Yesterday we visited this wonderful place at about 17:15. I'll immediately notice about the road. It's not much of a walk. It's straight up the stairs, a lot and steep, dirty. There are a lot of cars on the road, narrow sidewalks where there are, a lot of parked cars that need to be bypassed along the roadway. In general, it is typical for old unfurnished areas.
The cafe-restaurant itself is small, with a dozen tables, some of them are low, coffee tables, armchairs and chairs are comfortable. Everything is clean. The staff are very young guys, not spoiled, trying their best. The menu is local, but they will be happy to tell you. The prices are not high.
I liked the place. Beautiful views from the veranda. It seems that Azerbaijani youth couples like it here too. It's a good place to date. Adequate cost of meals. Fast feed. And delicious!!
A great place, delicious dishes and reasonable prices, there are hearty breakfasts for 10 manats. I also recommend taking saji, they cost from 18 to 28 manats, and one saj can be divided into two - enough to eat for half a day). Excellent sea view from the terrace. From the wishes: I strongly recommend adding a menu at least in English, since it is available only in Azerbaijani, I had to translate it through a translator based on the photo).
