We rested with a family of 4 people (children 6 and 10 years old) for 10 days in August. The area of the hotel is large. There are many pools. The rooms are not new, but they are not badly damaged either.We had a family, two rooms, two toilets, in short, what we needed. There are no questions about nutrition, they say it's better somewhere, but it's always like this. But a short pontoon, a sandy beach for children, a gorgeous reef and a magical red sea, and nothing else is needed.

I am staying at this hotel. 2 days and the same number of nights before departure. I'm counting the minutes. To say that it is disgusting is to say nothing! Thanks to Anex tour and Tulle travel, thanks to which I got here for 167,000 rubles (Aeroflot flight and private transfer for two weeks).
Yes, the territory and the monumental lobby of the hotel are admirable at first - the remains of a magnificent past! That's probably all. The hotel is for guests from the former Soviet republics of the lower middle class and Russians who are cheap and angry. Swearing and alcohol syndrome from each talker, staff corresponding to the level of the guests and, of course, the same service. Restaurant employees do not hesitate to yell at each other in front of guests, middle managers spend hours shouting on the phone in the bar with guests, cleaners break into the room when guests are sleeping and violently sort things out near the doors to the rooms
(there are no do not disturb signs), cleaning in the next room is a natural disaster, there is no such thing as privacy in this hotel at all. They have already written about noise insulation here, about food and alcohol too, there is nothing to add, it is pathetic. The bartenders are arrogant, snide and licentious. The reef is dead, there are few animals. But the livestock on the territory of the hotel is thriving! Clouds of mosquitoes in the greenery and not only, sand ants on the beach, furniture ants in the rooms - bite greedily and imperceptibly when no one is looking. You wake up in the morning with bumps on your skin. I didn't see any signs of processing the territory, a couple of bartenders with a firecracker along the glass balconies and windows. Widespread mess and desolation ... choose your hotel carefully, compare prices and characteristics! It's a shame to pay for a farce, it's better to take a full five for a shorter period than to end up in a zoo. The hotel is two plus due to the territory full of insects.

We stayed at this hotel from April 18 to 31, 2023. It was the worst vacation in years. And no, we are not super-fastidious tourists, we perfectly understood where we were going, but the reality exceeded all expectations, and in the worst sense of the word. And now in order:
Advantages of the hotel:
the territory and the staff (mostly by 90%), if you give a dollar, you will be among the favorites until the end of the holiday. The advantages ended there. The only normal bartender is Mina, who works at the bar next to the reception.
Disadvantages:
Specifically, we were driving behind the reef and after reading reviews about the reef, we made a choice in favor of this hotel. Alas, there is no reef. More precisely, he is, but, semi-dead. If you have never seen fish in the Red Sea, perhaps this will suit you, but if you have seen a real live reef at least once, you will be completely disappointed here. There is a shallow entry into the sea for children, then corals. A broken pontoon leads to the sea, every second tile is cracked, be careful, do not hurt your feet. There are no handrails on the pontoon!
Meal. It is there, but there is zero variety. It's the same thing every day. Rice and 1 meat option. There is no choice. There were French fries several times, there was a queue for it like in a mausoleum. Again, you can't put as much meat as you want - 1 tablespoon was put on an adult man with a height of 2m, including gravy and vegetables. In general, it was lucky if there was meat at all. It's useless to swear and ask. We went with 2 plates each, then piling everything together we could eat. And no, we are not hippos who eat around the clock, it's just that there is really little food, especially if you don't eat sweets. Melons and watermelons are also in hand in several pieces. I'm not talking about drinks at all. Bottled beer, but it is not given in a bottle, it is opened and poured into half a cup of 150ml (in Russia, vodka is drunk from such in nature).
The numbers are dead. There is no brush!!! And this is not a joke, every day a cleaner comes with his brush. I forgot it once, he had a tantrum, so he asked me to give it back. "Cleaning" every day, but this is to make up the bed with old linens (they have not been changed once in 11 days), drag a rag in the water back and forth and put dirty towels back on the shelf. The towels were changed only when we started putting them on the floor and they were just black.
The territory is large, but almost everything does not work. When we opened the lower restaurant for 3 days, and everything seemed to be fine, as it was closed again. As it turned out, the locals came for the weekend and it was done for them. I also want to note that local people are given food without restrictions, everyone else has 1 spoon. You won't stay hungry, but I probably won't be able to look at rice and beef for another six months.
Pancakes or French fries or burgers are made on the beach at lunch. You will have to spend an hour in the heat in the queue, and there will not be enough for everyone.
An Italian restaurant makes pizza. I've attached the menu. I thought it was impossible to spoil a Margarita, but no, and then I was surprised)
In general, I want to say that once it was most likely a great hotel, but now it is an option for very, very picky tourists, or for those who have never been abroad at all.

