For your money , a good hotel . Great beach and reef. There is a sandy gentle approach. The hotel is multi-level, divided into 2 parts. One part is next to the sea, the other is behind the reception of the water park. We had a family vacation in June. It was a bit difficult to feed a child of 8 years old. But grilled chicken, French fries and local tortillas saved the day. The rooms are spacious and sturdy, the mattresses are comfortable, and all defects are quickly corrected. I was upset that the child was waiting for swans and hearts from towels , but they were never twisted. 1 time there was a fish) although they regularly left $. Of course, I would like to eat better, but we were not hungry. The eggplant is delicious, beef, rice and local tortillas. I had enough desserts for a year) all the roughness was covered by the sea , reef and fish. We saw 3 stingrays , 2 moray eels , 3 winglets, a turtle and Napoleon failed. In general, the hotel is the best.

They organize meetings with the management of the hotel, are interested in recreation and are waiting for the wishes of tourists, what to pay attention to. We had a rest from November 14th to 24th. The weather is comfortably warm (23 at night, 29 in the afternoon), there is almost no wind, the sun is gentle, the sea is warm and calm. The reef is beautiful, there are a lot of fish, it's interesting to swim. You can buy a mask at the hotel's store. It is necessary to bargain so that you do not lose.
The hotel is good on a solid 4. Beautiful blooming and green territory, they take great care, which cannot be said about the cleaning of the rooms. The rooms are old, there has been no repair for a very long time, it is clear that somewhere they tried to patch up the flaws, but poorly. The bathroom is just very old. There's nothing for the squeamish to do here. Towels are changed 1 time in 5 days and then when you remind yourself. The bed linen has not been changed for 10 days. The floors were washed and garbage was removed daily, but the dust from the table and the sink in the bathroom were not touched. We left $1 each for tea. In general, almost all the staff there expects tips for any minimal actions included in their duties. At the same time, everyone is very polite, smiling, joking. In general, communication is very good, tourists are loved. No one bothers or imposes any services. Almost everyone speaks Russian and quite well.
About food. It is without frills, but no one was hungry. And meat and vegetables, fish, fruits, pastries. Soups and porridges, everything is there, there is also a separate room for children in the dining room. There were a lot of guests at our check-in, so finding an empty table in the dining room was a three-time quest. But we must pay tribute to the staff of the canteen, they work very quickly and harmoniously. But the management is lame, the second dining room was not always opened, and it was closed faster than the main one.
It's the same story with sunbeds on the beach. There are much fewer of them than vacationers. And if you consider that many tourists come to the beach at 7 a.m. and take ice packs for themselves and for friends, then there is no place for people who came to the beach after breakfast at 9 a.m.. We lay several times just on towels on the sand. For $ 2, the beach staff will find and bring you a chaise longue. Beach towels are provided 1 time per day. Therefore, when leaving for lunch, people do not hand them over, but leave them on a chaise longue. I.e. during the day it is difficult to take a chaise longue if you did not have time in the morning.
There are a lot of employees on the beach, as well as in any other part of the hotel. They carefully follow people into the water so that they do not swim onto the corals and do not injure themselves and break the coral.
The beach is sandy, a beautiful gentle approach for children, a maximum depth of 1 meter. To swim at depth, you need to go to Panton, it offers a beautiful view of the reef. There is a real buzz here, the water is very salty, it holds perfectly on the surface. Even if you don't swim well, everything will be fine. The water is clear, the reef, corals and fish are perfectly visible. I don't want to get out of the water.
There are daily shows for both children and adults.everything is standard and not very interesting and spectacular . there are 2 American billiards tables, very killed cues. And two tennis tables. There are bars everywhere, but there are only drinks in them, there is nothing to eat. Either take it in advance in the dining room or in the store.

