The request was as follows: an apartment for two with a kitchen, a nice beach and a convenient transport interchange within walking distance, a beautiful view of the marina, a shopping center and inexpensive cafes and restaurants nearby. Our managers selected a cozy, bright apartment in the Continental Tower with stunning views of the Dubai Marina, which we were very pleased with. Filling the apartment with everything necessary for living, clean and comfortable. Communication with Colife staff was at a high level, the manager was constantly in touch, all issues were resolved quickly. We will definitely use their services next time. I recommend Colife
I have a pleasant experience with Colife. I lived in a cozy apartment in Dubai for 4 months and everything was great.
At first, I encountered some not super smooth moments in communication, but then I got my own manager, and the difficulties disappeared.
I've been to events for residents several times. Considering that I came to Dubai alone, it was nice not to feel lonely.
I am writing this review because I saw an unfair negative in my opinion.
We rented 3 different apartments from Colife in Dubai, everything went well. The deposit was always returned on time (with the exception of one time when the bank's system went down, but even then the manager helped and just dropped us a ₽ on the growth card, as our Dubai card was canceled. In general, we got into the situation, thanks for that.)
All the breakdowns were always repaired day after day, or every other day, both small ones like broken light bulbs and large ones with a clogged toilet bowl. Support is always in touch. Even Russian-speaking plumbers were invited at my request!
I read a lot of negative reviews at the beginning and was a little afraid to rent from Colife for the first time, but in the end I didn't regret it.
Very cozy apartments, they always provide napkins, detergents, coffee capsules for the coffee machine and washing capsules upon arrival.
Cleaning was always clearly once a week.
Yes, it's expensive in the season, but in the summer you can save a lot, as prices are always floating.
The vacation was great! We rented a large two-bedroom apartment with a view of the sail, nearby there was all the infrastructure for recreation: the beach, restaurants, shops) The apartment itself is very nice and fresh. Thanks!
I rented a two-bedroom apartment in the Marina through them. The agent was an hour late for check-in. The apartment turned out to be in terrible condition and did not match the description and photo, 3 days after arrival, part of the ceiling simply fell in the bathroom. I couldn't wait for the repairmen, and there were only unsubscriptions in the online chat. The deposit has still not been returned, although it has been 3 weeks since the check-out and the apartment was accepted without comment. I strongly DO NOT recommend it!!
P.S. It turns out that they even deleted their shared telegram chat due to the large number of negative reviews and the company has long had a bad reputation. All negative comments in the new Whatsapp chat are also deleted. And of course, it's funny to watch your review history when all the positive reviews from 5* were collected in 1 month, and as many as 5 positive reviews per day, although there were only a few reviews before that)) Instead of improving the service (which in fact simply does not exist) and solving customer problems, you fill in fake reviews.
I thought it was a great company, I quickly found a place at an adequate price, but no.
A week later, the dishwasher stopped working, a couple of days later the washing machine, and after the Indian masters who tried to fix the previous ones, the gas stopped working.
As a result, we have been sitting in an apartment for the second week without a dishwasher, washing machine and gas for $ 6,000 per month. They are constantly being fed breakfast now, tomorrow, etc.
I managed to live in two apartments, my office was moving and I had to live with him. Colife has very stylish apartments, here I love inviting friends to visit! My advice: rent immediately for a long time, local agencies have dynamic prices, if you rent an apartment for a period that does not include spring/summer, then you will pay much more.
My experience with colife is positive. I contacted them on the advice of friends who live in Dubai permanently. I visit here a lot and have already managed to live in three apartments: all clean, stylish, in convenient locations and good towers. Support usually responds promptly to messages, I did not encounter any serious problems during my stay. It's funny that there are entertainment events for residents - I go to paddell, I socialize.
It's strange that the score is so low. I liked the interaction with the managers: fast and to the point.
As for the apartment itself (I rented a studio in Merano Tower), it was clean and very cozy. I especially liked the view and proximity of the tower to the main attractions. Thank you!

I am a long—time remote worker and for me the main thing in the apartment is the workplace. A real breakthrough happened to mine: a bright, beautiful, spacious, generally inspiring space with a full-fledged desktop. A very convenient monthly rental option for those who leave for the summer. Because I can't stand this heat, and I don't want to pay for an empty apartment)) I used to worry about finding a tenant for the summer, now I'm just quietly moving out.
Everything is clear and to the point, we quickly found a place to live and settled in. I found out about Kolife from a podcast with the founder, and as soon as I arrived, I contacted them, so there's nothing to compare it with, but so far I'm happy with everything.
She moved from Moscow to Dubai colife. I'm still a little shocked by the housing prices in Dubai, but I'm getting used to the new realities)) there are no questions about the apartment and the service, everything is great!)

I urgently needed to find a place to live, because the deadline for leaving the hotel, paid for by the employer for the first time after the move, was approaching. It was terribly stressful, show after show I came across expectation/reality, cockroaches, sudden extra 10% in the terms of the contract and other delights)) I found Kolife on bayut, the manager contacted me and it turned out that the apartment had already been rented, but there are alternatives. At my request (studio in JLT next to the office), there were four options available at that time, after viewing I chose my apartment and immediately booked it. I would like to thank the managers for their professionalism and efficiency, they quickly told and showed everything in detail, and after several weeks of a tedious search, they helped solve the housing issue in a couple of days. I recommend contacting them if you value your time)
We have booked an apartment at the Colife agency. The photos are beautiful, the price is reasonable. Upon arrival, a battered bed with a peeling back was found, the absence of a safe and adapters with a Russian outlet. Why do I need an adapter in Dubai for a Russian outlet?) because here they provide equipment with a different plug that is not suitable for ordinary local outlets. For 3 days we have been trying to contact support in different ways and in different messengers, absolutely ignoring everything. It is impossible to adjust the air conditioner in the room, it cools down very much, I had to sit in jackets in which I came from cold Moscow) as a result, I just have to sleep in a cold room with a wet head, which is why I caught a cold.
The agency's inaction spoils the overall impression of the holiday. I don't recommend it.
I came to view the apartment and it turned out to be occupied, as a result, they turned around and left. After that, they wrote to me with other offers in telegram for several more days. Now I'm reading the reviews and I see that I'm lucky that I didn't contact them.
Using the services of Colife, that is, rental housing, it is impossible to contact support promptly in order to promptly resolve issues related to staying in the apartments of the specified organization. The solution of any, including elementary questions, stretches for more than 3 days.
The services provided by this institution do not correspond to the level of Dubai's services. Beautiful photos of the apartments remain only in the photo, and the impressions of an unpleasant relationship forever
Considering the above, I am not satisfied with the services. The review was written as a precaution for subsequent customers))
