The floor is not clean, the room inside is scratched. Of all the employees at the reception, only one girl speaks Russian. On the very first day, the hoteliers at the reception were informed that there was no soap near the sink in the dispenser, but no one bothered to put it in two cleanings. At breakfast, instead of the usual mugs for tea and coffee, there are paper cups. In a word, a hotel in order to come and spend the night without making a claim.
