at the reception. We bought all the tours only from her – you definitely won't find a cheaper price.
Always friendly, friendly, pays due attention to everyone, always helps and prompts. She's very pleasant to talk to.
I would also like to say a special thank you to the young man at the reception desk, Nahom, who helped us twice in this situation. I definitely recommend the hotel!
Excellent hotel, clean, modern, daily cleaning in the rooms, towels and bed linen were changed every day, polite staff (with my very modest English- everyone understood), delicious and varied food in the restaurant. Opposite the hotel there is a lake, a good promenade for walking in the evening to the site where they arrange a show of singing fountains. There are many interesting buildings in the city, an aquarium, admission for children is free, there are no drinkers and smokers on the streets. There is a shuttle service to the sea, but we preferred to walk. The beach is clean and guarded. Although this hotel is 4 stars, but it pulls in all 5. I recommend.
Great location. close to the sea, about 2 km away, there is a free shuttle service and you can walk to shopping centers on foot. There is a transfer twice a week to Mega Mall and Sahara Mall. There is no transfer to Dubai. There is also a Sharjah City Center nearby. There is an ocean museum and a pearl museum next to the waterfront.
We had a rest on New Year's Eve, fountains and fireworks could be seen on the embankment.
The rooms are nice and clean. The food is very tasty, lots of meat, fish, salads, fruits and desserts.
The tours were bought at the Said Tour agency (you can find them by name on Yandex) and the prices were very good. The tours are informative - the guide tells a lot of interesting facts that even the children listened to
We had a rest for a week at the end of December, the hotel is very conveniently located. You can walk to the fountains in the evening and generally have a place to walk, there is a fruit and meat market nearby, you can buy dates, various types of sweets, nuts, fruits, the most famous Dubai chocolate is much cheaper than on excursions.
The staff at the restaurant is very pleasant. We took breakfast and dinner. Breakfast buffet, a la carte dinner, I liked the breakfasts more.
But the rooms were poorly cleaned. Otherwise, I liked everything))
A girl named Irina is sitting in the course, very pleasant, open-minded, we took guided tours from her)) She always answered questions and helped, thank you very much)
I advise you)
The hotel in Sharjah is good, we liked it: the first line from the lake - there is a place to walk in beauty, there is a Russian-speaking staff, transfer to Al Khan beach at 9.09 there, 12.00 back. The beach itself is open until 19.00. The umbrella is large and 2 sun beds for the whole day are about 1.2 thousand rubles. it comes out. 30 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by taxi (300-400 rubles.). There is a shuttle service to shopping centers, the concierge is always happy to help you catch a taxi. Nearby, the famous Gold Market and Fish Market are within an hour's walk along the lake. Cleaning every day, towels are changed every day, new hygiene products, tea, coffee, water are also replenished every day. There is a gym and a small rooftop pool where you can smoke. Own restaurant and coffee shop. We took a buffet breakfast from 6.30 to 10.00, the assortment is large, only 4 types of scrambled eggs with different fillings, which are prepared with you, separate desserts, freshly brewed coffee and tea, everything is in abundance. There was no buffet at lunch and dinner, and I didn't want to get attached to the hotel, so they didn't take it. In the lobby, a Russian girl Irina: they took excursions from her, she will tell you everything, help. There are a lot of excursions, we took 2: safari in the Sahara and a sightseeing tour of Dubai with a guide. The excursions are wonderful, a lot of impressions and photos, inexpensive and a buffet is also provided everywhere on trips. Everything is thought out: to have time to see a lot, and listen to the history and peculiarities of culture, and eat, and experience emotions (even adrenaline somewhere)) - I recommend it👍
There are a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants behind the hotel, everything is inexpensive (potable activia - 50 rubles.). Fruits and vegetables are generally cheap (the whole papaya is 300-400 rubles.).
In general, the hotel is pleasant, the location is good, I want to come back again))
P.s. we booked independently through the island.
