It's the first time I've ever written a review, but there's a reason... A DISGUSTING PLACE. We arrived as a group at 5.15 am, well, somehow we got to the admin at the reception and gave us the keys to the rooms. Well, I had to go down right away, because someone was already living in the rooms. Of course, NO APOLOGIES from the administrator. I gave you the keys again, let's go again…Again, someone was already living in one room, and there was dirty laundry in the other. The administrator again makes no apologies, but even on the contrary remarks to us. For example, to dirty laundry, this is the answer: Do I have to check it, I have a clean one marked. To a busy number: "Did I tell you what number? Don't look at the card! And you have to listen!" And all this, of course, with the constant repetition of our address, that she is doing well, and we are fooling her. Seriously: I've never apologized. Then we came to the room, there was no soap and hangers. I asked for soap and hangers of things. The receptionist said: So you have a dispenser there. I replied: but he is not. The receptionist sighed heavily and answered through clenched teeth: "I'll get it now."She brought me a small shower gel and put it in my hands. She added: "But there is no soap." Then we began to look at where the duvet cover was. Well, it was put on a blanket and was already used.. In general, the time was already 6.40 while all this was happening. Then I went down to the reception and told them about the blanket. I got this answer: do I have to change it for you?" That's literally the answer.. And again: "you've been there for an hour, couldn't you have said earlier?" To which I noticed that we had been driving back and forth for an hour and had not heard a single apology. Well, the admin said: So I yelled at her, of course, and of course she didn't shut her mouth at all. She just kept being rude. She began to run out from behind the counter to smear her hands, etc. And I kept asking and asking to change our number and not talk anymore. NEVER SETTLE HERE. NOT FOR AN HOUR, NOT FOR A DAY. NOT A SINGLE TENGE IS WORTH THIS PLACE. Admin Katya.

The hotel is normal! But most of all I was pleased with the staff! Humanity is on top! Thanks to the owner from the gazelists! I asked them to take our tea outside while we were making the car! And later they also fed me! As long as there are such people, this world will live!!!

I stayed at this hotel in August 2023. Now it is called "COMFORT PLACE". I arrived at the hotel in the evening, and by pre-booking I was settled into a standard room for one night without any problems.
The hotel has an elevator. I left my things and went for a walk and just had dinner. I sat in a cafe and got ready to go to bed around 22:00 at night. I decided to put my things together and suddenly I saw them on the floor... COCKROACHES!!! I turned on the light and they ran in different directions! There are cockroaches on the wall too... A NIGHTMARE!!! I got dressed and went down to the reception. The girl spread her hands, which is their first time. Standing at the reception, I managed to show her one COCKROACH on their floor (they seem to have cockroaches all over the building). Only after that she agreed to move to other rooms. Fortunately, there were many other rooms available. I checked 2 standard rooms, both had cockroaches. Only in the semi-suite room there were no signs of their existence. After talking with the authorities, they settled me in a semi-suite at the price of a standard one. But this is not a reason for me to leave feedback of this nature.
In general, after such an incident to the COMFORT PLACE Hotel, never!! Apart from COCKROACHES, the cleanliness in the rooms leaves much to be desired. The hotel is purely for "couples". It is suspicious that there are a lot of positive reviews about this hotel..

It's a terrible place! At the reception, I met some kind of sprout who couldn't really explain anything. Caspi payment is made by transfer, the receipt is not issued. The rooms are terrible! The furniture is old, broken, the bathroom is broken. There is an unpleasant smell in the rooms. And for dessert, there are cockroaches crawling in the rooms. I went into the room and left this "hotel" in 2 minutes.

I didn't like this hotel. My room smelled of sewage, I asked to be relocated, the air conditioner did not work in a smoky room, the fan in the toilet did not work either. In general, all the furniture in all the rooms is old and they do not clean the rooms, they do not change the towel, they changed it somewhere once a week. Breakfasts in general.
