The hotel is on the beach,pleasant staff,cleaning every day,excellent breakfasts,very tasty,varied,rooms are certainly outdated,repairs would not hurt,excellent location,near the shopping center, not far from it is a very tasty cafe "Gourmet", I think that in the season there are a lot of people here and it comes out more expensive,we are for 3 nights, we gave over 800 GEL, the pool was colder than the sea,we were on September 18-21,the spa did not work, in general we had a great rest,thank you

It's a great place. I definitely recommend it. Delicious breakfasts . Swimming pool. The sea is nearby , you can swim in the sea , and lie down to sunbathe by the pool in hotels . Everything is nearby . The place is great. Russian Russian cafe, Russian songs, live sound are nearby. I definitely recommend it!!!!

I came to Batumi out of season, so I chose this hotel. If you are unlucky with the weather, then there is a spa, gym, restaurant right in the hotel. All rooms have a view of the sea from the balcony. Someone complained about the smell of fish and noise. I smell the sea, I didn't feel any fish. And about the noise: you can hear the sea, but not the street, because all the rooms overlook the beach. Maybe they meant the noise from people walking on the embankment in the evening....

The hotel is located on the first line, overlooking the sea from the rooms. Room cleaning is carried out every day (but as it turned out, it was superficial, I looked under the bed - it had not been cleaned there for a long time). Towels are changed daily, bed linen (I did not pay attention to the change) is refilled. The breakfast buffet is at a good level.
The staff is responsive, good-natured, and easily communicate in many languages.
The adjacent territory with parking for transport (tiled) requires repair in places.
Nearby ( across the street ) the construction site, but it does not create discomfort and noise, only spoils the views from the windows of the corridors.
Five minutes walk to the public beach.
The hotel has an outdoor pool with a sun lounger area and a bar, as well as an indoor pool (with heated chlorinated water), sauna, gym.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest.

Shampoo and soap were given only for two, although the four of them lived together, they did not respond to the remark. They asked for an iron with an ironing board, it's just a horror that they brought. The breakfasts are poor, the tables are not cleaned. There are not enough appliances in the restaurant for breakfast, they asked the waiter for a teaspoon, he replied that he would be glad to help, but it was beyond his power! The doors to the terrace do not open or close humanely, the door closers are broken! Towels are not allowed to go to the beach - go buy! People should come to Batumi to the hotel on the first coastline and bring towels with them! There are no five stars here! For this money, you can find a pitchfork!

Terrible hotel!!! There is no question of any 5 stars!!!
There is mold in the room, shower appliances are put on one, there are no toothbrushes, there are no pastes, bathrobes are torn, the doors to the balcony are broken!!!

A good hotel overall. Clean, tidy for 21 years in good condition. The location is close to the airport, but far from the center. There are restaurants, shops and a fountain nearby. The sea is 200 m. I was in the sauna at the hotel, went with my wife. You can't call it a sauna, they had a temperature of 60 g. When I added up to 100 g. the hotel staff came in a group to the sauna where I was sitting and the guard asked who had the problem here, who added the temperature, I honestly told him that he had the problem, after that they lowered the temperature to 43 g. and left satisfied. They explain that the equipment will not stand up, but I think they are saving electricity.
Let it be closed at all then, why is it so necessary. I will add the temperature in a dry sauna should be 120 g. I am not a conflicted person, but the attitude towards customers should be different, I stayed there for one hour in disputes with employees and left, although I paid for 2 hours.
It's like when you come to a restaurant and order 5 khinkali, and the employee decides that only two pieces are enough for you and takes them back.

Maybe someone ordered scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs with bacon and herbs at breakfast? Maybe someone found a doorman at the exit of the hotel, a shoe shine machine, or umbrellas for hotel customers in empty baskets? We have been vacationing at this hotel since 05/29/2019 with adult children . The children left on 2.06.2019, my wife and I on 06.06.2019 .Upon arrival, the children and I were absolutely delighted)) The two big advantages of this hotel are the staff and the architecture of the hotel.It turned out that our enthusiasm was premature . We were probably just unlucky. At that time, the personal guests of the hotel manager in the number of about 50 people were resting.The manager's personal guests did not deny themselves anything , they tried to rush at my wife when she got into the elevator and treated everyone else living in the hotel as second-class people. In the morning, it was impossible to visit the fitness room until 10 o'clock , there are personal guests of the hotel manager. In the afternoon, you are blocked from the veranda where the guests have an event. Breakfast in the restaurant is also only for the manager's guests, you are herded into a back room. The apotheosis happened on the evening of 1.06.2019. The manager's guests had a holiday from 7 p.m. they enthusiastically sang songs through powerful speakers. At 9 o'clock we asked the receptionist to stop it.We were told that the guests had agreed with the manager before 11 p.m. At 12 o'clock, the whole hotel began to be outraged, the police were called, but the guests did not mind. The speakers were taken away and the guests screamed without them until 2 a.m. The staff couldn 't do anything with them , the lights were turned off . Outraged guests screamed from the upper floors until 3 a.m. and threw burning cigarette butts down.The senior manager of the hotel explained that these are our problems for our money. On June 4th and 5th , there were proms at the hotel in the evening , but this is a trifle compared to the personal guests of the manager . The rooms in the hotel are large and beautiful, there are no writing materials, the number of towels does not correspond to 5 stars. The edges of the glass railings on the balcony are not processed, as the glass was cut and left with sharp edges.The indoor pool is not very clean , there is a lot of chlorine , about 25% of the cladding is missing, you can cut yourself on sharp edges , children collect the pieces that have fallen off .The manager's personal guests rinsed their feet in the pool without taking off their shoes At check-out. After calling the senior manager, he refused to give us a book of reviews, do what you want.