It's a very nice hotel, although there were no Russian speakers in the hotel when we were on vacation, but they promised that they would be there soon, and the convenient location is where to take a walk. The cuisine has always surprised with its variety in the menu, design and serving of dishes. The food is always sooooo delicious. During the rest, no one was rude. A young man from a travel agency who came to pick up tourists helped download a translator that worked without the Internet and communication became much easier, thanks to him for that.
Excellent location of the hotel, everything is nearby, friendly staff, a variety of breakfasts. The rooms are large, and cleaning is done every day. The beach is within walking distance and there is a bus. There are also buses to Malls. There is a place to walk in the evenings. I really liked everything, I recommend it. P.S. this is not the first time in Sharjah.
We liked it, we had a rest at the end of November 2023.
Good breakfasts, very good breakfasts, not Turkey or Egypt, but the UAE.
There is a transfer to the sea, if someone does not fit in the first check-in, then they will come for them, but we often walked, not close to the sea, but accessible to young, healthy guys, or took a taxi.
I did not like that the doors to the balcony did not open, that the air conditioner could not be adjusted, and that the hair dryer wire was torn off.
But in general, I really, really liked it!
The hotel is located along the waterfront, and amazing walks are provided every evening.
We are considering this hotel for a holiday in December 2024.
The hotel is located in the city of Sharjah opposite the bay with a small island with an outdoor theater, the first line (rich, by the standards of the local population). The hotel does not offer 4 stars in terms of food and service. The rooms are not bad, but with disadvantages. Since the window wouldn't open, the lights wouldn't work, and the safe wouldn't close, they moved to another room. In another room, there were no wall lamps at all... Buffet for three. Meat, chickens did not appear even once. The fish in the batter is small, small... Rice is plentiful, potatoes, salads, as everywhere. Don't think that everything is bad. We didn't really starve! Cleaning every day, water, tea, sugar in the room all the time. It's clean. There's a pool on the roof, but the water wasn't heated. Gyms, sauna for men and women are a nice bonus! The staff speaks English. Polite, normal. The overall impression is good, but as for us, it's a one-time visit...
The hotel is normal, almost in the center of Sharjah. We just got back. The breakfasts are decent, everything is quite tasty and varied for us at least. Of course, there is no view from the window, at the neighboring building. Excursions were taken from Irina in the lobby, everything is wonderful, a great positive person, cheaper than a guide.
We have been vacationing for a week since February 23, 2025 in this hotel. This is not the first time in the UAE. We have been to different Emirates, there is something to compare it with. The advantages of the hotel are its location and pleasant reception service. That's all. A huge disadvantage is the restaurant. We have never seen anything like this before. The hotel is listed as 4*, but there are savings in everything. The fruit is cut so finely that it looks more like a salad. There are only sausages and chicken liver for breakfast. The menu hasn't changed in seven days. Dishes are poorly replenished if they run out. We must constantly wait and ask. I was killed by water-diluted milk when I decided to eat cornflakes with milk one time. There is no service in the restaurant. Only the young man who roasts the omelet works quickly and pleasantly. In general, there was not a pleasant impression of such service. The only advantage is that there is a beautiful promenade nearby, where you can walk and there are many cafes and shops.
A wonderful hotel!!!! Spacious rooms, beautiful views of the embankment, you can walk in the evening!!! The food is simply amazing, this is not the first time in the UAE, we have been to many 5-star hotels, the food in these hotels is very good!!!! The only drawback is far from the beach, a bus carries 2 times a day, but the time is not very convenient, we rented a car.
