I came to Batumi out of season, so I chose this hotel. If you are unlucky with the weather, then there is a spa, gym, restaurant right in the hotel. All rooms have a view of the sea from the balcony. Someone complained about the smell of fish and noise. I smell the sea, I didn't feel any fish. And about the noise: you can hear the sea, but not the street, because all the rooms overlook the beach. Maybe they meant the noise from people walking on the embankment in the evening....

The hotel is located on the first line, overlooking the sea from the rooms. Room cleaning is carried out every day (but as it turned out, it was superficial, I looked under the bed - it had not been cleaned there for a long time). Towels are changed daily, bed linen (I did not pay attention to the change) is refilled. The breakfast buffet is at a good level.
The staff is responsive, good-natured, and easily communicate in many languages.
The adjacent territory with parking for transport (tiled) requires repair in places.
Nearby ( across the street ) the construction site, but it does not create discomfort and noise, only spoils the views from the windows of the corridors.

The hotel is normal. The beds and pillows are great. All rooms have a sea view. The air conditioners work well, the noise insulation from the sounds of the embankment is normal. There are not always free tables at breakfast, especially in bad weather.
A good hotel overall. Clean, tidy for 21 years in good condition. The location is close to the airport, but far from the center. There are restaurants, shops and a fountain nearby. The sea is 200 m. There is a spa with a swimming pool and a steam room well during the rains. The food is not bad, it gets a little boring after a week.

I was in the sauna at the hotel, went with my wife. You can't call it a sauna, they had a temperature of 60 g. When I added up to 100 g. the hotel staff came in a group to the sauna where I was sitting and the guard asked who had the problem here, who added the temperature, I honestly told him that he had the problem, after that they lowered the temperature to 43 g. and left satisfied. They explain that the equipment will not stand up, but I think they are saving electricity.
Let it be closed at all then, why is it so necessary. I will add the temperature in a dry sauna should be 120 g. I am not a conflicted person, but the attitude towards customers should be different, I stayed there for one hour in disputes with employees and left, although I paid for 2 hours.
It's like when you come to a restaurant and order 5 khinkali, and the employee decides that only two pieces are enough for you and takes them back.
