Emirates' cool service is Dubai connect. Everything works exceptionally. Quickly organized - transfer from / to the airport, check-in at the hotel in the shortest possible time (an unrealistically large number of staff at the reception at any time of the day), a well-thought-out catering system. Comfortable rooms at the hotel. Thank you so much for your concern.
Quite a decent hotel to spend time before the connecting flight.
A nice pool is not on the roof.
The buffet is quite varied.
Minus I can only note - disorganization of employees. We waited for a pre-ordered transfer to the airport for more than an hour, all the time we were fed with promises of "another 10 minutes", "another 10 minutes". Then another employee comes up and gives out: "And we didn't know that you needed a transfer "🤦♀️ Barely had time.
We stayed at the hotel in transit, paid for Emirates, tk long docking. I was surprised that for a "free" hotel it is very decent. Simple beds, but comfortable at the same time. No bells and whistles shower rooms, but the main thing is that everything you need for a shower is there. And, of course, breakfast and lunch are great! Not far from the metro station.
A huge hotel near the airport and not far from the metro.
As an overnight stay or as a compliment from Emirates - it will do.
Breakfast was included - it seemed meager and not interesting.