I must say right away, the price list for the tour, the prices are overstated by two and a half times. He allegedly made discounts of 10-15 dollars. We are now a family of five here. We refused all excursions, so he talked to us very rudely, boorishly, and sent curses in Arabic. It ruined our first morning. The food, it's hard to say what's bad, we always ate too much, and the meat and fish are very tasty, but there is no variety. There are a lot of pastries and cakes. The staff is friendly, for 1-2 dollars, so they are generally ready to lick you. The rooms are "tired", but they were cleaned every day, towels were changed. Animation on the beach includes exercises and water aerobics, volleyball, darts. In the evening, at 9 o'clock, music is turned on in the amphitheater, children's animation begins at 9, then various performances for adults, then a disco. For many, it's very late and the children just didn't hatch until 9, which is a big minus. There are a lot of pools on the territory, but they are cold (we were in the middle of December). We had a room right next to the sea, with a stunning view ($35 was paid for it at the reception), and we didn't regret a bit, since they give free rooms near the water park, and this is very far from the sea.

At the beginning of February 2023, we rested with a colleague at this hotel for 11 days. The area is pleasant, the hotel is excellent, especially the rooms on the first level, where we lived. The staff is responsive, gives answers to any questions. The food is great. You can't cook this at home! Everything is very fresh and delicious. I've never had any stomach problems. We went to this hotel on the recommendation of friends and did not regret a bit. We liked everything very much. Upon check-in, they went to meet us and gave us a room closer to the sea and the main building.

During the walk, the captain saw dolphins and began to lure them, they performed right for us, it was not likely and cool, so many emotions. We swam in the open sea in a safe place. In general, you will not regret buying a walk in the sea from the guys from the beach.
For meals at the hotel... Well, this is Egypt, don't wait for something straight. We were always full and satisfied.
The bar is a separate story... For beer lovers, this is a disaster. beer is poured into small plastic cups from bottles (no draught) it foams, it's warm. They sell beer in 0.33 liters. Ice was put in drinks by both adults and children. Everything is fine and safe. Our men drank rum, and sometimes we also took rum and Coke. They pour a little bit (such an indication from the top), I had to walk more often. It is not clear what they regret.
Animation you guys are cool, kind and responsive. We participated in the Olympics, went to the aqua park.
The staff is very polite and friendly.
We went to the old town ($ 5 one way) and naamabey ($ 3-4 one way for 4 adults and 2 children) with a taxi driver from the hotel (with a checkpoint).
There is a Mahony restaurant in Naamabey that I highly recommend.

We flew on a bitter tour from 13.10 - 20.10. We had a great rest. Yes, the hotel is old, but work is going on every day - the lawns in the flower beds have been changed, the paths are cleaned of sand, in the evening they pickle the bushes from mosquitoes. Relaxing at the hotel is suitable for quiet couples. There is no good animation in the evening, you will have to look for entertainment yourself. The staff speaks 95% Russian. The guys are friendly and joking, if you don't turn up your nose, then you will be treated accordingly. The food is varied and delicious: a variety of fish (very tasty), meat (chicken, duck, beef), even 1 time we ate crabs, fruits and sweets as everywhere in bulk. WHITE SAND was brought to the plage - it's a thrill! There are clean towels on the beach every day. A very good shore with access to the water, where it is convenient to swim with small children. A pantone is laid to the reef, on which we always sit a lifeguard boy. The Aqua park is working in full mode, the eldest son was delighted with the slides. The reef is gorgeous! We saw stingrays, winglets, a lot of yellow, striped, blue large fish like Dory, and there was also a Napoleon fish!
My opinion:
1). if you are an arrogant tourist, you want everything to be perfect, chic, shiny, everything is new and like a needle, and to kiss your ass - you are not here!