We visited this hotel in February 2024. A good city hotel, very convenient location, you can walk along the embankment, look at the beautiful fountains. Nearby there is a pizzeria, subway, an Asian seafood restaurant, grocery stores, and a meat restaurant a little further away. The rooms are spacious, the third bed is included in the double room without any problems, there is a lot of space left. The room has a hairdryer, slippers, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, ironing board with iron. Shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shower caps are replenished every day. There were toothbrushes with toothpaste. Bath towels were changed every day, for the face, in my opinion not once. The only thing I lacked was light, there was nothing in the bathroom yet, but the room was like a crypt) one ceiling lamp and a bunch of lamps did not help. The windows overlooked the neighboring building, so there was no light from there either. The restaurant is good, the breakfast is not very varied, but even an adult man will not stay hungry. There is an outdoor swimming pool on the top floor. It is far enough to the beach, we did not walk, there was a transfer at 9.00 there, at 12.00 back. Some people went to the beach for the first flight, but they were picked up again. They say there was a transfer to the Sahara shopping center 3 times a week. We didn't use it, we went there by taxi.
To begin with, my husband and I are not picky tourists.
1. The breakfasts are good, there are plenty to choose from, you will definitely not stay hungry.
2. The room is large. Plumbing and furniture are already tired, there is a little dampness in the room. There are few hangers. The safe and mini fridge are free of charge. Tea, coffee, cream, sugar and water are replenished every day. Well, as usual, there is not enough light.
3. The location of the hotel is good. There is a very large embankment, cafes, shops, pharmacies nearby. There is a shuttle service to the free beach 1 time a day (beach towels are not provided). Almost every day there is a transfer to the big shopping centers.
4. The cleaning is mediocre. They change towels, add soap and soap. The carpet was vacuumed 1 time in 5 days.
5. The staff is friendly and fussy.
I gave it 4 stars because you can't give it 4- or 3+. Well, that is, on the verge.
The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. All major locations are within walking distance - the beach, bus station, cafes, entertainment. The embankment is 10 meters across the street and you can walk along it and enjoy the beauty.
Meals: we only had breakfast. We got to the "before" and "during" Ramadan and felt the difference in food. The child ate cereal with milk for breakfast. If there were 3 types of them "before", then "during" there was one. Of the drinks, there were two types of juices and lemonades, then during Ramadan - water, water with lemon and juice (it is also water with the taste of orange or pineapple).
Rooms: as many have already written, we were very "tired", but, in principle, everything worked for us, it was clean, there were no foreign odors. There is almost no light during the day, as most rooms (like ours) overlook neighboring buildings, literally 10 meters away, in order to see the sun and realize that it is morning, you need to open the window and look towards the lagoon).
Service: we went with a child, but the room was paid for as two adults. But for some reason, in terms of water, tea and coffee, soap dishes, towels, etc., they were replenished only for one. When the cleaner came and I said that there were like two of us, he started refilling one more bottle of water))) .
There are no slippers and bathrobes in the room initially, you need to ask.
But, in general, the price is high quality, the hotel justifies itself.
We stayed at the hotel for 12 days, starting on October 19th. We found it on the booking, at the beginning the minimum price was confusing, but in the end we decided and went
We can definitely say that this hotel pleased us, but first things first.
1 - distance from the sea. We are not athletes, so we did not record the walking time, but it is clearly more than half an hour. Of course there are buses, but we went by car, so this was not a big problem for us.
It is worth noting right away that the beach at the hotel is free, but if you decide to take a sunbed and an umbrella, you will have to pay the price of 30 dirhams (per day of rent). If you have been to the same Al Mamzar beach, you probably won't be surprised by this, but we would like to know this initially.
2 - At first, upon arrival, they were afraid of the condition of the rooms because a man came with us and immediately began to find out why it was so dirty in his room. But we went with 2 families and took 3 rooms, none of the dirt was noticed. Although after this "scene" they looked closely and paid attention to the condition clearly more than usual. The only thing that was found was in the 3rd room, on the 2nd floor, a red spot on the carpet.
