A government institution that does not even have a toilet for visitors, despite the fact that hundreds of people queue there for hours every day. The girls in the windows can decide for themselves who to serve, you or the next in line, despite the fact that it's your turn according to the ticket and you came first. It's just that an employee may not like something and she decides to put you in your place in this way, saying that she will not serve you, but the next in line who came after you, and you will have to wait. Just because she wanted to. At the same time, the deputy head of this institution considered that both of the above circumstances fully comply with the norms and saw nothing special or unusual either in the absence of a toilet or in the behavior of his employee. Of course, there will be no fewer visitors to this institution after my review, but I hope that its management will still understand that the circumstances mentioned above cause significant inconvenience to citizens and infringe on their dignity. Maybe then they will start correcting the shortcomings in their work. After all, employees of such institutions should respect their citizens and work for the benefit of their people and country. So far, unfortunately, the opposite is true.
