The hotel is not bad, but it is already tired. Breakfasts are better, but you won't stay hungry. The rooms are very small, it will be a little cramped for two adults, but this is Tokyo, baby. The main disadvantage is that it is very expensive, but this is a fee for walking to Akiba.
The hotel is good, several dishes are offered for breakfast. Helpful and kind staff. There is a smoking area, but you need to take an ashtray from the staff.
Vending machines are available on some floors.
It is located next to the entrance to the metro. There is a restaurant close to the hotel where they make delicious curry.
Of the disadvantages, I can note that 2 elevators do not always cope with the flow of people during rush hour.

Pros:
- delicious breakfasts;
- excellent sound insulation of the rooms;
- polite staff;
- quiet area of the hotel.
The only drawbacks are the long wait for elevators.
If you check into this hotel, the main thing to remember is that there are a lot of similar hotels within a radius of 3 kilometers, we barely found them. Despite the fact that this hotel was the very first transshipment point during our trip to Japan, of course we did not buy a SIM card and there was no Internet, we wandered for a very long time. The hotel itself is good :)
I should warn you right away: the rooms are very small. At all. That is, so much so that one person and the same suitcase can fit without problems. But in fact, this is probably the most budget option relatively close to the center and also near the metro. Clean, good breakfasts (but also crowded - this is Tokyo), 40 minutes walk to the Imperial palace, about the same distance to Ginza, but there is a subway.
