We stayed at this hotel at the end of September 2024. The hotel is located in the courtyard of an apartment building and looks unexpectedly nice: a garden of beautiful roses, a staircase to the floors create an authentic atmosphere of the old town. The room is good: a large comfortable bed, a good shower, sound insulation is normal. Friendly girls at the reception. The breakfast is quite good. There is always cottage cheese, sour cream, delicious apricot jam, eggs, cheese, sausages, vegetables, buckwheat. Sometimes it's a good omelet. The coffee is freshly ground and strong. More than enough for breakfast. But this is the outskirts of the center of Yerevan - about 20-25 minutes on foot. Wi-Fi is stable. I liked.

I stayed at this hotel on the evening of my anniversary - the trip was a gift for me. In the morning they brought me a gift - a bottle of fine pomegranate wine. A quiet place, despite the proximity of a noisy street, because in the courtyard of an apartment building. Delicious breakfasts are cottage cheese, sour cream, hamlet and more. The staff is friendly and attentive to requests. The room has everything you need. I recommend

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The girls at the reception are amazing.
Convenient location. The car can be parked in the yard. The center is a 20-minute walk away.
The breakfasts are delicious and hearty.
