Wonderful mini-hotel: comfortable clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, private Parking in a closed area. There is everything you need: hot water, air conditioning, TV, fast wi-fi, wardrobe, refrigerator, hair dryer, three towels for each person, and even shampoo / shower gel / good soft toilet paper. A nice bonus is a shared balcony with a view of Balkhash. Super responsive staff. We are very glad that we stayed here. We definitely recommend it!

The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Balkhash. Comfortable rooms. 1-2-3 local. Each room has air conditioning. Clean bed linen. Mini-refrigerator. There are parking spaces. Good access to the courtyard. Polite maids.

They do not know what the customer orientation of the administrators in this hotel is.... I wanted to book a room for my boyfriend and asked for photos of this room. An administrator named Ainur (she introduced herself that way after I asked her 2 times) sent me a screenshot of their Instagram instead of photos. When I did not find the number I was interested in, I asked the administrator to send at least a screenshot of this number, to which I was told that she would not do this and was at another job. The bottom line is, with such administrators, this hotel will close soon…

A small hotel, its own Parking, its own small kitchen, a TV and a refrigerator in the room. The hotel is located almost on the shore of Lake Balkhash. The price tag is normal, the staff is friendly, the location is good, because it is located in the city. The bed linen is clean, there is shampoo and three towels, the room is clean. I stopped for a day while on a business trip.

Everything is clean and tidy. There is a refrigerator and a shower. I give four stars, because although the mattresses are clean, they are not orthopedic. There are two mattresses on the double bed and a large gap between them that can easily fall through. The air conditioner works well. Definitely, if I come again, I will stay here. The shore of Balkhash is just around the corner

Comfort Hotel is not about comfort at all. The main reason why you chose to stay here is close to the lake, but you will not get to it. Fence and construction site. This will be told to you at the reception. It feels like the employees are doing you a big favor by settling in.
If you find someone there, of course. 26t tenge was paid for two suites and a junior suite, for half a day. The room has air conditioning and a TV, shower and toilet, this is a plus. The hair dryer is not working. Wi-fi. A double bed is two mattresses side by side. The sofa is broken and unfolds into the wall, this is a minus. And sleeping on it is not something you will ever want to repeat. There is no boiling water in the room, you need to get it somewhere, and mugs are in short supply. Toothbrushes and toothpaste left by other guests. Stains on bed linen and towels. Everything is washed. Unpleasant.
A bottle of water 700 tenge. They promised to give 300 tenge in the morning, but in the morning no one was found. We waited, left the room cards and left

Excellent location, near the alley of heroes, the lake is just around the corner, there is an epa with a view. But the hotel itself is weak. The service also wants the best. The breakfasts are sooo weak. One of the advantages is the warmth in the room and its own Parking under video surveillance.

We stayed at this hotel for the night... The linen seems to be clean, but with black hair, the floor is dusty, it has not been washed for at least a week, they do not give slippers, there is only one outlet in the room and that for the TV, there is no curtain in the shower. A double bed is essentially two single beds standing side by side. We took a two-room suite, only the name of the suite... There was no food.

The hotel has declared rooms as junior suites that do not correspond to this category. There are stains from flooding in the bathroom. Two mattresses on a large bed. There are not enough towels. Staying for 1 night is fine. The view from the hotel is beautiful on Lake Balkhash.

The hotel is normal for Balkhash. Pros: close to the lake, quite new. Cons: the room was cleaned once during the week of stay (after the first day), a pile of garbage accumulated, there is no cooler with water. Features: on a business trip, we worked at night, returned late, after 1 night the hotel switches to the fortress plan - all gates are closed, the bell does not work on them and we managed to get in touch by calling the third phone number indicated on the door (you need good eyesight to see them from the gate in the dark).

A good hotel. Clean, comfortable. Wi-fi, parking, air conditioning. The beach is very close. On request-breakfast-lunch.The only caveat is that tall people need to be careful when entering - do not touch the door closer with their heads, it is located low.
