I definetly recommend to stay in the hotel: great room, personnel abd breakfast. We also liked the design of the hotel. But the street near the hotel is a bit noisy ( city market) and there is always a smoke 🚬 in the building.

Solid 4-, of course I would like to rate more, but no, out of respect for the staff, 4 is generally 3 stars.
Of the cons:
3 out of 8 lighting fixtures are lit in the room
The bathroom is in poor condition, the rain shower does not work, there is no normal attachment for the watering can, as a result, you hold it in your hands to wash yourself.
After cleaning the room, new bottled water is not left
The sockets are not conveniently located enough. It is impossible to sit at the table with a laptop due to the location of the outlet at the table.

A great hotel to stay alone or with a family. It is fashionable to include breakfast in the accommodation, which will be very hearty and tasty. The restaurant always has a good selection of food and drinks.
The condition of the rooms is solid 4+.
The hotel is in the old town, the main attractions are literally a 10-15min walk away.
The reception is in Serbian and English, explained in a simple and accessible way.

Far from 4*. Of the advantages, only breakfasts. The room was not cleaned at all. The towels are stale. There is a kettle and a capsule coffee machine, but tea and capsules are only available upon check-in. There should be bathrobes in the room. I asked, they gave me one. But the next day they took it away

Ставлю высшую оценку, потому что персонал заслуживает того.
От улыбки и доброжелательности на ресепшн гостиницы сразу стало ясно, что нашей семье здесь будет очень уютно. Генеральный директор сразу расположил к себе знанием русского языка и желанием исполнить все наши просьбы с широкой доброй улыбкой. По утрам на завтраке нас встречала чудесная девушка, которая немного терялась желания помочь всем многочисленным гостям.
Сама гостиница оставила прекрасные впечатления. Номера просторные, оборудованы всем нужным. Завтраки сытные, можно заказать блюда заранее, можно заказать на месте по меню.
Недостаток один, у нас номер выходил на улицу, поэтому было шумно из-за движения общественного транспорта. Но это шумно для нас, живущих в тихом районе. Другие шум могут и не заметить.
Большое спасибо директору и персоналу гостиницы за гостеприимство!

Everything is not bad, only the cleaning is sloppy. There is a lot of dust in the corners, decorative panels on the ceiling. If you don't climb the corners, then everything is good and comfortable)

Приятный отель, красивый, чистый, может, самое целое здание во всем городе. В пешей доступности транспорт, магазины, кафешки.