3 - Parking. The parking itself is good and convenient, but if you leave your car there, then try to look for places with a minimum number of neighbors. Because during the stay, a couple of scratches were added to our Rent a car(
Well, now about the obvious advantages:
1 - and the main thing. Restaurant. We went for breakfast and dinner. And we can definitely note that this is one of the best restaurants in the Hotel that we have seen (we have quite a lot of experience, we have been going to the Emirates for more than 30 years, we have been to many other 5 and 4 restaurants, and also have experience visiting other countries, including Italy, Egypt, Spain Turkey, etc.).
The only thing is that the Hotel does not always have a good workload in the restaurant, sometimes instead of a buffet, the food is on the menu. In this case, the choice narrows down many times, but even my fastidious son, who does not eat literally half of the food, was able to find something to his taste.
2 - The most pleasant staff, with whom we managed to get acquainted during the rest (12 days). Starting from the chef, who went out several times and whose name is Ahmed Abotalele, ending with simple waiters, everyone turned out to be very pleasant people.
Since we really love seafood, my husband decided to talk to the manager, whose name is Ronson, and asked him in broken Russian to cook shrimp. Before that, we tried to do this in many hotels and the only place where we agreed was just the same Hilton. But then we didn't even have to persuade, we immediately went to a meeting, which was very pleasant!
At the reception, the staff is no worse, and also helped with any problems we have.
I can definitely recommend this hotel to visit.
I liked the hotel as a whole, we had a rest in early December.
The location is excellent, near the promenade along the bay, there are cafes and shops nearby.
There is a shuttle service to the city's public beach in the morning and back at lunch. It's a pity that there's only one flight there, one back. But you can get there by taxi, 14 dirhams.
Minus: there are no beach towels in the hotel.
The rooms are somewhat tired and here the hotel is teetering on the edge of 3*. Especially the bathroom, there was mold in the wet areas. The room itself (standard) is large, with a large bed and wardrobe, free safe, refrigerator. Cleaning daily, 1 liter of water was added every day and a gel shampoo. The views from most of the rooms to the neighboring buildings are almost within reach - this is a minus.
Excellent view from the rooms overlooking the bay, the restaurant windows also overlook the bay.
As part of the accommodation, there was a breakfast-dinner. The breakfasts are somewhat monotonous, but you won't starve. For dinner there were always a couple of types of meat dishes, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, watermelon, melon, very tasty confectionery. The staff is very polite, not only in the restaurant, but in the hotel as a whole.
There is a Russian-speaking specialist at the reception - Marina, who helped with many issues. It works according to a certain schedule, of course, not all days in a row.
Just returned from Sharjah and this hotel.
What can I say: the location is excellent: located on a beautiful promenade, close to shops, a shopping center nearby.
A bus takes you to the sea, but you can also walk for 20 minutes.
We got into Ramadan, the breakfasts seemed to us meager, there were few guests at the hotel. But after Eid al-Adha, a lot of people appeared, and breakfasts became more diverse.
The tiny pool was fine with us until there were more people, then there was simply nowhere to step.
Summary: in the UAE for the first time, there is nothing to compare with, but everything is quite normal.
The hotel is basically normal for living. I'll tell you the pros and cons right away. As they say, briefly and to the point:
Cons:
-no balcony
-the breakfasts are monotonous, there is no baking
- the shower is not particularly comfortable
-sockets are not suitable for our chargers and adapters are not given at the reception, you need to go to the nearest store and buy yourself, this is of course a big minus
.....
Now the pros:
+cleaning service every day in the room
+they give out shampoos and gels every day
+the room is large and spacious
+the bed is good
+windows open
+tea, coffee, water -replenishment in the room every day
+there is a safe and refrigerator, hair dryer
- the view from the window is not very good
The hotel positions itself as a 4*, but in fact even 3* is a lot for it. We got a room with a view of the neighboring building - windows to windows, daylight does not penetrate into the room because of the neighboring building, there is no lighting in the room, even a printed book cannot be read, while 2 lamps above the beds and 2 sockets did not work. The room is damp, the bed linen is damp. The room smells, and the whole floor smells damp. The backlight on the mini-mirror in the toilet did not work. The glasses are dirty when checking in. 1 teaspoon and 1 hanger were missing. They asked to replace the room - it's been 2 nights, we're waiting ... The breakfasts are edible and meager. A la carte dinners - a choice of 1 soup, 2 salads, 3 hot ones, 1 dessert and a drink. Don't set foot in this hotel anymore and I advise others to look for something else.
