The location of the hotel is actually very convenient, near the metro green and red lines, the rooms are clean enough, but the rooms are simple, do not expect any frills for the money)
There is a bus stop,
a shopping center, all kinds of eateries, shops, a Day Today store right next to the hotel, So the location is very convenient)
We took a room with breakfast, so the breakfasts are disgusting, Not only was there no food at all by the end of breakfast, except bread and sandwich butter, but also the breakfast itself had some porridge, very rarely some pancakes, well, there was nothing to eat there) We went to breakfast once or twice and did not go there anymore, we ate in other places.
Therefore, if you are going to this hotel, it is better to take just a room without food at all, and eat elsewhere there are plenty of them nearby!

We stayed at this hotel from 01/31/2024-02/06/2024. Standard room: quite spacious, double bed with a good mattress, TV with 1 Russian-language channel, air conditioning works very well, bathroom with shower and a huge mirror. There have never been any problems with hot water. Slippers, towels, shower gels, tea, sugar, cream - everything was replenished in a timely manner. The window, like everywhere else in the UAE, did not open. The room was cleaned every day and quite well. Water is not provided in the room. Some outlets fit our plugs, but not all. Also in San. the node has a hair dryer. The room has a large wardrobe with lighting and hangers, as well as a table with chairs, a refrigerator (the mini-bar is empty). There is also an electric kettle in the room. A tourist tax of 10 dirhams per night is charged upon check-in. On the 8th floor there is a swimming pool with sun beds and a Jacuzzi. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The nearest beach is Almamzar- we went where the entrance fee is 5 dirhams, there is a good park and a great beach, a shower, a locker room all this is included in the price sometimes they even let us through for free)). About 30 dirhams went by taxi to and from the beach in one direction, you can group with vacationers from the hotel and chip in a taxi conveniently and inexpensively. A good family hotel in the economy segment. We stayed there five times. Captivates the location. Near the Union metro station. three shopping centers within walking distance. The Gold Market and the spice Market are two attractions of Dubai, also within walking distance. Bay Creek Embankment. Bus stops. Al Mamzar Beach is relatively not far away. The hotel has changed for the worse. The number was given to the side where the construction work was carried out. After you vacate the room at 12, they no longer feed you lunch, although the transfer was at 18-30. Napkins by the piece, toothpicks too, if you ask.
The room was cleaned, but towels were left for two - one for the face and one for the bath. Now there is no transfer to the beach. Plus, this is the location - near the metro, bus stop (went to the beach).No matter what, we are happy with the rest. So, always take a good mood and humor with you!

In general, do not believe that everything is fine there.. we settled in and there are a lot of stains and drops on everything we can, gray towels, gray sheets and pillowcases ... the smell is specific (dampness along with the smell of some kind of means)
I complained to the travel agent, they talked, they offered us another room, but it was absolutely the same.. You should have seen curtains there, it's a separate kind of art in general

I probably put three stars for the fact that after the complaint, we cleaned every day and the towel was changed every day and friendly managers ... but no tea was updated, nothing ....
The metro is close and convenient, but the beach is far away ..

Types in the hotel dining room and reception (a la Rafshan and Jamshut) all the time it was funny and at the same time they tried to please falsely, but when healthy African-American cleaners knocked on the door and offered cleaning rooms, it was generally powerful 🙂
We took only breakfast at the hotel (the buffet menu was for an amateur - bean and vegetable toasts, toast, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurt of 1 flavor, some buns and most importantly - NO MEAT, CHEESE OR SAUSAGE!!). In principle, it was possible to drink tea with toast and spread in the room.
The pool certainly smacks of the Soviet Union, no heating, nothing, only children splashed in it. There was also the same cold Jacuzzi in it, but it didn't work for more than 5 minutes, it was necessary to climb out and go turn on the button so that it would work again for 5 minutes.
The only fat plus was something like a round-the-clock shawarma right across the street (cheap, angry and delicious) and a minimarket that has everything from a loaf to a gapdon 👌
And of course the "+" of the hotel is its location near the metro (+- 3min)

When we went into the room and I saw the bed linen, I felt sick, there was some snot in their hair, the room was so smoky that it was as if you were in a smoking room. There's a kind of mold underneath the sink, the water in the sink doesn't wash off. Dirty! Very old furniture! Everything is worn out. Terrible managers at the reception, no help, nothing looking through you. Only with the help of a guide the next day barely changed the room, but little has changed, the linen is also dirty, but at least not smoky. The breakfasts are very poor, I ate only porridge, made a very inconvenient time, breakfast is only until 09:00. Lunches, if compared with breakfast, are not so bad, you can eat, but still not very much, just for the sake of eating, so as not to stay hungry, lunch from 13:00 to 14:30. There are no dinners, mind you. Pros- the metro is nearby. The nearest beach should be taken by bus 50/60 minutes. There is not even a paid transfer from the hotel to the beach!
I do not recommend this hotel even because of the budget price, on the 4th day I wanted to go home. In this hotel only to spend the night. The rest of the time there is unpleasant. It is better to pay extra and take a better hotel.

The most terrible hotel is not recommended to anyone to get here. In Comfort, the terrible staff extorted money for an empty discarded pack of cigarettes in the trash in the room. They were not allowed into the room for 3 hours until they paid a fine of 100 dirhams for an empty crumpled pack of cigarettes in the trash.