The free beer is good.
Ice cream and freshly squeezed juices or smoothies only for $1.
We went for a walk to the city several times by taxi from the hotel. Depending on where you are going, the price ranges from 10 to 15 dollars round trip. Order a taxi back via WhatsApp.
There are a lot of taxi drivers in the city, but the quality of the cars can be terrible. Once we decided to save a couple of dollars and drove to the hotel in a gasoline-stinking wreck.
Fares visited two of the restaurants, many with the same name, but all differ in prices and menus. Expensive , but delicious. There is no alcohol in restaurants near the mosque, keep in mind. Maximum non-alcoholic beer. I liked the Naoma Bay area the most in terms of the set of restaurants and the price-quality ratio.

The territory of the hotel is divided into two parts. The first one is closer to the sea and the main building, and the second one is closer to the water park. From the farthest building to the sea on foot is no more than 5 minutes, this is normal and not at all tedious. The paths are beautiful in flowers, shaded by palm trees. You walk around and admire.
In the evening, be sure to close the balcony, mosquitoes will fly, a sleepless night will be provided. they bite hard and a lot. We slept with air conditioning, no one caught a cold.
We didn't buy souvenirs, but I'll tell you right away, it's better to take them from the hotel store, they have a good selection and you can bargain. In duty free, the choice is small, prices are at least 2 times higher.
Cheap souvenirs in a fixed price list or in Mango. Be sure to bargain in the market, prices are overestimated by 5 times or more.

The cleaner constantly squeezed the water, did not give towels to everyone and was upset from the very beginning that we were not Ukrainians). The cleaning was not important. Beach towels disappear by the pools, keep an eye on them, my cap was also missing on the beach.

From buns - now there is a night snack in the restaurant for those who check in after dinner, at night.
The plastic pontoon was completely replaced and expanded by another section. It became very comfortable to move around it. Plus, we added another descent into the sea.
The staff is still the same, all familiar faces. They are as customer-oriented and good-natured as possible. They try very hard, they work conscientiously. All issues were promptly resolved.
And once again I will give the hotel a solid five.

The last time was in June 2023, the hotel only got better.
Of the cons: we arrived at 7 a.m., of course we were told there were no rooms available, check-in is standard at 14:00. The bracelet was not put on, they told me to come by 10:00. We are tourists from experience, we decided not to waste time, but to have breakfast, change into swimsuits and go to the sea. In the restaurant, it suddenly turned out that breakfast at early check-in is paid, $ 10 per person. They left all the food untouched on the table and went to the sea. Keep in mind. This moment was immediately upsetting. Would they really splurge on two eggs and coffee?
The rooms are shabby, yes. But the hotel is undergoing renovation, the rooms are being renovated, new air conditioners are being installed, new furniture, mattresses, etc. We got a shabby room, but the mattresses on the beds were brand new, very comfortable.
Another important point. About the room category. The far buildings of the hotel are rooms of the garden view/pool view category.
The rooms, starting from the reception and up to the sea, are sea view and beach front view. And it is important to understand that sea view is a side view of the sea, roofs, conduits and water tanks will fall into your review.
But the beach front view is a direct, frontal view of the sea, they are the most expensive.
Some tourists had scandals at the reception demanding to urgently change their room, since they booked sea view, and their windows are not directly facing the sea. And they just refused to accept the fact that a direct view of the sea costs another plus 10-11 thousand rubles)))
Now about the pleasant things)
There is excellent Internet throughout the hotel, free WI-FI at a decent speed. Catches both in the rooms and on the beach. This was not the case on my last visit.
The staff - well, all the smart guys and darlings! In the dining room, the service is lightning fast, everyone smiles, 10 times they will come up and ask if anything is needed, how are you, is everything okay. The reception staff is also pleasant. The cleaners are great fellows, not only will they supply water during cleaning, they also came in the evening and offered it. I was very satisfied with the service.
Food. You will definitely not leave hungry. But without frills. Chicken, beef, fish - there have always been. Vegetables in a sufficient assortment. Fruits are only sliced. At the bar, no one was too tight to pour two glasses in one hand, as it is in a nearby hotel, for example. There were snacks on the beach too. There will be a slight flair of disappointment after the Turkish buffet, but it has already passed on the second day. Solid food 5. By Egyptian standards.
The territory of the hotel is huge, beautiful, green, well maintained. Everything is blooming and fragrant, the staff cuts, waters, weeds something all day long. It is very pleasant to walk through all the nooks and crannies.
There is animation, both in the afternoon and in the evening, the guys are cute, smiling, but unobtrusive. We never went to the evening shows, we went to bed. After long swims, there was no strength left for dancing.
The beach is spacious, clean, and there are a lot of sun beds. An incredibly beautiful coral reef right next to the hotel. That's exactly why we're flying to Sharm el-Sheikh. This is the best home reef in Charm. Who have we not met on the reef! We swam to the Sheraton on the left and to the Regency Park on the right. This is amazing!
At early check-out, we were provided with lunch boxes. Although we didn't order them the day before. It's very nice.
Well, the most unpleasant procedure is the passage of all inspections at the airport itself. Here it is necessary to include a Buddhist and prepare for numerous groping, scanning, taking off shoes, inspections)