The hotel is located in the center of Sharjah, it is very convenient to walk around the center. The service is also very good, they cleaned every day, the restaurant is clean, the waiters are friendly. The disadvantage is that there were problems with water, the pressure was not any several times, the window in the room was on the neighboring hotel, it was visible earlier when this building was not there, the view was gorgeous. But in the restaurant, the windows overlooked the bay and you could eat with a beautiful view.
Well, even these minor disadvantages for me did not affect a great vacation in the UAE.
1 photo from the room
2 photos from the room
A standard city hotel. For the beach, the transfer is at a certain time.
We walked each time, using different routes, it was more interesting this way. In fact, it takes about 20 minutes on foot.
The food in the department is normal, without frills, you will not be hungry.
The hotel is a bit old, but for relatively little money it is quite suitable.
We are currently vacationing with our son at the hotel. The staff is friendly, friendly, all issues are resolved instantly. The breakfasts are rich, but for an amateur, you will definitely not stay hungry. The rooms are tired, there is no broken furniture, in general everything is fine, there is little light in the room, as there are high-rise buildings nearby, but this is even better, since at such a temperature and the sun, you feel comfortable in the room. There is a transfer from the hotel to the sea, however only once a day, departure at 9:00 and back at 12:00. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for a fee (40 dirhams).
I would not recommend choosing this hotel!
There is no restaurant at the hotel where you can sit and have dinner! More precisely, it is there, but there is only an Ala Card) no more) the rooms are dirty, cleaned Cleanly to throw out the trash and report soap accessories)
We ordered rooms with double beds, as a result we slept in separate ones) moreover, there was a large company, and everyone was provided with different beds 😂
I don't recommend choosing it at all)
I stayed at this hotel for 4 days.
Not bad, but very tired, it falls off a little here, it falls off a little there, dampness, mold on the wall lamp, but I'm not spoiled by luxury hotels at all, so it was normal for me. The price is essentially the same as the quality.
The food is decent, there's plenty to choose from, there's a pool on the roof, but I didn't go, it was kind of cool.
There are nuances, but on the central street, there is a magnificent view of the embankment, there are many shops, cafes, and a park nearby.
The location is next to the beautiful lagoon promenade. The breakfasts are good, the rooms are good, but the smell is musty due to the damp carpet. The transfer takes you once a day in the morning to Alhan beach and back. You can walk for about 30 minutes.
The hotel is excellent, the staff is not Russian-speaking, but there is a guide at the bottom of the hotel if he can help. The breakfasts are good, but the chicken sausages (they are most often at breakfast) are very salty.
An excellent hotel to stay in if you come on a working visit, it is far from the bay, but there is a shuttle service that will take you for a swim and back. The food is delicious, everything is fresh and there is a good selection. the rooms were cleaned every day, the bed linen was changed every 2 days. There is a kettle in the room, coffee and tea bags, dry cream and sugar. Bottled water every day. Hair dryer, safe, ironing board and iron, very convenient, no need to run around looking for things to iron. The air conditioner worked perfectly, it was in August, the heat was simply impossible, there was no way without it. The hotel has its own swimming pool on the roof, there is a gym. A very cozy and comfortable hotel, but I repeat, if you are not on vacation, there are no entertainment facilities, and other things that are in hotels where you go for a vacation. The hotel is 3*, but the rooms are like 5* in the same Egypt or Turkey.
