For the first time in a long time, I'm leaving a review, I want to praise this wonderful hotel. Clean, cozy, comfortable, the location is perfect, 10 minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The main thing is that they clean up every day and everything is clean. There's also a cafe downstairs with fresh and delicious food.
The guys who work at the hotel are the most responsive and the best. Thank you,

Great upgrades! Cleopatra Beach is a 10-minute walk away. On the ground floor there is an atmospheric cafe where delicious breakfasts are served in the morning and cozy parties are held in the evenings. The room is very clean! All plumbing and dishes are polished to a high gloss . Very nice!

I liked the overall price-quality ratio, only the very strong smells of food (I would have insulated the entrance doors). Nice staff! There is a restaurant downstairs where you can have breakfast/lunch. There is also a kitchen where you can cook. Nice view of the mountains and the city! The location is excellent)

She stayed at the hotel for nine nights from September 24 to October 3, 2024. The hotel is good, the cleanliness of the common areas and rooms attracts attention, the hotel staff tries very hard. The cleaning staff is ready to clean every day, but I didn't need it. The spacious single room is equipped with everything you need, serviceable fairly new appliances, air conditioning and dishes, but the bathroom is very small, the shower cabin is cramped, and laundry is difficult due to the lack of a countertop around the sink, there is simply nowhere to put the laundry. The sink is shallow, when washing it requires a bow "to the waist" (very low inclination)), otherwise the water splashes out of it. Very strong incessant noise from the road haunts, especially at night. I did not get enough sleep for the entire period of my stay even once. I do not use air conditioners, and I did not need to, since at night the temperature did not exceed 23 degrees. The cafe on the ground floor has a very pleasant atmosphere and delicious food, the waiters are very diligent. Natalia at the reception is just a miracle, a sweet and hospitable girl, speaks English, Turkish and, most importantly, Russian perfectly))

A wonderful place! We have been staying here for the second year in a row. The attitude towards the guests here is very scrupulous, you feel that they want and want to help you! We rested in the spring of 2024. Polite staff (including Russian speakers), delicious food, good room cleaning.
The building is tall enough, but there is an elevator, a fire alarm and a rescue exit.
The sea is 10 minutes away, there are many cafes with good cuisine nearby.

I am a crazy fan of Alanya.As a child, I adored Gelendzhik, and when I grew up, I fell in love with the sunny city of Turkey. That year, my wife and I were in Kemer and we changed Alanya)) in the same way, they decided not to break the tradition... We took a ticket to Pegasturistics.We agreed to take the Cofort suite hotel, according to reviews it is not bad, since we are not fans, everything is in order, we decided to stay on it.The location is excellent, the city center, everything is within walking distance, cave, fortress, Cleopatra beach, bazaar, etc.We arrived at midnight, the cafe at the hotel on the ground floor was open.We ordered soup and salad, everything was great, it turned out to be 15 bucks, not cheap (The most interesting thing is that the young people registered in this cafe-restaurant, they are probably satisfied with the cost and quality of food, my wife and I ate either in the room or in other establishments...After the meal, we went up to the room, I was pleasantly surprised, the old slippers with the hotel logo)) The room itself is clean and cozy, bathroom with shampoos and soap, towels of several types, bidet, etc.)The bedroom is spacious with a large bed and a good mattress, the linen is white, excellent pillows, there is an internal telephone.There is a closet for things, a safe inside.The hall is combined with the kitchen.Flat-screen TV, 5 channels in Russian, watched mostly TNT.The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a touch stove, 2 burners,a refrigerator, a coffee maker, an electric grill and all kinds of dishes...In short, everything you need for life, everything is there!We cleaned the room every day, the main thing is not to forget about tips, the Turks love it))A hundred meters from the hotel there are not expensive shops like Migros, shok and 101, prices are much cheaper and better than in Russia, except cigarettes, alcohol, meat!Who drinks, shop at dutifrey or take it with you...The only disadvantage of this hotel is the reception, they are friendly, smiling, but they do not do their job.I will not put a minus, I hope they will improve!)I recommend this hotel to all those who have hands from the right place and people who are able to cook delicious food...Forget about the local olives and ice cream! We lived with our son last year in February-March. They literally fled from the nearby Carmen Apartment Hotel (I don't wish them anything good) and eventually settled into Comfort Suits. And this is the BEST thing that could have happened to us! For the same money, it's absolute cleanliness, real comfort and a wonderful attitude of the staff! Complete delight! We lived these six weeks like white people)). Uninterrupted hot water (those who lived in Alanya will understand), wonderful new split systems, excellent bed linen and towels, new modern dishes - it's hard to overestimate all this in the same Alanya. Two-room bright and freshly decorated room (1+1) with everything you need, a bonus is a stunning view of the mountain (we lived on the 6th floor). And the perfect cleaning! Just a song for 3 stars. An excellent location for those who have settled in to immerse themselves in the urban environment.
I want to say a special HUGE thank you to Ali's manager - this is just the apotheosis of politeness and helpfulness. And the girls from the reception - I don't remember the names anymore, I'm sorry, but everything is very nice and cool.
Summarizing the review, Comfort Suits is the best combination of price and quality. Low bow for our happy stay there :) 🩷

Vacationed with my husband at this hotel in May-June 2023-12 nights. Check-in was quick, as we arrived in the evening. They gave me a card from room 102 on the ground floor. The first impression is very positive. Despite the fact that the hotel is located on a busy street, there was not much noise, especially if all the windows were closed and the air conditioners were on. Our room was standard - a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate kitchen with a balcony. The kitchen is well equipped, as described on the hotel's website. Special thanks to the girls at the reception, as well as to the cleaners who did the cleaning. The room was always clean after cleaning and had a very pleasant smell. In general, the hotel fully met our expectations, so we gave it a high rating. Special thanks to the staff of the Pegas tour operator. We definitely recommend the hotel and will definitely return. The hotel has a cafe where the food is very tasty. The prices are not low, but the croissants are very tasty.

A fairly recent renovation. A small kitchen... for those who are not ready to pay 1000 rubles for breakfast and those who want to go to the fish market for fresh shrimp and fish. A significant disadvantage is Wi-Fi. Free - no. If you want a good one, pay 7 euros extra.

They lived in July 2022. The room is clean! Everything is fine with the style too. We really liked the view from the room. Either we were given this number because of our honeymoon, or we were just lucky. A view of a busy intersection and at the same time a sunset. The palm trees in front of the windows are so close that you can touch the leaves from the balcony.
The only thing is that clean, changed bed linen sometimes smelled like a "dirty rag". It was probably suffocating from the humidity. But it didn't spoil the impression much. We were satisfied.