We, basically, all go for the sake of the sea and in this hotel it's the coolest reef!!!! We rested here for the second time and did not regret it. Responsive staff, clean large area, good food (you definitely won't stay hungry), excellent location of the hotel (there are practically no winds), a water park..... yes, everything is super! From November 22 to December 2, my family and I vacationed in Sharm el Sheikh at the Contenental plaza Hotel.
I want to share my impressions of this hotel.
The 4* hotel. I will not stop at the description, everyone can come in and read / watch.
Check-in: we arrived at the hotel at about 10:30, we were supposed to check in at 14:00. But at 12 we were already in the room. No one asked for money. The suitcases were helped to carry.
The sea: The "frog house" is the first 2-3 meters, then the corals and stones begin. It's better to be in coral. Into the depths only through the pontoon. The reef is very beautiful. There are a lot of fish. There is another plus, there is an abandoned hotel nearby, where you can safely walk to the beach. There are practically no people there, the reef is also beautiful, there seem to be even more fish.
The only disadvantage is that when the season of sun loungers may not be enough, you need to book in the morning, before breakfast.
Food: it has always been: vegetables of all kinds, fruits. Side dishes: pasta of several types, rice of several types, mashed potatoes and fried. Meat is always beef, chicken. There are different types of fish every day. Sometimes they gave crabs (3 times in 10 days).
There are also 2 restaurants on site: oriental and Italian. You need to make an appointment for them in advance, from 8 a.m. on the day of the visit.
Everything is very tasty, both in the main restaurant and in the additional ones.
Animation: On the day of our last vacation, the animators had their last working day at this hotel. They moved to another hotel as a group. I don't know how the new animators will be, but I really liked the old ones: friendly, active, smiling, they were able to stir everyone up.
The rooms are not new, but everything works. Plasma TV, with 1 Russian channel. We lived in a family room, each room has a bathroom, wardrobe, TV, telephone, hair dryer. Cleaning every day, the swans were turned around, although we did not leave tips. Wi-Fi catches everywhere, both in the room and on the beach. Somewhere is better, somewhere is worse, but you will not be left without a connection.