But panton on the beach is covered in patches and cracks - such a pleasure. At the reception, no one cares about you. The maids are wonderful! There is no special animation, mb because we were at +50 and no one really needed it) the lobby bar is paid, ice cream on the beach is paid. We rested at the hotel from 22.05-3.06.23. I just want to say that we rested very well. Upon arrival home, I wanted to go back. We were going for a vacation at the sea, and the sea in this hotel is wonderful. We swam every day. Panton, of course, is better when stationary, but it was easy to get to the depth. The hotel grounds are large and well maintained. The rooms are normal, cleaned well. The beach bar wants to be better. The beer is warm, 100 grams in a plastic cup did not impress at all. Nutrition: we were not hungry, but we would like a greater variety of main dishes (meat, fish). As always, delicious and varied pastries. The fruits were oranges, grapefruits, peaches, grapes, watermelons, melons, dates. Special thanks to the waiters. The guys are just great. Dirty dishes were never on the table, they were cleaned immediately. There was no tea table in our room, although the kettle was brought to us later. But the cups are paper. I would recommend a hotel, yes. We're not coming here for food, we're going across the sea. The staff at the hotel is good everywhere , but especially the waiters.If we improved the food, put kegs with beer on the bar by the sea, everything would be just fine. I was surprised by the lack of a brush in the toilet. Water was brought every day. She refused to clean when she agreed, they stupidly took out the trash and straightened the bedclothes, linen and towels were not changed.
I always found something to eat from food. Mostly meat, vegetables and desserts. I didn't dare try the incomprehensible salads from yesterday's leftovers.
In the dining room, it was annoying that you couldn't take the appliances yourself, you had to look for waiters and ask them.
Meat was allocated strictly in portions, and more "to their own", to the Russians at the expense.
Overall, a good hotel, several pools, a water park and a private beach. However, the pontoon needs to be repaired. There was animation every day, every day a new theme, there was a fire show.

Sometimes they didn't take it anymore, they didn't drink so much, because there is water in restaurants and bars and by the pool and on the beach.Indeed, the rooms, as they say, are tired,,, but we came to enjoy the sea. There was water, there was light, the bed was clean-that's all you need.In order to change the towels, we just threw them on the floor.When we arrived, there were not very many vacationers, so only one restaurant on the 2nd floor was open. We got to the Eid al-Adha holiday, so after it a lot of locals came and then, so that there would be no confusion, they opened on the 1st floor. The food was exactly the same as on the 2nd floor, but it was more comfortable to sit there, there were fewer people, everyone thought, apparently, that the food was worse on the 1st floor))) Believe me, no, it's all the same there. Yes, perhaps there is no diversity in the restaurants that fastidious tourists are used to.But! There was beef every day! And as a goulash with slices, and a kebab every two days and just boiled delicious beef was cut into pieces.There was always chicken, too, and stewed, boiled and shish kebab. There was also a different fish every day for lunch and dinner, in its various manifestations. Yes, the cooks put very little meat in the plate, but no one bothers to come up with two plates and then come up as much as you want. Mutton was given on Eid al-Adha.There was never a time when the food ran out, and someone did not have enough.We went to the opening of the restaurant and later, there was always enough.
Watermelon, melon, sliced apples, oranges, grapefruit, plums, fresh dates from the tree, mango were used as decorations for desserts.Desserts are not the same as in Turkey, but sponge cakes and mousse and semolina and shortbread pies are also good. On the street on the 2nd floor, Egyptian bread-tortillas are being prepared in the oven and a woman is cooking large pita bread next to it.There are always pancakes, omelets, hard-boiled eggs for breakfast, and fried eggs are prepared reluctantly.One day they gave fried crabs.The soups are peculiar, the vegetable did not come in, the lentil was delicious, but it was rare. There were always rice and oatmeal porridges, pasta with two types of sauces, but you can ask them to put it without sauce.Instant coffee. But! At the reception in the bar, at certain hours they cook for free in a coffee machine, and in the hookah bar in the evening you can buy coffee brewed in a turk. We have never been hungry.Therefore, I do not understand those people who threw tantrums there about poor nutrition and instant coffee. You can also sign up for a la carte restaurants (Italian and Oriental), and at least sign up every day))) The Italian restaurant serves bruschetta and pizza one per person, drinks, fruits, desserts. We went to Italian twice. The second time on the eve of departure from that calculation, in order to take the pizzas with you on the road)) And they helped us out a lot). The only thing that bothered us was the lack of napkin holders with paper napkins in all restaurants....the waiters lay out the cutlery and one napkin next to it, then you have to go begging.. At the same time, there were no problems with toilet paper anywhere, neither in the rooms nor in the shared toilets. Now about the beach. The beach is big, we never occupied a place in advance, we always found it. By the shore on the sand, it's good only with small children. Shallow and do not go further, because corals. A lot has been written about the pontoon. Yes, it is inconvenient, cramped, there is only one ladder for descending into the water-but they quickly got used to it. It was really crowded when the locals arrived, they are whole family clans, they do not know how to give in, move over -as the guide explained to us, this is their mentality. Therefore, do not pay attention to them and try not to get there on such holidays))) The sea is beautiful, a coral reef with fish, we saw a huge turtle with a human growth.
The neighboring hotel is still empty, it is also the same owner - the Continental Garden. There is a guard on the beach all the time, he told us that he has been under repair for 2 years, they plan to open in 3-4 months.It can be seen that the green area is also being cared for, watered, and the beach and marina are still in ruins.
Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the hotel. Both on the beach and in the rooms.Upon arrival, we bought a couple of local Vodophone Sim cards, which helped out when we left the hotel. It is expensive to call a taxi from the hotel. We downloaded the InDrive taxi app, and for 110 local pounds we drove to Soho and then to Naama Bay.There are several small shops on the territory where you can buy, for example, a white hooded shirt for any age from $ 10 or any beach accessories.
The animation is really very weak... We went and looked at it once and didn't want to anymore. Once in the afternoon, they accidentally caught a foamy entertainment in the pool. There is no information about the event anywhere. Before dinner, animators only stand at the restaurant in some kind of themed costume and lure them to the evening program.
Who is used to the conditions of 6* hotels)))- well, yes, it will be uncomfortable for you, but for those who are clean, comfortable, and tasty, you will like it. We were satisfied with our vacation! I also recommend that you find relatively recent video reviews of the hotel on YouTube and watch them for review.
When choosing a hotel, I put more emphasis on the beach and the sea and did not lose.

