Nice big airport. Very big Duty free, it has a lot of interesting toys and cool robots. There are a lot of souvenir shops, cafes, a lot of prices in the average as everywhere in Dubai.
This is the largest airport I've ever been to. It is located at a distance of 4 kilometers from the historical center of Dubai, in the Al-Garhoud district. There are several terminals that need to be reached by rail. There is a metro line between the terminals.
There are many food court areas in the airport terminals, where there are many cafes with a variety of dishes: from traditional Arabic to European cuisine, from fast food to full breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The price range is very wide. Duty Free offers a wide range of jewelry and cosmetics, sporting goods, toys, alcohol of well-known brands, products.
A solid 4+, yes, a big hub, but everything is clean and everywhere, most importantly, all issues related to registration , customs, free tech, everything is done once or twice.
Toilets for people .
Amazing technologies, the level of transport links between hubs, coherence, service, courtesy of employees of any level. Everything is very thoughtful and for passengers!
The airport is quite spacious. All the necessary infrastructure is available. The exits to the planes are intuitive. Good footcourt. The main thing is halal. This is important. It is convenient to read the prayer on the way.
Great!!!
We would like such airports!
Excellent logistics, spaciousness, wide aisles, convenient departure area, large comfortable and clean toilets, shops, restaurants and cafes are all perfect!
A huge modern airport, very friendly staff, as, in principle, everywhere in the emirates, I did not like only a very long standing in a long queue upon arrival for customs clearance and not very clean toilets, but this is rather a question of the culture of Hindus, of whom there are a lot, the staff simply does not have time to clean up after them.
I really liked the airport in Dubai! The most important thing is that there are places for smokers, special rooms and not one or two, but many. The polite staff will explain and show you everything. We really liked it there.👍👍👍
when you arrive at this airport, you can immediately see that you have arrived in Dubai. Rolex watches are everywhere; a waterfall flows down one of the walls. The airport room itself is long inside, the size of three Pulkovo, probably with very high ceilings. The elevators are huge, you won't have to squeeze in with suitcases. There is a currency exchange inside (unfortunately, it is impossible to change from rubles to rubles). luggage carousels are conveniently located. when leaving the airport on arrival, it is not difficult to catch a taxi: they are stuck there.
the airport staff are polite. Unlike the others, they speak English clearly. They don't bother much with documents at customs.
duty-free shops... there are a lot of them there: McDonalds, perfumes, cosmetics, alcohol, souvenirs, currency exchanges (unfortunately, it is impossible to exchange from rubles and into rubles), all sorts of different restaurants, gadget stores, all kinds of Gucci-schmucci, prada, etc. even cars are sold and raffled off. The airport is long, so there are a lot of gates. there is a place to sit before them. comfortable reclining chairs.
It impresses with its size. At the same time, everything is simple and very convenient. No queues. Everything is automated. Duty is huge, there is a lot to choose from, but the business room is small. I had to stand in line and wait a long time.
This is of course a huge airport. But everything is clear. The service is fast. Navigation is clear and accessible. Dyutiki of course there yes, everything is there, but the truth is very expensive, solid luxury. The staff is polite and helpful. The area of all three terminals is simply amazing.
It's not a convenient airport, there aren't enough places for people, charging your phone is another quest. A huge store, that's exactly the impression.
Convenient location of the terminal, comfortable inside, only slightly cool from the air conditioners. A lot of shopping stalls, a good selection of cafes, currency exchange, polite terminal staff 👌
The airport in Dubai is a city within a city! )))) I am happy to walk around Dutifrey Fries! I really like this place! The most important thing is that I like it there, not when you get lost. A few meters from each other, the airport staff are standing and telling where to go, what is where! It is a pity that there is no such thing in Moscow! I often fly to India via Dubai! Everything is clear and understandable!
A beautiful spacious airport. There is everything you need for a pleasant flight waiting. There are many shops, cafes, but few places just to sit, only in the departure area.
Well, what can I say..everything is very compact..quickly..I wasn't worried that I didn't speak English well..polite airport staff ..and if you have a new type of passport, then you can go through passport control on arrival through the terminal.. I give 5 stars
Good day to everyone. We left this airport a week ago.We were unpleasantly surprised.Terminal 2, from which flights to Russia depart, is the smallest of all with all the ensuing consequences.A very small waiting room, you sit very close to each other, both to the neighbor on the side and to the neighbor opposite. In the toilet (in the women's room)the queue, the toilet itself is small. The booths are dirty.I was walking to the toilet exit, and the woman coughed, naturally in my face.Disgusting.Duty free is small, very small. We drove to the plane for an infinitely long time.It seemed that we had already reached Moscow (just kidding). But we drove really long.I'm not even talking about the fact that flights to Russia are not announced in Russian. You don't have to know English at all. In general, the impressions from the airport in Dubai, and specifically from terminal 2, are negative.
