Sound insulation is excellent when there is a concert, the design of light and color music gives brightness and a good mood. There is a place to drink coffee in the lobby.

I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the building. A modern complex with a well-thought-out sound, video, and seating system in the hall. The entry and exit areas are wide and comfortable. The location of the congress hall in the new part of the city. On the territory of the pedestrian square, with beautiful fountains and alleys. In the evening, the fountains and the territory are beautifully illuminated. It is very nice to see such facilities in new Turkestan.

Congress Hall. What's it?. They hold obscure concerts. Some kind of meetings. I've never been there. And I don't need to. Passing by this building thousands of times
