For such a price, the main advantage is of course the proximity to the sea, walking only 100 meters along a shady street, surprisingly the beach in this place is not overcrowded with vacationers, clean, the proximity of a children's amusement park and the largest playground in Sunny beach, where you can leave children for 10 levs per hour. The hotel itself has a homely atmosphere, the pool is monitored, there is its own Playground. The territory is closed, but small, there is no passageway, the children themselves ran out of the room into the territory. Upon check-in, a deposit for possible damage to property is not taken, usually 200 lev. Our apartments had a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need: a large set of dishes, knives, spoons, forks, cups, etc. there is a microwave and a washing machine! A particularly big plus is a large refrigerator, but not in all apartments. At first we were offered one apartment, as booked - 100 sq.m., but with a small refrigerator and on the ground floor with Windows to the street, we did not like it and we were offered apartments of 80 sq.m., but with a large refrigerator and on the second floor. We agreed. The hotel itself is a little old, so something breaks down in the apartments, something does not work well. In 10 days: the drain tank stopped working, the shower, the hot water tap in the kitchen broke, the lamp in the toilet burned out. The plumber came a few minutes after contacting the reception and quickly fixed everything. The TV had a dead kinescope, so it was shown in green tones. The air conditioner stopped working periodically. Cleaning was not carried out for the first six days. Only after contacting the reception, they changed the linen and pretended to clean, so they wiped the floors with a damp cloth themselves, asking for a bucket and a mop. However, they came for garbage every day. In general, we are satisfied with the rest.

The beach is a 3-minute walk away. The courtyard of the complex is very cozy - an enclosed space, a proper swimming pool, always clean water, Parking. It takes about 10 minutes to walk slowly from the center.
