I visited the Coloroid Studio for the first time. Friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful.
I was on the procedure of cold restoration + toning, contouring.
Veronica S. is a very attentive, polite and professional craftsman.
I am very pleased with the result.
And after the procedure, Veronica consulted and helped to choose home care. I am disappointed that for several years I have been "destroying" the quality of my hair due to ignorance, lack of consultations and poorly provided services. And only now I came across a professional who suggested how to save my hair, provided a high-quality service. I signed up for several more procedures.

Была у Анны на процедуре «Здоровые волосы», мастер очень приятная, внимательная, дала совет по дальнейшему уходу за волосами, доступно объяснила почему волосы м огут обламываться, помогла разобраться в ошибках в домашнем уходе. Волосы после процедуры шелковистые, блестящие и послушные, даже спустя два месяца виден результат. Осталась очень довольна!

I don't like to leave reviews, but my two visits to this salon have left much to be desired. 1 visit toning + grooming + one-cut haircut, there are no complaints about the color, but the master, who filled all her ears with paint, puffed and sighed at all questions, answering rudely, spoiled the mood. I also did a scalp peeling with menthol shampoo, which is very unpleasant in winter, I said that peeling is still done with other formulations, and I need to warn the client, to which they replied: "You'll know next time."
My last visit was restoration+polishing, horror and tears) my hair wasn't in the best condition, but after polishing it with a machine, it got worse.
I didn't pay attention in the salon, they were broken off before that, the master kindly took a video after the procedure from behind and said that it was broken from below, supposedly it was like that for me, and now it has become more visible when straightening. I was tired of sitting for 3.5 hours and went home without paying attention, since my hair was in the composition and sleek, I wanted to wash it off as soon as possible.
After washing my hair, I saw the beauty of polishing, the crown was cut off, strands of 3-4 cm (!!!) 🤯the face just has pain, and one side has become a ladder from the bangs, and super transparent, and the very "hair fragment" that the master showed is clearly visible that it was cut off smoothly, that is, when polishing. Although I initially clarified whether polishing does not remove the density. But the master was nice all the time)
Of course, it would be better to be rude than to ruin the length to the end, from which only the build-up or bald spot will save.
In general, it's sad, let's remember my dreams of long hair (