We were with a friend on New Year 's Eve . I liked the location, the hotel is small, the staff is responsive, cleaning was daily, additionally they gave slippers and bottled water of 0.5 liters.
The rooms are spacious, but without frills, the windows are small, ours faced the parallel embankment street , it was noisy and calls from the mosque were heard, there was little light in the room. There is a hair dryer in the bedside table in the room, it was barely found and it did not work , as well as the safe , as well as the mirror in the bathroom . The masters were sent quickly, everything was repaired except the mirror. The lid of the trash can is broken, the bathtub was always leaking after taking a shower. The carpet is dead , with an unpleasant smell . Three Russian TV channels.
The food is poor , you will not stay hungry, omelette, Eggs are fried in front of you , 2 types of cheese , greens, cucumbers , sausage , porridge , yoghurts , fresh pastries , I liked buns , and cupcakes tasteless . There is no coffee from the kettle, tea bags. We didn't take dinners , there are plenty of cafes nearby , for 100 dirhams per person you can have a great meal. Galauzhin 's New Year 's ball is a bit weak , we expected more and there is something to compare it with …
Transfer to the beach at 9 am, the bus is killed with smelly chairs , they take you from the beach at 12, if on foot, then 20-25 minutes, on the way you can go to a large supermarket, there is a good assortment of everything , near the mosque. The beach is good, you can take a sunbed (old) for 10 dirhams. The stones on the left are more comfortable, there are no locals, there is more space and it is not noisy (there are no children), only cats live there).
You leave the hotel , you go behind it and there is dirt , broken glass , garbage lying around . The most profitable exchanger is opposite Karefura, not far from the hotel. We looked at hotels nearby , Cornishe 5* nearby , 5-7 minutes walk , to the right of the hotel. It is about the same price, a little more expensive, but there is a different level, more chic and a different contingent ... I recommend it more than the Coptorne Hotel 4*.
Taxi from the hotel. There are about 50 dirhams to the airport.
Have a pleasant and safe trip to everyone ✨👋🏻
The hotel is located quite conveniently, within walking distance of the promenade and cafes. Bus to Al Khan beach at 9:00, back at 12:00, the beach is super!The staff is helpful, the breakfasts are delicious. The cleaning is acceptable, but the carpet is not vacuumed from the word at all. Poor ventilation, clothes dry with difficulty, some dampness is present. There are no beach towels. For the price of 6-8k per night, I consider it an acceptable option.
Great location. There is no variety in the diet: for breakfast it is the same - fried eggs with different fillers, sausages, one type of cheese, one type of porridge. There is also one meat and one type of fish for dinner. The water pressure in the room is very weak, at some point it seemed that the water would stop pouring, plus the water is warm, that is, you do not even need to adjust, just turn on the faucet to hot and it will be cool. The rooms with Windows on the neighboring building are very dark, because the light in the room is turned on only on the bedside tables. The beach is 30 minutes away on foot about 2.5 km or by bus. The beach is cool. There are many shops around and a lagoon for hiking nearby. It was enough for me to go there once)
The hotel is urban, but there was transport to the beach, but small. No matter how cramped it was, there was already an old minibus on the way back. There was a smell at the entrance to the hotel, it didn't bother me, but I wasn't very pleased. In general, the rest is fine, we left in the morning or afternoon, came to bed in the evening. The room was average, there was an iron, tea, sugar mugs, kettle, all the amenities were there. Cleaning was done every day. Once I asked not to clean it myself. Breakfast will go, you won't stay hungry. I didn't really want to eat in the morning. The staff is normal, there was only one Russian-speaking girl at the reception. Excursions took a Safari tour, the Indian Ocean, Modern Dubai. I liked everything, I'm happy with the excursions. Would you go to the UAE again for a vacation? Yes, I would go!
The hotel is for four, but weak.(but he is better than most of the fours of Turkey and even more so Egypt).