A pleasant hotel, not very new, but quite cozy. The rooms are not new, there are cosmetic flaws in the decoration, furniture and plumbing. For lovers of luhari is definitely not suitable.
The territory is also not new. Cracks in the plaster of buildings, sometimes peeling paint - this is the norm for this hotel.
The staff smiles only for tips, but they do their job well without them. Cleaning every day. The room has a safe, refrigerator, conditioner, hair dryer, shampoo gels. Changing towels every day if left on the floor.
The food is normal, without frills. Meat dishes are served in portions. The portions are small. You can, of course, go back for another portion, but this is inconvenient in every sense.
There are a lot of vegetables, always fresh. The side dishes are not very good, except, perhaps, rice. In short: you won't be hungry, but don't expect frills.
Bars. The alcohol is local, very strong. Take it in dutik right away. Powdered juices, instant coffee (there is espresso in one bar, but for a dollar). Tea bags, a large selection. Soda standards: Cola, fanta, Schweppes.
The pools are clean, without heating. There is a water park.
For children, it's normal for once.
The beach is covered with coarse sand. The approach is very gentle - it is convenient with children. Then the corals. The depth is 100-70 cm. You can't walk on corals, you can swim to the end of the reef, but not everywhere - it's too shallow in places. You can watch the fish 30 m from the beach. There are a lot of animals. The sea is simply MAGNIFICENT.
There were always enough sun beds.
Excursions can be asked from the owner of the clothing store. It will be twice as cheap as the guide's.
Diving at the hotel. Inexpensive, you can negotiate for $ 20, if you do not take it through beach molesters (they have 30), and right in the diving center.
Be careful! Instructors don't care about your health. Mine ignored my signs and literally dragged me into the depths. I didn't have time to sell out and damaged my eardrum (not critical, but I spent the rest of my vacation with discomfort in my ear and had to give up diving in the RAS MOHAMED Nature Reserve).

