Yesterday, on November 16, I bought knee socks and socks, accidentally took 36-37 knee socks instead of 38-39, today I returned to the store to change to the right size, they categorically refused me, citing the resolution. I was very upset, I had to buy another pair of knee socks of the size I needed. After reading the resolution carefully, I realized that I was simply deceived. You can exchange it if the product is not worn, and I did not even open the socks. I am not very happy and I will not recommend the store.
