We were returning from Petropavlovsk, and a significant layer of ice formed on the wheels of the car on the road, which posed a threat to further safe movement. After refueling the full tank, they decided to move slightly to the side in order to carefully clear the ice from the wheels without interfering with other visitors to the station. But two employees approached us with a clearly unfriendly attitude. They began to complain and accuse us of allegedly "littering the territory." In fact, they hindered our actions aimed at ensuring the safety of the way ahead, despite the fact that we were customers of your gas station and left a considerable amount on it. I consider this behavior absolutely unacceptable! I ask you to look into what happened, carry out appropriate work with the staff and provide an official response based on the results of the review of this situation.
