I ordered through booking and it turned out to be much cheaper. An excellent inexpensive simple hotel, not far from the city center. The staff is polite and helpful.

Don't be fooled by the reviews. It's a stretch to say three
It's just awful. It's not a hotel, it's a hangout. It's very noisy, screams and screams. In a word, a brothel. I couldn't sleep until 2 a.m. I didn't even have clothes on, apparently people don't come here for that
A good hotel, but there was no remote control from the air conditioner in my room, I asked the administrators 5 times to resolve this issue, and no one solved it!
A great little cozy hotel. I like the fact that you can order dinner in the room. The breakfast buffet is very varied! The rooms are cleaned every day (or every other day, I don't remember, but we always had cleanliness). They add soap accessories, change towels, everything is great!
Upon check-in, the room was poorly cleaned, I had to call a cleaner. The rooms have disgusting sound insulation. Nice design and a friendly girl at the reception.

It's not even bad for a 3-star hotel. Recommend. 👍
I made a reservation on the website booking.com a week before the proposed business trip. I received confirmation and drove off calmly. But something went wrong... The wrestling World Cup happened and all the rooms were sold out. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that I could go anywhere and they didn't care about my booking at all. There are no places. When I tried to threaten to write to the booking office, they laughed right into my face. As a result, the girl said that she would try to find a room in another very good hotel. And she sent me to live in a hotel in an industrial zone with a classic Astana sauna.
Clean, tasty food, new, comfortable and very warm, this is very important because I came mainly in the winter / cold season, and in Astana it is important)))
