I’m happy to write this feedback. The hotel is clean and very nice, friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet. Staff at the restaurant Ahmed and Ajith every day offering coffee, the waffles is very tasty.

We liked the hotel. Comfortable, clean, modern rooms, cleaning every day. The buffet meals are quite varied. The staff is friendly and friendly. It is quite possible to spend time by the pool. Convenient location in the city: a 3-minute walk from Krasnaya Vetka metro station. We took the subway to all the main attractions. There is also a cheap goods store next to the hotel, there are a lot of interesting things at an adequate price. There is a large shopping center nearby, it is not necessary to go to the Dubai mall, all the main shops are there. Next time, just go there.

A great hotel with a good location. There is a metro station and many shops nearby. There is an inexpensive cafe across the street where you can have a snack and lunch. There is a non-kite beach shuttle service. The beach is good, but the transfer from the hotel is not convenient. The bus goes in the heat. Check-out is at 10.30, and back at 15.00. The pool is open from 9.00 to 20.00. The breakfasts are not bad, but there is practically no meat. During the week, there was liver once, and once some kind of incomprehensible stuffing. The rest is like everywhere else. The rooms are clean-cleaning every day with a change of towels. The refrigerator did not work upon arrival, it was immediately replaced upon request.

Great hotel in the Deira area. On the red line of the metro - it is located across the street in 2-3 minutes. Goes to all tourist places Golden Frame, Museum of the Future, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina, etc. There is a Day to Day store nearby - you can buy all kinds of souvenirs, sweets, magnets, perfumes - almost everything costs from 8 to 10.99 dirhams. By the way, the perfume in the brown box is all sorts of floral , very nice. Right next to Deira City Mall - absolutely all brands and entertainment . Try the dunkins doughnuts there , all for 8 dirhams . You can go to the Super Bowl restaurant right through the hotel reception - everything is sooo delicious. You can order from the menu according to the price list or unlimited for 65 dirhams - on a piece of paper you mark the dishes you want and the quantity , and they bring you. You can repeat orders until you are full and try at least all the dishes . Opposite in the arch on the left there is also a cool restaurant, I don't remember the name, but you will definitely see - the food is laid out on the table, everything is sterile and on new paper if anything))) - rice as a gift, the rest is on the menu. Prices start from 35 dirhams per serving. Shrimp , mussels , crabs , fish , etc . For 100 dirhams for 2 it is quite enough , and at the end about the hotel - we were in Sharjah in this chain , we liked it . But this one in Dubai is just perfect in everything. Next time we come, I won't even look for anything - just here. We arrived at about 15.30 - there was a superior room , but they offered an upgrade without additional payment . To be honest , I was shocked . A huge 2-room room with a large balcony. One large room with a large sofa, a round glass table, chairs, a TV, a full-fledged small kitchen with a stove, a microwave, a large refrigerator and an ice freezer))) washing machine , sink . There is a photo of this room on the website. In the bedroom there is a King size bed, a table, a mirror, a hair dryer in the drawer if anything, a TV and different lights from above, from below and from the side))) there is a huge closet in the hallway , ironed and ironed . There are all accessories, slippers and even scales in the bathroom. There are no bathrobes , but I think you can ask for them . The guy cleaned the room perfectly!!!! This was evident from the polished glass surfaces in the living room. Thank him very much. They don 't take tips themselves - it 's obvious they 're not supposed to . I always caught up with him or caught him in the hallway. I wrote once in my notebook to take it))) he replied by writing thank you very much ( it was nice) 🥰 We lived on the 2nd floor in room 0209 - opposite the elevators there is access to the gym and to the pool . The water is cooled , towels are provided , the sun beds are soft . There is a Jacuzzi. View of the buildings 👍 The usual continental breakfast was enough , but for us it was not important .
And as for the sea, they take you to Kite Beach! Super beach . If you want fewer people, go to the right along the shore as far as possible.

Thank you very much, we rested with a friend from 26 to 04.07. Very convenient location, 2 minutes to the metro and a large shopping center, transfers from the sea and outlets, good repair, perfect cleanliness, room cleaning, special thanks to Lutful for it, not afraid to leave everything valuable just on the tables. It's a pretty good hotel.
Very convenient location.
Metro, shopping center within walking distance.
Room cleaning, replenishment of water/coffee/tea daily.
Transfer to the beach according to the schedule. I liked the beach very much, the wide coastline, there are a lot of places. We went to the beach in Dubai Marina, so I liked Kite Beach much more.
Among the disadvantages, I will note the refusal to call a state taxi for help. There is a private trader standing next to the hotel, an employee says so here it is a taxi, why call another one) knowing perfectly well that the state is exactly twice as cheap.
We downloaded the application and later used the state one.

The rooms are clean and quite modern (of course there are better and more modern ones, but everywhere there is a level reflected in the star rating of the hotel), the food is good, again due to the fact that this is not a resort, but a city hotel... in 5* Turkey, the choice is certainly wider. There is a hotel Shuttle to the beach, at a certain time they will take you and pick you up, if there is a desire, there are paid beaches nearby, but in my opinion, the beach where they take you from the hotel is not worse. In general, the hotel is not bad, there is a shopping center, metro, far from the airport. The meals were full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner), the breakfasts were more or less, the lunches and dinners were meager, there was little choice, only 0.5 bottles of water from drinks. Also of the advantages is a transfer to the Kite Beach, taken away around 10:30, and back at 15:00. Since it was impossible to be on the beach in the heat, we ourselves took the bus to the hotel for 45 minutes. I had to remind you about the cleaning of the room, there was a shortage of towels.

Wonderful hotel!!! Not in the center of Dubai, but near 100 meters away is the metro station Deira City Center, it takes 20 minutes
to get to the center!!! It was very convenient for us! It's really not far!
Some write that the furniture in the hotel is somewhat "tired", but we had a great room with a view of the street (not the courtyard, where the pool and construction site), which had good, good-quality furniture, so about this remark-I have the opposite opinion!!!
The staff at the hotel does not say in Russian, but this did not interfere with the rest at all, everyone understood each other by gestures and the most elementary words - phrases.
Near the hotel there is a local supermarket - Day to day, it really has everything!!! (products, souvenirs, household trifles, clothes, shoes, etc...), prices are the lowest in Dubai !!!
Finishing thanks to the waiter at the hotel named Nail, he is very friendly and courteous!!!
On the 2nd floor there is a cool pool (one is warm), we really loved splashing in it!!!
In general, I advise the hotel without a doubt, this is a solid 4, as stated!!
By the way, the food was also good, varied, everything was fresh, there were always meat and fish dishes, very cool soups, a variety of salads, cakes, pastries, fruits
A hotel bus takes you to the beach (Jumeirah Beach) every day (at 10-30 and back - at 15-00, since there is almost no sun on the beach after 16-00, at least in January - so, the bus is always on time, without delays and delays!!!
In general, the hotel staff does everything to make guests comfortable and comfortable!!!

Good afternoon. We lived in room #0415 on the 4th floor with windows on the mosque, a huge balcony, but we didn't hear prayers. The room is 2-room, with a kitchen, a huge sofa in the room and a large bed. Sooooo spacious room, enough things to decompose. Mostly Indians, very few Russians. There is a refrigerator, a large wardrobe, TV, iron, safe. They take you to the beach at 10:30 to 15:00, there are no bathrobes, only slippers, towels for the beach are not issued. Lunch until 15:30, you won't have lunch after the beach. The metro in NG is open until 22:00. Before New Year's Eve, we drove to Al Mamzar, but before reaching the park. A kite is taken from the hotel to the beach.
