Because my feet are very sensitive to cold - I was looking for high-quality, warm and waterproof shoes. It's just like that in this store. I chose and bought it, but already at home it turned out that where the zipper is missing, there is no zipper on the inside (such models, what can I do) and when walking in the legs it is just cold. The next day he came with a full set in the hope of changing to another pair, but the seller (a woman with blond hair) began to wail, saying that everyone was fine but he was not, yesterday he liked it and today he no longer did - staged a "farce" (and this happened with other customers). The desire to change shoes here is gone. I took the money and went to buy somewhere else. There are no complaints about the other sellers, the shoes are sold well, but this boorish approach to the client discourages the desire to contact here again.