The location is good, there is a free shuttle service to the beach (umbrellas and sun beds are paid), in the evening there is a place to walk, 20-25 minutes walk to the beach. The shopping center is about 30 minutes away
The room stock is old, the carpet is dirty and very dusty, it would be better to clean it completely and the room will be fresher, otherwise the smell of mustiness rushes into the threshold, the furniture is good, but there is no clothes dryer, which is very bad. There is also nothing to dry things on the balcony, the balcony is polluted with bird droppings, I had to dry things on a cloth chair, having previously wrapped it in a large bag so as not to get wet. There is an iron and ironing board.
The food is not bad, but very mediocre, grilled vegetables suck, fresh vegetables, like plastic, fruits, except oranges and apples, are also tasteless. Grilled vegetables in need to learn how to cook from the Turks.The meat was always delicious. The fish is always the same- pananagus. Fried eggs for breakfast in any form, delicious pastries,good pies for lunch and dinner, but there is no tea or coffee for them (((. At Christmas there was a beautiful festive table with turkey, well done. The staff is friendly. Tables are cleaned quickly, served, beautiful view of the lagoon from the restaurant
There were Christmas trees in the lobby of the restaurant and at the reception, everything was at home
There were a lot of Chinese in the hotel, they are noisy and arrogant, they yell at the whole hotel, including in the restaurant, I really didn't like it.
The hotel has an office from the tour desk, the excursions were not particularly liked, especially in Abu Dhabi, little time was allocated for the mosque, for which we were taken to some date and carpet shops. The guide didn't even say goodbye when she left. And we paid $85 each for this, although the people from Ajman paid $75 each, and it is further away.
I'm staying at this hotel. The location is normal . It doesn't pull at 4 stars. The hotel is tired and worn out . Every day something breaks. The first day the safe did not work, they changed it, the second day there were problems with electricity in the room, the third day they could not open the door, the lock failed, on the fourth day the Wi-Fi disappeared, but they also decided. The management either does not control the breakfasts or is greedy for more than one day there were no dishes with meat . The neighbors were also outraged . Soy sausages are the cheapest to sell on their shelves every day. Even a 3-star breakfast is better. Draw conclusions accordingly . This is not my personal opinion, but the opinion of vacationers with whom we often cross paths and communicate. I could justify the condition of the rooms and everything else with photos, it's a pity reviews are not provided

The location is good, the beach and the boat station are 25 minutes on foot, and the bus station is also 25 minutes away, which is very close by Dubai standards. Not far from the Nesto and Lulu shopping centers, 15 minutes on foot. In general, the location is the most important thing in the UAE, here it is successful. Breakfasts are normal, fried eggs are always served and chicken or beef liver is served from the main course, as well as other olives, herbs, watermelons, grilled zucchini. In general, the hotel is decent, better than the Crystal Plaza Almajaz.
It's a good hotel, it's worth 4. We only took breakfast, norm. We visited. We missed it a couple of times, but we got enough sleep. The beach is accessible from 9 to 12. Inconvenient. We took a taxi, 14.5 dirhams, for our almost 300 rubles. But there is no choice, or go in the heat. There is a large lagoon nearby, the promenade is beautiful. We had picnics a couple of times in the evening, they do it, the locals just do it. The prices in the store are the same as ours. So take the cash with you. They accept dollars with joy. There is no alcohol anywhere in Sharjah, keep in mind, even in a cafe. Only in Dubai and the price tag is space. We found a liquor store, one in Sharjah. Natasha, the guide who works at the hotel, showed us. That's what the Liquor Store is called. If you are interested, find out. In general, the norms. By the way, I forgot to say, they have rooms for smokers, they check in quickly if they arrive at an inconvenient time. Keep in mind. Then you can move in. This is better than waiting at the reception 4 hours before the meeting. Good luck to everyone and have a good rest!!!!!!