We had a rest from 2.06.23 to 06.10.23. We booked immediately with a sea view. Upon arrival, the reception showed us the building where we would like to stay and Ahmed-Adnan kindly provided us with a key without any additional charges. Number 5208. They took us to our room by electric car and brought our luggage. The room has good solid wood furniture. The mattresses are good and the bed linen is good. Plasma, refrigerator, safe, sconce, work table and chair, chest of drawers, bedside table, coffee table, lamp, wardrobe and table at the entrance. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a bidet, a bathroom, a sink with a large countertop, a hair dryer, a convenient pull-out mirror. The bathroom is spacious and the room itself is quite spacious. An extra bed was provided for two children in a bed. A kettle was also provided upon request. Thank you Ahmed - Adnan, he was very attentive to us. They didn't ask for an iron, as they took their own. The air conditioner worked well. Nice sliding glass doors to the balcony. The service is excellent! The room was cleaned every day. Towels were changed, and water was brought for each of them by a bottle. Shampoo and gel were brought as needed. Everything worked fine. Well done! The territory is very well maintained, everything is blooming. In the evening, everything is highlighted. The pools are cleaned every morning. Urns are located throughout the territory. The beach is well equipped. Deck chairs with mattresses. Towels are distributed at the entrance on the left. When you leave, you hand over the towels and because of this there are always free sunbeds. No one leaves towels for the whole day and there is no need to get up early in the morning and take a seat. The food is delicious. A variety of pastries. If you come to the beginning of breakfast, lunch or dinner, then the assortment is very good. For breakfast, delicious donuts, pancakes with honey or apricot jam, fried eggs. For lunch, beef with vegetables, chicken, chicken soup with cream is delicious. For dinner, grilled kebabs, beef, tuna. They bake tortillas nearby. The whole range of alcohol, Schweppes lemonades, beer, rum, good white wine. We haven't tried the rest. The pastries are gorgeous, sponge cakes, pastries. Fruits include apples, oranges, dates, watermelons, bananas, and limes. Everything is 5+. And the most important thing is the Internet!!! I even caught WiFi on the beach. We also took a vodofone SIM card at the airport for $ 10 35gb. If the traffic was overloaded, they switched to it. In general, I recommend the hotel!!! I didn't like it at all! The food is monotonous, they give out food, as if this distributor feeds me out of his pocket! Endless queues for food, the plates are almost all chipped. You are sitting at the table eating, if there are a couple of pieces left, the service staff takes it from under your nose as dirty without asking if you have finished or not..🤦🏻♀️ All tables are wiped with one dry cloth, just shake off the food with this cloth and that's it. During a meal, hands stick to the table, which is very unpleasant, I'm not a squeamish person, but here...
My husband was standing in line for a watermelon with a large plate, they put three triangular slices in it, asked him to put more because there are six of us in the family and he takes on everyone, to which the distributor told him, let each person from the family come (we had a one-year-old baby with us). To which the spouse boiled over, asked to call the administrator, explained to him the essence of the snag, he asked the spouse to sit down and said I'll bring everything now. As a result, he brought a whole plate of sliced watermelon.It's a shame that such things are obtained through scandal. The attitude of the staff towards the hotel guests is dismissive and they do not hide it. Alcohol is poured as if it is being torn from the heart. The beer is warm, bottled in plastic mini-glasses, almost stacks.)))
If you have a room closer to the sea, then I do not envy you how you will go up to the restaurant for a meal.. It's a torment for me in this heat..
The sea is beyond praise! But even here there are shoals... the pontoon is breathing hard.. the first time she stepped on it, my daughter was very afraid of cracks in the pontoon and the planks placed on it, at first she refused to go further along it. There are a lot of broken deck chairs, washed beach towels, it's unpleasant to pick them up. It was possible to choose a darker color for the beach..🤷🏻♀️

There is only one bar on the beach. There is no bar near the pools.. It's kind of weird.. they clean the room somehow. And... here's what else. Upon arrival at the reception, we were offered two "superior rooms by the sea" for $ 50. There is one room on the 1st floor for a family with a stroller and for us on the 2nd floor (there are six of us). We agreed (although I wouldn't have given $1 for this room). In general, they brought us there, there is dirt in the room, sand, towels and detergents are not available, the refrigerator does not work, the safe does not work ... (in general, the room is not prepared at all!!! Also, when the staff was cleaning, instead of a shampoo bottle, they constantly put bubbles with shower gel! He was just confusing them!
In general, I will not go to this hotel anymore! And Egypt in particular. There is no desire to go to this country anymore. Starting with the attitude at the airport. Rude, always looking for someone to rip off money from airport and customs workers. Ending with this hotel and its employees....
