It's a very strange and stupid place.. I walked around the center of Baku, looked into the arch to see the real life of the city, saw a barbershop, decided to go in to make edging. Three guys were sitting in the salon doing nothing, there were no visitors, all three refused my request at the same time. Apparently they are waiting for the oligarchs with a more serious check 🫴🏻 It's a strange place, I don't advise anyone to come here.
