Special thanks for the visiting commissions in the vicinity of the districts! This has helped pensioners, the disabled and low-income families a lot!!
Yes, most importantly, the hellish torments of live queues have ended! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR NONRESIDENTS, ESPECIALLY DURING THE COLDEST PERIOD OR THE HOTTEST!!STILL WITH THE CHILDREN.
Thank you that the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Almaty has started functioning significantly!

When I went to the polls, the organization left much to be desired — a huge number of people who stretched in line for a kilometer and a half, and for two small rooms. As a result, people stood for five or six hours, and some did not have time.
After that (and reading the comments), there was only a negative impression, and when I was going to issue a passport, I was preparing for the worst — queues, harmful, boorish employees, huge bureaucracy.
After visiting this place for the second time, mostly positive impressions remained: the queue is electronic, so there is no pandemonium (although this electronic queue contributes to the appearance of an entry only after a month or two, but it is possible that it was like this before), polite staff (I was surprised that the guard talks very pleasantly. It is usually difficult to have a normal conversation with them), quite fast processing of all documents within 10-15 minutes (well, if you came with normally filled ones).
And a little bit about the cons: it seems that the recording is for a specific time, but in the end it still turns out on a first-come, first-served basis, since for the 10 minutes stated in the recording, poor employees do not have time to accept and register one person, (but in general, the wait was not so long, twenty minutes-half an hour), and It is also possible to pay only with a bank card (!) and with a 3% commission (!!!), we could already take terminals from other banks, and not just Halyk.
In general, the impressions are still pleasant, especially many thanks to Victoria Borakhvostova, a very pleasant person to communicate with, I felt as comfortable as possible with her.
I was at the embassy today, some employees don't want to help and don't even listen. They're rude. Although I went with a small child in such heat and thought they would somehow solve our problem, which they themselves created. Or at least they will advise us what to do. But the answers were different, one said to wait half a year, the other a year, and the third said they could respond to the request within three days if the request came. I'm telling you they've already sent you a request, please respond to it in time. Since my husband stayed in Russia, and I am here with a small child. They don't answer my e-mail, they don't take my phone, you hardly wait 2 weeks to sign up, and as a result, such terrible treatment. And when I wanted a specific answer, a guy came and started saying I'm going to call security now. Your time is up, leave the room. When I went out, I forgot the bag with the child's things, I wanted to come back and take it, they wouldn't let me, and she screams. And when I said you don't have the right to treat me like that, he said go complain (this guy is probably new, since they used to be more understanding). Although they are sitting there to help their citizens. But alas, they do not want to help, I got a passport for the child through them, and they stamped the birth certificate. I went to Russia, but the child is not in the database. And I've been running back and forth for 6 months with a small child. But no one wants to solve the problem. I'm just wondering, what's my fault?! I did everything according to the law, as they said. As a result, someone made a mistake, but no one wants to decide.
