Rooms are good, staff is “no comment”

I really like this hotel, the rooms are gorgeous, the location is close to the metro, shopping malls. The museums are very close. The gold market and the spice market are within walking distance. If you're lucky, a room with a sea view is beautiful day and night. But unfortunately, the staff does not always go to the meeting.