Review of the Continental beach resort hotel
I am writing a review while resting at the moment in this hotel (14.11.-24.11.24).
Pros:
1) Great reef! There are moray eels, turtles, stingrays, lionfish, colorful huge moluski and much more that live in great abundance in the red sea;
2) beautiful, landscaped area with ever-flowering plants; good evening lighting of the hotel ; many pools, bars, secluded cozy places; large multi-level territory.
3) close to the old town (5-7 minutes by taxi, price -$2-3 one way), Soho (5 minutes for $ 2 one way, airport (20 minutes-$5-6)
4) there are many different activities for children, including a water park.
5) the animation is normal, but for an amateur)). Some tourists behave on stage, to put it mildly, vulgarly and spoil the whole performance. Heavily drunk tourists on stage amuse themselves and their friends, of course, they don't care about the rest. Many spectators got up and left. Well, maybe this is the norm and you'll have fun😊
Minuses:
1) The standard rooms are shabby, the furniture is old, everything in the bathtub is screwed askew and held on snot, the water pressure is weak - you can't really wash during rush hours, there is no electric kettle, no mugs, no glasses, ashtrays, napkins in the room-NOTHING!!! There is no sign -DO NOT DISTURB OR GET OUT!!! Towels are not changed in the room during cleaning-they are just beautifully folded and that's it. Well, if you thank the cleaners, then they will bring the marathon and change the towels)).
About television: there is only one Russian-speaking channel - Kazakh, without news and movies.
2) The beach is very small for such a huge hotel, there are not enough sunbeds at all. If you want to tan comfortably, then run at 6 a.m. with a towel and things to the beach in a crowd of tourists to take sun beds))).
3) The restaurant is more like a dining room, with tourists fighting for food, huge queues for grilled meat, fried eggs, sliced fruits. It's creepy!
There are not enough plates and appliances, so the waiters will take away your plate of food that you have been collecting for so long, if you suddenly went out for drinks for 5 minutes))).
And the food is ordinary, without frills, you will not stay hungry.
4) There are a lot of mosquitoes on the territory. It's a pity to look at children-they're all bitten, and so badly, as if they had chickenpox or measles. Take mosquito repellents and more!!
5) Check-in from 14-00, check-out until 12-00.
If you arrive before 14, you will not be served breakfast. It's strange, of course, is it really so pitiful for food? So much food is thrown away. We were given bracelets only at 12:00, although we were at the hotel around 9:00. We had a snack on the beach in a cafe ...
6) Hotel guides actively impose excursions, half of which are complete bullshit, complaints have been heard more than once. By the way, do not believe the hotel guides that the insurance is valid only if you buy excursions from them-THE INSURANCE IS VALID THROUGHOUT EGYPT!!! We didn't buy anything from them-we took it from the locals. Bargain, you can get good discounts on excursions!

A good hotel , a very convenient beach , an interesting layout of the hotel , it looks like a white castle from the Lord of the rings.The hotel buildings in the form of turrets with courtyards , height differences , look like an ancient town somewhere in the Middle East. A big plus is the beach allows you to find a place in the sun if a cool breeze blows. We were in early February.I liked the water park with heated water , it will be just gorgeous with children there . Food is constantly coming up with something new , a lot of baking . And what kind of national tortillas are baked there, every morning mmmmm.........There are shops on the territory , strawberries were bought for $ 1.In the evening, you can take a taxi to Soho, the entertainment district, I really liked it. A great hotel for a good stay.
The price and quality correspond to each other. Clean, well-groomed territory, green manicured lawns with Date palms surrounded by flowering bushes of various plants.
The food is excellent, quite varied, meat and vegetables are plentiful, in various versions. Fish is also constantly fried or baked with vegetables and under various fillings. Also, fillet of fish in batter and filled with egg and cheese - it's impossible to list everything. Chicken, too, in different cooking options!
Non-alcoholic drinks are everywhere - at the reception, in several bars, and on the beach - starting at 10 o'clock you can take beer and local alcohol - vodka, gin, brandy, whiskey, etc. The choice is large, only on the beach after an hour they become hot.
There is also a bar on the beach where various buns, pancakes and other snacks are prepared.
The rooms are large and clean. Cleaning and making the bed every day, they can also be cleaned in front of you if you find yourself in the room at this time and not at the sea.
One problem is the air conditioners!
They are built into the mezzanine with plywood ceilings overhead.
Have you ever slept next to a working tractor? This is from this song! Only if you have been swimming in the sea to the point of unconsciousness or have had too many drinks, then you will fall asleep. But if not, a painful night is guaranteed!
They turned on the whole thing, cooled the room, and turned off the air conditioner, you fall asleep with a Bang! But after 1.5 - 2 hours you wake up in sweat and in the heat! But of course, it only gets cool +30 in the morning, and then the temperature rises again.
But the sea, the service, the cleanliness and accessibility of the beach and pools, and there are 5 of them, and even a small but groovy water park, do not let you get bored. For those who want to actively spend time on the beach, there are animators inviting drones to move - dancing, darts, volleyball and more.
We visited this hotel 10 years ago - the changes are noticeable. The hotel itself is just a little tired, although it looks bravo!
But the sea is orphaned.
The corals were covered with gray ash. The fish world has been greatly orphaned, although you can still admire the remaining ones. But the variety is not the same!
There is a diving center right on the beach, where you can dive into the sea right on the beach and watch its inhabitants live!
You can rent a mask and fins and have fun with snortling!

