It works according to its own schedule, the institution is open for an hour or two a day. I made an order through Caspi for delivery to the post office, which is located in this barbershop, so one courier could not get there at 13-14 hours, and the second one miraculously got there, but now I could no longer get inside and pick up the order, and on working days, at 18:00-19:00, and on weekends, at 14:00-15:00 hours
