Booked a sauna with a swimming pool today. The girl on the phone said that the sauna would heat up in an hour and a half (we were interested several times). For some reason, they asked to throw off the full prepayment, although payment always occurs after the service. We arrived at the hotel, went to the sauna, the sauna is cold, the pool is dirty (mold and leaves are floating in it). We approached the girl at the reception, said that the sauna was cold, in response she asked us the question "why?", sitting on the phone all this time))))))))) Service)) Unfortunately, we were not lucky enough to rest today.

Thanks to this hotel, we fell in love with Abkhazia! The hotel is new, has everything you need, breakfasts are like at home, everything is delicious and with a soul, the staff is very cultured and responsive, a good pool, an excellent restaurant where we spent all lunches and dinners, everything was very tasty, prices are like everywhere else. No wonder the hotel has such a name! Everything in it is really created for your comfort!

A wonderful and very convenient and comfortable hotel to stay in. The staff is always polite. But the maids are lazy and that's sad. Great pool. The food is delicious in the dining room and in the cafe on the territory of the hotel. The bed linen is good, the towels are good too. There is a hairdryer in the room, soap, shampoos are also provided. I think there are few sticks where you can place your bathroom supplies.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is always friendly, ready to help with any question. The rooms were cleaned daily, the breakfasts were varied, the pool water was clean and warm. This is a great hotel. We had a rest together with a friend from July 23 to July 30, 2022. We arrived about an hour earlier, we were immediately checked in. After reading reviews about the room stock, I didn't really want us to come across a room with a window into the corridor, but it turned out that way. Cons: the window in the room overlooks the corridor, from which it was constantly covered with curtains, the shutters themselves were opened only when they left the room to ventilate a little. The window to the street was only in the bathroom, very small. A shower room with a glass curtain for half, it's bad that all the splashes fly outside this curtain, which makes the floor damp, later they just managed to turn on the pressure less and direct the shower more to the wall. There is an electric heated towel rail, i.e. it works from an outlet, it warms well, but from the dampness in the shower, everything dried for a very long time, towels or blankets from the beach had to be dried in the corridor on the railing. The room itself is small, but in general it was fine for us, we didn't come there to dance. Positive: in fact, they cover the disadvantages described above. The staff is polite to everyone, from people to dogs and cats. There was one lady at the reception, at first she didn't seem very friendly to us, but then it seemed nothing, even smiled. The hotel grounds themselves are always clean. There is a heated pool with a geyser, in the evenings when it is already dark and cool, it is a pleasure to swim in it, during the day children frolicked, and in the evening adults, there are a lot of sun loungers, lie down, relax, sunbathe, inflatable accessories, freely available, there is a san.node nearby. Towels for the beach or for the pool can be taken at the reception, upon return (there is a laundry basket next to the counter) you just put it there. There is a cafe next to the pool, the food is delicious and the portions are good, the wine is delicious. The kitchen staff are just great, they always try their best, as they say, so that the guest likes it; they went there several times for dinner, the prices do not differ much from ours. There is a gym, go and work out if you keep fit. There is a sauna, an hour of 2000 rubles, we didn't go to it, I can't tell you how it is inside. The building is 4 storeys high, because people with disabilities come to the hotel, there is an elevator. On each floor there is a cooler with cold and hot water, there is also an ironing board with an iron, in free use. There is a bar, but unfortunately, it did not work on our arrival, as we were later told, their bartender quit. There is a laundry room, the services were not used, but as far as we understood, if something needs to be washed, they do it for a fee. We lived in a double room with one double bed, there is an additional blanket, which simplified the stay. There is a mini fridge, two glasses and two bottles of water. Table, chair. There is a safe, which is convenient, when going to the beach, they left their documents and wallets there. Wardrobe, with a large mirror, clothes hangers. A small plasma TV with a set-top box, it showed only three channels, but they turned on YouTube and watched something there. But with wi-fi, the trouble is, you can catch the general one from the hotel, it catches poorly in the room, the signal often disappeared, or from the console, but it also has a bad signal, even though you sit next to it, to catch a good one, you need to go out into the corridor or go downstairs. There is an air conditioner. Every day we changed towels, cleaned up the garbage, brought paper, disposable soap accessories, and changed our bathrobes once, at our request. They vacuumed mostly if the guest asks, as we understood it. Breakfast is from 8.30 to 10.30, there is a buffet, every day varied, delicious, porridges are always three types, pasta, cheesecakes, pancakes, omelette, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, nuggets, tea, coffee, cocoa, compote, milk, salads, meat, cheese cuts, pastries, fruit only watermelon and melon. But you can't take out from the dining room what you ate in the morning and that's it. You can ask for dishes, they ask you to return something for breakfast, sometimes there are not enough dishes, sugar, salt can also be given. The hotel administration periodically organizes picnics with nature trips, unfortunately, we did not go, but we heard later that it was cool. There is also a recreation area on the third floor, sofas, tables, blankets. On the second floor, there is a tennis table and a play area for children. The territory of the hotel, under a large fence, next to the house of the owner himself, was present several times, communicated with the guests. Closer to night, the gates are buried, you can get in by ringing the bell. Next to the hotel, there is a large market, and in the next house, there is a grocery store, where you can buy everything. The beach is 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel in a straight line, which is very convenient. After listening and reading about Abkhazia and places to stay, we realized that we had chosen a good hotel. I highly recommend it.