A modern, convenient and technologically advanced terminal. It is very clean, everything is provided for the convenience of passengers. There are many shops. Cafe. Very well
It's just fantastic! I was especially impressed with the opportunity to check in my luggage on my own, without a check-in desk. By the way, the luggage has arrived.
I have been to many airports around the world and I want to mention this one. You can not buy expensive food, duty free is one of the most inexpensive stores. Although earlier there were fewer visitors at this airport than now. Every time we visit duty-free shops to buy gifts for relatives. I recommend.
Great airport. It is always clean, air conditioners work, there are a lot of shops, cafes, a duty free zone. There are a lot of seats. The cleanest toilets.
Everything is very good, our plane broke down on the runway, the airport staff urgently contacted the Belavia company, reported the situation, we were separated and settled in two or three hotels before the arrival of the new board, fed dinner. Then at the first hour of the night they took us from the hotels and took us back to the airport, after which we arrived safely in Minsk, special thanks to Rustem, an employee of Dubai Airport, who showed quickness, a professional approach to our problem, well done!!!!!
Guys, I hope you read the review before arriving in Dubai... I want to tell you where the cheapest SUVs are so that you don't overpay. Look for "gift village" on the maps. 1 to 10" prices correspond to the name of the store, from 1 to 10 dirhams. Large figurines of Burj Khalifa cost 8.5 dirhams. The first time we went there, we spent 300 dirhams at once for gifts to our family and friends. A cup as in the photo at 2.95 dirhams is about 80 rubles today))
Despite the huge passenger traffic, very fast and high-quality service. There are places for charging gadgets right in the waiting room. There is no fuss.
The airport is certainly not big , but the cleanliness is great, both on the street and inside. And the toilet there is shiny, there is even a hygienic shower, the floor is dry (everyone wipes the floor if they used a shower), there is no smell like ours. I'm thrilled.
Everything is very convenient, pleasant, polite. If you are in Dubai in transit, you can hand over your luggage three days before departure - I used this service and saved on luggage storage
Nice big airport. If you have a docking, then you can easily kill three or four hours just walking around it. It only happens that air conditioners cool the air very much, but this may be purely my opinion.
It would be somewhat incorrect to say that the airport is bad, if I personally would improve it, it would increase the number of cafes with healthier food than burger fast food . Otherwise, a big mac and cola before a long flight is not the best solution . But Greek pita with stuffing is a completely different matter
It is difficult to navigate for the first time, especially in terms of finding a cheap taxi. Otherwise, an ordinary airport. The exchange rate in the exchangers is approximately at the level of the rest of the places in the city, so you can safely change some of the money.
Everything is very accessible, excellent service.I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO EXPRESS MYSELF, IN A WORD, EVERYTHING IS FOR PEOPLE AND THEIR COMFORTABLE EXISTENCE.
It's crowded, and for some reason the floors are dirty. The prices are cosmic, it is better to buy water in duty-free, in cafes a bottle will cost 7 euros. Of the advantages, there are good smoking rooms and toilets where you can even wash your feet. And sun loungers for those who have been waiting for their flight for a long time.
Everything is simple and clear at this airport, there is a lot of duty free, but I lacked the luxury inherent in the Asian world, such as at Istanbul airport, everything is more beautiful there. On the other hand, go out into the city and enjoy, unless of course you are flying in transit, as it was with me😁

Long crossings, security screening, poor Duty-free on tobacco and alcohol, but a good selection of watches and jewelry, a poor assortment of souvenirs, flew to Moscow at the end of May, the Aeroflot flight was delayed for 6 hours, put on a plane twice, dropped off once, took buses through the entire airport, prices in a cafe like in the Metropol restaurant, a mug of beer for the price of a bottle of whiskey, it's cheaper to buy a liter in a nearby Duty-free, pizza, wok noodles, chips for a snack, sparse but clean...
It is necessary to precisely approach the terminal indicated on the ticket. There are no ads (information). Long queues for check-in and baggage check-in. And in general, it is a very good airport.
The place is perfect . In this corner there are favorite shops : pink, bath and body and a pharmacy, which is not a pharmacy here at all, but a mini store.
Convenient, clean and understandable
It's a pity-there are no Russian-speaking employees, but this is not their problem, but ours, who do not know English
