The hotel has serious problems with food and service. Further details:
At the moment of check-in, I witnessed a showdown at the reception. I immediately thought that it was not good. We got a room: there was no water, soap in the room and there was a strong smell of sewage.
I asked for a replacement. They said there were no places. They promised to call a plumber. Three hours later, I had to go to the manager to arrange a plumber. By the way, the smell has not gone away even after all the manipulations of the plumber.
The water was brought only at night. There was no soap even the next day.
We went to dinner in the evening. The queue is large and there are few places. You need to wait for the table to be free. There are a lot of fights around on the topic of who will sit where.
They finally sat down at the table. Food was brought. The portion is small even for a three-year-old son. They were afraid to eat salad.
After dinner, I decided to shorten my stay to one night and go home.
At the reception, we had to justify that we need to refund the money for the second day. At the same time, several people were arguing about the queue at the cafe and the poor quality of the food.

It's a nice location, a beautiful wrapper, but people make the place. The staff is not attentive, the reservation was with the power on. So we waited for our breakfasts, lunches and dinners by the hour. And those who ordered from the menu were served faster. It takes a long time to respond to comments. We didn't want to refund the deposit that we left at check-in. They barely beat out threats of contacting the state authorities for debriefing. The food is 50/50. The day is delicious, the day is disgusting. I will not go there a second time, I will choose another recreation area.

I don't recommend it to anyone.
I spent three days in this hotel.
During our stay, we did not have several hours of light. There was no water several times. Three meals a day is some kind of deception - the probability that you will eat tends to 0, because there are more hotel guests than seats in the dining room. The prices in the on-site cafe are inflated at times, as well as in their store. For example, a pack of milk 2500 tenge
There was a view of some containers from my room.
The hotel has a dedicated area on the lake shore. In fact, it is a pen on a public beach surrounded by a metal fence. There are a lot of sun beds in this pen. It's very uncomfortable.
