The hotel has serious problems with food and service. Further details:
At the moment of check-in, I witnessed a showdown at the reception. I immediately thought that it was not good. We got a room: there was no water, soap in the room and there was a strong smell of sewage.
I asked for a replacement. They said there were no places. They promised to call a plumber. Three hours later, I had to go to the manager to arrange a plumber. By the way, the smell has not gone away even after all the manipulations of the plumber.
The water was brought only at night. There was no soap even the next day.
We went to dinner in the evening. The queue is large and there are few places. You need to wait for the table to be free. There are a lot of fights around on the topic of who will sit where.
They finally sat down at the table. Food was brought. The portion is small even for a three-year-old son. They were afraid to eat salad.
After dinner, I decided to shorten my stay to one night and go home.
At the reception, we had to justify that we need to refund the money for the second day. At the same time, several people were arguing about the queue at the cafe and the poor quality of the food.

It's a nice location, a beautiful wrapper, but people make the place. The staff is not attentive, the reservation was with the power on. So we waited for our breakfasts, lunches and dinners by the hour. And those who ordered from the menu were served faster. It takes a long time to respond to comments. We didn't want to refund the deposit that we left at check-in. They barely beat out threats of contacting the state authorities for debriefing. The food is 50/50. The day is delicious, the day is disgusting. I will not go there a second time, I will choose another recreation area.

The hotel has a dedicated area on the lake shore. In fact, it is a pen on a public beach surrounded by a metal fence. There are a lot of sun beds in this pen. It's very uncomfortable.

Greetings to all! We rested in this boarding house at the end of the summer of 2023 with a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We rented a 3-bed room based on breakfast for 70k. They check in from 14:00 to 12:00 the next day, but we were checked in only by 17:00, the staff did not have time to clean the room. They promised to compensate for the extra time the next day (they checked in only for a day), but another admin did not confirm the words of the admin who promised us. A store operates at the complex, but for some reason the prices in it change (they ask for 800 or 900 tenge for beer), although they probably add 1 to 3 to the cost. The prices in the restaurants at the complex are like in expensive restaurants in Almaty (the average check is from 10k), but the chefs were not pleased. I hoped for such a price for a buffet breakfast, but a coupon breakfast is no different from the breakfasts of Soviet canteens, I hoped to ask for an additional coupon for a child, but all in vain, they barely begged for the required one. The elements of the playground are either homemade, or repainted from Soviet times. Children are attracted to animators. There is a lot missing from the billboard (sauna, cinema, fitness room, etc.), apparently they did not have time to open it. The fourth floor is under construction, that is, you will be pleasantly accompanied by the sounds of renovation work in the room. The room smells damp. The trenarger hall and children's halls, although they were in the advertisement, are in fact absent. The electricity is turned off periodically. The kitchen is completely zero. Only breakfast is included in the tour and then in the form of eggs and cheese, lunch and dinner are not included. In the basik, the water is not filtered and, accordingly, smells of something. The staff is rude. Wi-Fi practically does not work, that is, you will not be able to work normally and do basic things on a laptop. In general, there is only a swimming pool and a restaurant with cosmo prices. It's better to go somewhere in the city to save nerves and time. It is strongly not recommended to visit. Not worth the money! We rested here at the end of June 2023. The price includes 3 meals a day. Firstly, there is no buffet, breakfasts are very meager, without any meat / sausage, they will put a boiled egg with cucumbers at most, I attach a photo, there is no choice of dishes, it is stated in the voucher that dinner is from 18, but in fact it is at 20 o'clock! But be prepared to wait another hour for food. All the days that we have been, if you come to lunch on time (it is from 13 to 14) then you will eat your quick portion (in the photo, a salad for 4 people!) they will be given only by 14 o'clock, by the way, tea can be served later, so eat without drinks. During the entire stay, we have never been cleaned and even the garbage was not taken out! There were problems with water in the shower, the water pressure was hot and cold and changed every second. The problem has not been solved. A bar with inflated prices, you can not pay with a card, only a transfer) and yes, your check will be written to you by hand, it is not even punched. The hotel is undergoing repairs, power outages and a drill during the day, wiring hangs in the corridors, which is not safe for children. Why settle and complete the 4th floor at the same time? In general, everything is for people, I do not recommend visiting.
The only plus is good rooms, it seems like a loft, but at the same time the ceiling is without any decoration, even the construction foam is not hidden, it is clear that everything was done in a hurry and with minimal costs, in a couple of years it will take a cap repair)

We took a luxury cottage. The road is terrible, it takes 9 hours to drive from Almaty.The whole road is dug up, it shakes a lot. The recreation area will do. The rooms are good, but there is no cleaning on a regular basis.The pool is small. The playground is dirty, the toys are all broken, the children are not interested. The service is terribly lame. The beach is far away and everything is packed. There doesn't seem to be a beach of its own. The breakfast is modest. Boring to be honest. I think it's not worth the rest of that kind of money. And plus the road is just terrible. People are better off in Turkey. We regretted 1000 times that we came here.