Now we are resting in this Hotel . The location is super - located opposite the lagoon . Today we made a circle around it took 3.5 hours and 12.5 km for a walk . The embankment is beautiful , illuminated and equipped with a place of rest . As for the hotel itself - the rooms are spacious, everything is there for comfort, a bed))) all accessories in the bathroom - hairdryer, gels, shampoos, soap, cap .... Slippers and bathrobes were brought upon request . Breakfast is included in the restaurant on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the lagoon. On the roof there is a compact swimming pool and sun loungers . Water -2 * 0.5 per day for two. There is a small refrigerator . Transfer to the sea from 9 to 12. Drive 5 min to Elham beach . There are several supermarkets behind the hotel . There are many cafes and restaurants nearby and several banks for exchange . I may add more comments , but later .
A good hotel at a reasonable price.
Of the advantages:
1) good cuisine, there is always food for every taste.
2) there is a "health club" area, which includes a small swimming pool, sauna and gym (all included in the price).
3) a beautiful promenade right in front of the hotel.
Minuses:
Slightly tired rooms.
A good hotel for your money, the room is rustic, but otherwise a Russian woman sits at the reception, offers excursions, listen carefully to everything she says, she will guide you on the right path
Stay at the hotel in April 2024. I do not consider myself a friendly tourist, I rested in budget threes in Thai and expensive fives in Turkey, but this hotel did not meet my expectations at all.
1. A terrible stench in the corridors on the floors, there is also a smell in the room, there are funny things in the closet, even they are soaked in this smell. A mixture of mustiness and smoke.
2. A leaky bathtub, there was a puddle every time.
3. Dirt in the room. The dead carpet, torn curtains that were not even fully fixed.
4. There is simply no place to dry things, it is not provided. Even two days later, I had to put on a wet swimsuit, nothing was drying in the room.
5. They did not give towels to the beach.
From the good it is a normal location and a beautiful view from the restaurant
Positive:
Near the Karnes promenade;
To Al Khan beach on foot 20 minutes, by taxi or transfer from the hotel 5 minutes;
The amusement park is a 20-minute walk away;
To the bus station (buses throughout the UAE) and the market (delicious fruits) 20 minutes on foot;
Polite staff, helped with things and a stroller;
Not a bad always empty gym (24/7);
The pool is on the roof, out of 4 swims we were alone 2 times, the uncle is looking after (thank him very much);
Cons:
For 7 days, the carpet has never been vacuumed, it is very dusty;
The balcony is dirty (covered with pigeons), its use is conditional;
The door to the balcony does not close tightly - you will listen to all the prayers at night;
The breakfasts (for Ramadan) are the same - there is no buffet, 2 types of omelets (one of them is spicy), cheese, soy sausages and potato nuggets (inedible), vegetables and fruits of "as luck would have it" quality, pastries are good, porridge and eggs on request, once pancakes were made for a child;
So-so cleanliness in the restaurant;
There is absolutely no entertainment for children, even with camels on the ground floor it is impossible to play.
The hotel is urban, but not far from the sea. You can walk if you wish. We did so the first time, but then of course we used the shuttle provided by the hotel. In addition, in the evening there is an opportunity to walk along the promenade around the lake, which is located directly opposite the hotel. And, of course, numerous retail outlets. The food is wonderful, the rooms are good, there is everything you need, even an ironing board with an iron. Cleaning, changing of linen and towels is always no problem. The staff is always smiling and ready to help.
We stopped at the hotel on 04/07/24, the room was of course a little tired, but for us it was not very important. The room is very spacious, the floor-to-ceiling window overlooked the neighboring building, it also did not bother, when booking a hotel you could choose a view of the lagoon, but it cost extra money.
The first three days, while Ramadan was in progress, the food was right at 5+, at the end of Ramadan the menu became somewhat poorer, but we were not hungry.
Transfer to the beach only at 9 and back only at 12, the first day was badly burned in three hours, then I had to use a taxi to travel from the beach.
There is no staff at the reception who could speak at least a little Russian.