We had a rest on October 24, just returned. It's not even 3 stars, it's worse. We really regretted that we did not read the reviews on tophotels, but only here.
The only advantage of the hotel is the colorful reef. Everything else can be called briefly - a hole!
The rooms are dead, the food is disgustingly tasteless and spicy, the choice is 5 dishes at most and you have to stand in line with a plate for 15 minutes. Moreover, the fruits are portioned and this is the turn for another 10 minutes. Only sweets are delicious, their choice is also rich.
I'm not talking about hunting at the tables, only those who came first are sitting. Drinks are given in tiny plastic cups, 100 grams. Even tea will be in a cardboard mini cup of 50 grams, which is impossible to hold in your hand - it burns! Coffee and ice cream for a fee - 1 dollar. There are no snacks.
Upon arrival at 16, they entered the room and waited 20 minutes for cleaning, although they officially check in at 14. As a result, the floors are in someone else's hair, I won't say anything about plumbing. I paid $ 5 and asked to clean everything efficiently, we stood and waited again. There is no drying for swimsuits, they can only be hung on chairs.
There are no lounge areas where you can sit and listen to music in the evening, or play games with your family. Just a lobby full of people, where everyone comes for a normal Internet connection.
The pantone is short but broken. On the third day of our stay, someone fell off it and began a leisurely repair.
Wi-fi is only an icon, in fact, communication is only at the reception, nothing could be opened in the room, they went to send photos and call the lobby and there were crowds of them.
The audience is Russians, Ukrainians and Poles. There are no Europeans, they don't go to such a hole.
At the entrance to the hotel there is a shop, masks and fins for the price of Ozone. Mangoes are also sold there for $ 1, but I did not notice a difference in taste with mangoes from BB.
To summarize, I have not seen such a disrespectful and tactless service towards tourists anywhere else! Only the lady at the guest relations table is friendly, the staff frankly hates all tourists and croaks something on their own, discussing the guests. I saw it both in the restaurant and on the beach.
I highly recommend that you think about it and weigh everything. 12 years ago it was quite a decent International, but now it is a place where hunger and disappointment await you if you are used to good food and service in five-star Turkey. It's worth paying a little extra and getting decent service. Still, this is a long-awaited vacation.

Holidays with children are great! The water park is great. The sea is a nuance here. It depends on where the number is. I was prepared for the fact that the rooms were old, but we chose a hotel to take the children to the sea. And here everything is more than fine! A wonderful coral reef! There is an entrance to the water from the shore. Children have a place to play in the sand and wallow in the shallow water. In many reviews, we found information that they are poorly fed. We were preparing for the worst. But how wrong we were… We were completely satisfied with the food. Of course, it's not 5 stars, but there's always something to eat. Of my three children, two are quite picky about food. But they never stayed hungry either. Of the cons: the rooms are very old, there are a lot of cracks, mosquitoes, sockets are all loose. There are few glasses in the main restaurant and they are often dirty… Therefore, many plastic cups are used…The rooms are cleaned very mediocre, even for a little money. Overall, the rest is super great!

A good water park, the child enjoyed spending time there. The rooms are tired. It didn't bother us, we lived on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. You will not stay hungry in the restaurant, there are always salads, sliced vegetables, fruits (guava, oranges, melons, pomegranates, bananas), various side dishes. Meat was given out in portions. Priority is local.(the big best pieces). 2 kilometers from the hotel, you can walk to the mangomarket with fixed prices (such as our fixed price). You can take an inexpensive mango for $ 1 and magnets. Overall, the hotel is not bad, the staff is polite.
