I definetly recommend to stay in the hotel: great room, personnel abd breakfast. We also liked the design of the hotel. But the street near the hotel is a bit noisy ( city market) and there is always a smoke 🚬 in the building.

Solid 4-, of course I would like to rate more, but no, out of respect for the staff, 4 is generally 3 stars.
Of the cons:
3 out of 8 lighting fixtures are lit in the room
The bathroom is in poor condition, the rain shower does not work, there is no normal attachment for the watering can, as a result, you hold it in your hands to wash yourself.
After cleaning the room, new bottled water is not left
The sockets are not conveniently located enough. It is impossible to sit at the table with a laptop due to the location of the outlet at the table.

The hotel tries but falls short of 4 stars.
The breakfasts are excellent, the location is convenient. The lobby is decent, the staff is friendly.
Of the cons, there is no view from the window, the room is dark, there is no kettle or tea. (Some rooms have it, some don't)

A great hotel to stay alone or with a family. It is fashionable to include breakfast in the accommodation, which will be very hearty and tasty. The restaurant always has a good selection of food and drinks.
The condition of the rooms is solid 4+.
The hotel is in the old town, the main attractions are literally a 10-15min walk away.
The reception is in Serbian and English, explained in a simple and accessible way.

Far from 4*. Of the advantages, only breakfasts. The room was not cleaned at all. The towels are stale. There is a kettle and a capsule coffee machine, but tea and capsules are only available upon check-in. There should be bathrobes in the room. I asked, they gave me one. But the next day they took it away

I give the highest rating, because the staff deserves it.
From the smile and kindness at the hotel reception, it immediately became clear that our family would be very comfortable here. The CEO immediately endeared himself with his knowledge of the Russian language and the desire to fulfill all our requests with a wide, kind smile. In the morning, we were greeted at breakfast by a wonderful girl who was a little lost in the desire to help all the numerous guests.
The hotel itself left a wonderful impression. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. The breakfasts are hearty, you can order dishes in advance, you can order on the spot according to the menu.
There is one drawback, our room faced the street, so it was noisy due to the movement of public transport. But it's noisy for us living in a quiet neighborhood. Others may not notice the noise.
Many thanks to the director and the hotel staff for their hospitality!

Everything is not bad, only the cleaning is sloppy. There is a lot of dust in the corners, decorative panels on the ceiling. If you don't climb the corners, then everything is good and comfortable)
