Advantages: Correlation of price vs confort is just perfect: you get what you paid for and even more. Location is a hidden gem: quiet, calm, and only 3-5 minutes far from all kinds of shops, restaurants, services and public transport. Staff was very friendly, super polite and helpful. Room was old, but clean and warm. Inconveniences: Desk works only 11am-11pm, it is clearly stated on booking and on reception, so we all should be aware prior, however it might feel surprising and frustrating. Walls are thin and very far from soundproof, but I slept well anyway. Since it’s my first time in Tbilisi, I have nothing to compare with, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A small but cozy hotel in the old part of Tbilisi. Very convenient location. Cozy rooms. There is everything you need. The administrators are very responsive. Coffee is served in the morning!) Tea and a teapot in the room. Beautiful view from the room. There are cozy Streets and cafes nearby. The famous marionette Theater is located on one street! We will definitely return to this hotel. Good luck and prosperity!

I really liked it! Pleasant staff, comfortable spacious rooms, excellent location in the heart of the city. It is convenient that you can book in advance through Russian services and pay with a card, you do not have to run and bother with exchangers. The hotel staff contacted us in advance, confirmed everything and sent instructions on how to find a hotel. We were very satisfied! I recommend it!

A great hotel with a very cool view from the window. We never dreamed of such a pleasant balcony. Friendly staff, comfortable location and accessibility (you can log in yourself at any time). Expensive cosmetics in the room, good shower gel, soap, shampoo. Cleanliness!!! We really liked it and we will definitely come back here.

A decent hotel in the heart of old Tbilisi. Clean, cozy, service at the European level. It is perfectly located, near sulfur baths, Freedom Square, the National Museum, Government House, parks, squares, Kura embankment, authentic streets of the old city. The hotel is located on the third floor of a renovated house. Unfortunately, there is no elevator.

A great mini-hotel. Almost in the oldest center, but in a quiet place. The room is very comfortable, stylish, the guys at the reception are all very responsive. The service is excellent. Price-quality 10 out of 10. I recommend.

We searched a little for the entrance (3rd floor in the entrance without signage), but in the end it was worth it. Location, price, air conditioning, service - everything is 10/10. If possible, it is better to take a room with a view of the city (but the "city" there is specific)

A wonderful hotel! Very friendly staff, helped me with all questions, everything is very comfortable! The rooms are just like in the photo in the booking, the heat, the batteries are adjustable for themselves, the WIFI works perfectly, the central location! I am extremely grateful for my wonderful and comfortable vacation in Georgia.