We visited this hotel in May, we were not happy with the room. Firstly, the standard room is very small, 4 meters wide, probably fits only a bed, two bedside tables, small shelves instead of a closet and a desk. There is a mini fridge. There is no kettle. Towels and bathrobes are provided. There is air conditioning, a large TV. THERE IS NO WINDOW in the room! More precisely, it is, it goes out into the corridor! That is, everyone who walks by just looks into the room (how is this at all?!). The bathroom is also half a meter wide, the heated towel rail barely warms, even socks could not be dried there. The furniture is generally new, the bed linen is clean, but some blankets /pillows with stains, as well as towels are not washed, some stains /snot remain. Flushing in the toilet tank stuck, in principle, solvable, but unpleasant. Sauna 2000 rubles per hour. The gym is free. You can have dinner at the hotel, but the prices are very high even in comparison with good cafes in the city. You will have to pay about 800 rubles for a salad, a pot of tea and khachapur! Keep in mind that if you make an advance payment for accommodation, then the money will not be returned to you either, it is unclear on what grounds. The pool was not used because it was cold and rainy, but others were swimming. In a week, we have never seen the water changed there, and it is also heated. A good plus is breakfast, a good choice is oatmeal porridge, rice, pancakes, casserole, sausages, nuggets, omelet, fried eggs, breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, etc. In general, if you go, you can take a family room or a suite where there is a window and at least some space in the room. The standard rooms are definitely not worth their price.

It was in August 2020. An excellent hotel for Abkhazia, a gym, a chic pool with hydromassage, a sauna, a club on the top floor, an elevator, rooms are suitable for people with disabilities, including rehabilitation. The breakfasts are excellent. Great excursions. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea. Very helpful staff and a comfortable transfer from Adler airport and back.

There is a swimming pool on site, there are sun loungers. There is also a great cafe on site where we spent every evening. It's very tasty and soulful there.

Terrible hotel.
- there was no window in the room
- audibility, you could hear every step and word from the hallway, and since the room was not far from the reception, it was very noisy
- the whole room smelled of tobacco smoke, in the morning all the clothes and hair smelled like this
- located in the middle of destroyed buildings, walking to the sea/center is very creepy

Just a super Hotel. The food is delicious. But as a fan of the bathhouse, it was unpleasant for me to find out that you can't put a broom in their bathhouse, because the leaves are then in the basik. That's a minus, of course. For me, a bath without a broom is like a beer without a bottle. It seems to be there, but it's no use. The hotel is worse than in the photo. The rooms are already shabby, the grounds and common areas are dirty. There are no breakfasts, there is no coffee machine. The staff in the person of a female employee Irma is just rude , behaves aggressively , is rude , the rules of communication between staff and guests would be nice for her to study ! They also asked another employee of the hotel for a dental cleaning kit - they said there were no such things , they moved the next day to another room - all the accessories were there . There is no customer orientation. The pool is cold, although it is written with heating, which is actually why almost no one swims there. There was a constant smell of some kind of food in the room, and it was very unpleasant. The breakfast room is very small, there are several tables, there is not enough space when everyone comes. The employees of the canteen do not want to cook coffee, they grumble when someone asks them to do it, they say they do not have time. The impression is disgusting.

Book a hotel on booking and after reading the reviews, expect a hotel of a good standard. The room was given near the sanitary room, in which the laundry was constantly being washed, the washing machine was working, plus there was a small window above the bed, change for comparison, but like in prison.who guessed such an original design? And most importantly, why? When people come to you to enjoy the sun!! When we went to bed, we found that there was no remote control from the air conditioner :) It's fun too. They didn't bother me with a late call. The sauna in the hotel was under renovation. At least the pool was working. Breakfast is just a problem. It's like they're pinching them. One day they came later and there was nothing!!! I had to beg for everything. They replied to our comments: I work here alone. But after a while they served. There is a restaurant on site, but after waiting for breakfast, we did not dare to order. The hotel is located a little away from the center, but we walk a lot, it was fine for us, but in general it is far from the center

DISGUSTING HOTEL!!! I do not recommend it to anyone! Dogs with rabies are running around the territory of this hotel!!! This is beyond comprehension! Today, 09/20/2022, my six-year-old child was bitten by a dog right on the hotel grounds. The child did not even touch her with a finger, just walked past her, she attacked and bit her leg, as a result of which I had to go to the hospital to get an injection for rabies, as my request to provide vet. the passport for this dog was refused to me! So think very carefully before choosing this hotel…
