Of course, I understand that they pay their masters for calls, and if, for example, I have 3 or more breaks in a month, then because of the calls of the masters, the company is already suffering losses to pay for these very calls.
Well, we talked, that's what I said - look, it's not profitable for you and it's not profitable for me and on your part what claims there may be against me, so you need to decide, not me, but if you are not satisfied, then we can terminate the contract. Well, while they're holding on, they're sending craftsmen to fix my Internet connection).
I am extremely disappointed with the services of the Internet provider "Comnet uz". My expectations of their services were high, based on the advertising promises of a stable connection, but the reality turned out to be extremely far from what was stated. From the very beginning, problems arose: the operators misled me, assuring me that I would have an uninterrupted connection. In fact, the Internet is regularly disconnected, and this happens several times
Every time I try to call the support service, another disappointment awaits me. Either I can't get through to them at all, or when I do manage to, I get vague and contradictory explanations from the operators. They can't really explain the reasons for the constant outages and offer solutions that don't work. As a result, the problem cannot be solved either the first or the second time.
The quality of Comnet uz's services leaves much to be desired, and their attitude towards customers causes confusion and irritation. Several times they even tried to convince me that the problem was with my equipment or location, although everything works fine for neighbors using other providers. It feels like they just don't want to admit their mistakes and correct them.
In the months that I have been using their services, the connection quality has not only not improved, but even worsened. Frequent disconnections make it impossible to use the Internet normally, even for simple tasks.
As a result, Comnet uz is a complete disappointment and loss of money. I do not recommend this company in any way. If you want stable and high-quality Internet, look for another provider so as not to repeat my mistakes.
Disgusting. Just nerves. There is never a normal internet speed. And most importantly, we are always to blame: either we have a bad TV, then the wires (which are installed by their workers), then the set-top box is again bought from the komnet company, then our router overheats and has few horns, which was also installed by the workers of the komnet. We change everything at our own expense again in them and the same song continues. We took a new router from your guys, four horns and again there is no Internet: we call, and in response to us, "the device is new, it heats up from our side there are no problems"
Went to the neighbors. The same problem and everyone has noodles hanging either on the ears or on the legs of the router.
I highly recommend it! Problems, nerves, and money costs will not turn around! And most importantly, you will always be guilty.
